The Storm is Closer Than They Think

 We've been hearing, and saying, for months, even years, that a storm is coming; that it is on the horizon. No one has heeded that warning. Far-left radicals have continued their ceaseless attacks on the Constitution, the economy, our rights, and our freedoms. The blatant hypocrisy of the left when it comes to the Rule of Law is unheard of in our American history. Political persecution runs rampant through our nation's capitol and even throughout the individual states. The storm is not coming – it is here.

When did the downfall of American values, morals, and patriotism actually start its decline? If you read through actual American history, it started just before the American Revolution. There were only a handful of colonists that wanted to be free from British rule. The “Regulars” outnumbered the Rebels by quite a bit. They thought it best to stay protected by a tyrannical king that lived across the ocean. A king that didn't give the colonies a second thought except for taxing them more and more. If you are a patriot, someone that went to school before the 'enlightenment' of radical anti-Americanism took over the government-run school system, someone that has read the founding documents of this great nation, etc., then you know the reasons that those few men knew that the colonies had to be free from the abuses of power King George lauded over them.

It wasn't for transient purposes that people like Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, James Madison, etc. put their lives on the line to free the colonies from the government abuse. Those men knew that there were certain unalienable rights that were granted by the Creator that no government should infringe upon: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. It took months of deliberation to set on parchment a set of laws for what a centralized government should, and shouldn't, do. That document, probably the most important document in our history, no, in the history of the World, became the Constitution of the United States of America.

The Supreme Court, under Chief Justice John Marshall, heard the case of McCulloch v Maryland and ruled on 6 March 1819. If you don't know what that suit was about, in a nutshell, Secretary of the Trueasury Alexander Hamilton believed that there needed to be a federal bank so that the government could collect taxes and pay bills. President George Washington signed into law a federal bank in 1791. That being done, it was against the law for a state to tax that bank. Maryland tried to and thus came about the suit that went to Marshall's Court. The Court unanimously agreed that the second Bank of the United States was exempt from taxation. This decision gave to Congress much more power than the Founders had thought it would have.

In the written opnion, Justice Marshall wrote: ““The subject is the execution of those great powers on which the welfare of a nation essentially depends,” Marshall said. “It must have been the intention of those who gave these powers, to insure, as far as human prudence could insure, their beneficial execution. This could not be done by confiding the choice of means to such narrow limits as not to leave it in the power of Congress to adopt any which might be appropriate, and which were conducive to the end.”

Additionally, Marshall wrote, states “have no power, by taxation or otherwise, to retard, impede, burden, or in any manner control, the operations of the constitutional laws enacted by Congress to carry into execution the powers vested in the general government. The first years of this country were not without its difficulties. There was accusations of falsified elections, deflection of votes so one candidate would win over another, etc. It has to be said here that when the country was young, the People didn't vote for Senators, didn't vote for electors, the Representatives voted for President out of the ones running and the winner was the one with the most votes and Vice President was the one with the next most votes. Unlike today, the Presidential candidate didn't choose a running mate that won along with him. If you haven't read any American history, you'll say this isn't the way it was. If you have studied actual American history, you'll know I'm right.

So, when did the storm first appear? In the early days of our nation. With some of the Founding Fathers. The ones that debated and argued over what should and shouldn't be in Constitution. The Federalists and the anti federalists were still arguing long after the Constitution was ratified by the States. Today, that argument persists. Now, it is between two parties that are actually fighting for the same thing in Congress. They both want to retain the power they have and they both want to control the People of the country. The only difference between the two, today, is that the Republicans are trying to convince the People that they are the good guys, the ones fighting for our rights and freedoms whereas the Democrats are making no mistake about the fact that they want to socialize the country into a Socialist/Communist shithole 'for the good of the People.'

As in the early days, the People of this country are brain-dead sheep being led to slaughter by the smooth words of charismatic politicians and the propaganda fueled by mainstream and social media. Freedom of the Press to write whatever they want is a God-given, Constitutionally guaranteed right. As Uncle Ben told Peter Parker as young Peter was struggling with his new-found spider-powers, “With great power comes great responsibility.” The same goes for the Press. With the power of Press there is an even greater responsibility to the People to report the truth, the facts, not opinion and propaganda. This government-controlled media is ensuring that the storm comes a little faster.

Anyone born before 1980 has known more freedom, more liberty, and exercised more of their Constitutionally guaranteed rights than anyone born after. Why? Those born before the 'enlightenment' of the Democratic Socialists, the anti-Americanism of the far-left radicals, know what their rights and freedoms are. We were taught that in a school system that actually taught American and World history, not this watered down, anti-capitalist, anti-America, CRT, pro-LGBTAIA+ 160 thousand gender crap that is being pushed today. Remember, those born in the 1930s-1970s actually lived through what they are rewriting to make America and Americans look bad.

The storm is much nearer than the far-left realize. We, the People, are getting extremely tired of the anti-Americanism being pushed by the left. We are tired of our rights and freedoms being infringed upon. We are tired of history being rewritten. We are Americans, not globalists. We are America First, not America last. That's the way we were taught, the way we lived, the way it should be. And we are to the point where it will be that way again come hell or high water.

When terrorist organizations like Antifa and BLM are allowed to riot, loot, burn, and assault innocents without repercussions while peaceful patriots are hunted down and imprisoned for nothing, there is a huge problem. That is called 'political persecution.' That is not what we do in a civilized nation. That comes from dictatorships and banana republics. When the nation's leaders are placed into power instead of legally and fairly being elected, that is not the American way. That happens in Russia, North Korea, China, Venezuela, etc. When a government does everything it can to destroy a nation's economy, sovereignty, identity, etc., that government needs to be replaced with one that puts the nation, and its people, first before any other.

Yes, the storm is no longer on the horizon. It is just a little way off. November is just a few months away and then the left will see just what the American people are made of. Yes, they will lie, they will cheat, they will try to steal this election like they did in 2020. We know their tactics. We know just how low they will go to get their way. We also know that the career politicians in DC and the state governments will do nothing about it. We, the People, will do whatever it takes to get our country back from the hands and influence of the anti-American Democratic Socialists and Communists that have invaded the hallowed halls of Congress and the White House. We will prevail. We will not go quietly into the night as they believe we will. They can take our lives but they will never take our freedom!

We Are Still s Constitutional Republic: A Short History of the Constitution

 I have tried over the years to educate people on the Constitution and what it means, what the Founders wanted, and how it is being perverted today. I do not go into this lightly. I have read the Constitution of the United States several times and refer back to it whenever I cite it. I have read the Federalist Papers and cite them at times. I have read the Federalist Farmer's letters responding to the Federalist Papers. I have read Madison's notes that he took while the debates were going on during the Constitutional Convention. I refer to all these documents when talking about how our government was set up, how it is supposed to be run, and how our government today is not using that so-important document as written and intended. Am I a Constitutional scholar? No. I am a high school graduate with very little education above that.

I was, actually, a licensed tax preparer in Oregon for about five years. In the great state of Oregon, to become a tax preparer it is a five week course on taxes and how to prepare them. After the course, it is a five hour test covering everything you need to know to prepare individual, small business, and corporate taxes. I passed that grueling test with 15 minutes to spare and had a grade of 89%. Not the brightest bulb in the box but smart enough to please the state of Oregon.

I don't pretend to know everything. I do make mistakes. I am a Constitutional originalist that believes it is a legal document set in stone. It is the Law of the Land. A judge does not 'interpret' the law on a whim or by the political ideas of the day. Over the last almost two and a half centuries politics have changed over and over again. One administration believes one thing and the next another. Slavery was alright when the country was founded. It isn't today. It took thousands of lives and a civil war to end that. Who was the champion? Abraham Lincoln, a Republican. The Thirteenth Amendment abolishing slavery was ratified on 6 December 1865.

Women couldn't vote until Rep. James R. Mann (R, IL) proposed to the House in favor of the Susan Anthony Amendment allowing women the right to vote on 21 May 1919. Overwhelmingly supported by the House, Congress passed the 19^th Amendment on 4 June 1919 and the Women's Suffrage Amendment was certified on 26 August 1920.

At one point it was illegal to sell alcohol by Constitutional law. That law was revoked several years later by another amendment to the Constitution.

The winds of change never cease. To change the Supreme Law of the Land it takes a two-thirds majority in Congress and three-quarters of the States to ratify the change. The Founders didn't want to make it easy to change that document because they knew that politics changed dramatically over time and on a whim. They were not stupid by any stretch of anyone's imagination. They feared a strong central government; especially since they had just finished fighting a long war to free the colonies from just such a tyranny.

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. I put some of that text into bold because that is some of most important parts of the Declaration. Even before we became a free and independent nation the Founders knew that government should not be changed easily or by the winds of political climate. That is why I believe the Constitution is iron-clad, cast in stone and unchanging without a long, drawn out process to make sure that the changes being made aren't for 'light and transient causes.' Congress seems to think that the Constitution is nothing but a piece of parchment that is no longer necessary and, in some cases, a nuisance to their causes.

Presidents, at times, don't like the hindrances of the separation of powers and tend to legislate from the Oval Office through Executive Orders. Congress has used the Supreme Court to legislate that which wouldn't pass in open debate and voting in the Chambers. This is not what the Founders envisioned. Not even close. A small, weak central government with enumerated powers. All power not delegated to the Federal Government is in the hands of the individual states and, most importantly, The People of the United States.

I have listed the powers of the Government on previous blog posts so I won't do it here. Let it be said that we, the People, have been lax in our oversight of government. We have allowed the Federal Government to become bloated and all powerful. I've heard it said many, many times over my sixty-plus years: “You can't fight City Hall.” All I can say about that is; “Like Hell you can't! They work for us! Not the other way around.” Every single government employee is a direct employee of the citizens of this nation. It is our tax money that pays them. Our elected officials have only so long before it's time to re-elect them or kick them to the curb. For the non-elected employees, well, we still pay them.

There are laws that have been passed that we, the citizens, immigrants, visa-holders, and visitors to this country have to follow. We have law enforcement to uphold those laws. If you break them and get arrested, well, you won't get far by telling that sheriff, deputy, or beat cop that he's fired. It don't work like that. There are ways to make your voice be heard. Most of the time it's in a courtroom. Sometimes it's through grievances to the City Council. In the end, it is us, the citizens of the United States that hold the ultimate power. We, the People. Too bad that isn't taught in school anymore.

The school system is broken by an all-powerful government. We are forced to attend school and most times it is a government-run school. That being said, what are we taught? We are taught only what the government wants us to know. Civics isn't taught. Government isn't taught. The Constitution isn't taught. If they are, it's only in passing. It's much easier to take away things that you don't know you have. It's all written down on a piece of parchment that is 234 years old. Ratified on 21 June 1788, The Constitution of the United States of America is still the most important document in American history.

There were thirteen colonies that became the first states of the new nation. Now, 248 years later that number has grown to 50 states and several possessions (Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, American Samoa, Palmyra Atoll, Howland Island, Johnston Atoll, Wake Island, and a few others). The country has grown since the Revolution of 1776 but, the Constitution has not and should not. The Founders knew that their new nation would not stay confined to the original thirteen but, they also knew that there needed to be a set way to govern no matter how big the country became. It's all in there. In black and white.

In today's world if you aren't 'woke' then you are some kind of racist, misogynist, xenophobe, homophobe, transphobe, or a host of other -phobes. People don't know if they are a boy or a girl and want to be called 'they/them.' Boys are competing against girls in sports because they can't win against other boys. Men pretend to be women for reasons that are most time nefarious. Racism has made a comeback that makes the race riots of the 1950's and 1960's look like a trip to Disneyland. Major corporations are condoning and even helping indoctrinate our children into the gay/trans world whether they like it or not. Schools are perpetrating trans agenda upon any child that mentions that they don't feel like the sex they are. Critical Race Theory is being shoved down the throats of school children from a young age through college. Marxism and Socialism are being taught as the best political/economic system and Capitalism/Individual freedoms are being taught as racist and unfair.

Who is behind all this anti-America agenda? Who is forcing this ideology upon the people of the nation? Who is to blame? We, the People are to blame because we haven't stood up and asserted our God-given rights and authority over an elected government that shouldn't have the power that it does.

Please, for the sake of America, read the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, the Federalist Papers, the Federalist Farmer, and Madison's notes. Read them till you understand just what it was that the Founding Fathers of this nation intended us to be. IF you do pick up a book that has these documents and you DO read them, please, read them carefully, intentionally, methodically, and with the idea that you were right there when they were being written for the first time. Pretend that you were involved in the debates over what should and shouldn't be in the Supreme Law of the Land. Pretend that you were standing alongside General George Washington overlooking his ragged troops, weary from fighting an almost impossible battle against an army that had never lost. Pretend that you were there when Lincoln gave his speech at Gettysburg.

Remember this, the 56 men that signed the Declaration of Independence vowed their fortunes, their honor, their very lives to a cause that became the Great Experiment – a country that was of the PEOPLE, by the PEOPLE, and for the PEOPLE. A Constitutional Republic with an elected government that would change on a regular basis. Not a democracy because democracies always fail. But a representative government. “We are the rightful masters of government.” A. Lincoln.

What is The Liberal World Order

 Joe Biden, the mentally challenged, corrupt, geriatric in charge made mention of 'the Liberal World Order.' Brian Deese, one of his advisers, made mention of it during a CNN interview. So, what, exactly, is the Liberal World Order?

Some of those institutions have become corrupted. The UN Security Council has become antisemitic to the point of actually trying to destroy Israel. The World Health Organization is controlled by the Chinese. The World Bank dictates to countries how to govern if they loan to them, as does the International Monetary Fund.

Once an institution is organized and given power over anything, it soon becomes corrupt. The old adage 'Power Corrupts and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely' stands true. All one has to do is look at our own government. The Founding Fathers were terrified of a large and powerful government. They intentionally limited the power of the Federal Government and enumerated those powers in the Constitution. Over the decades and centuries, our limited government has increased in size and taken power it does not possess.

Now, our President is throwing around the term 'Liberal World Order.' What does he mean by that? Does he mean the literal definition as set forth after WWII or does he mean something much more nefarious? Liberalism has become synonymous with Socialism and, to a point, Communism in this country. The far-left radicals, Progressives, Marxists, and Democratic Socialists that have taken over in our government are called 'Liberals.'

As you can see, what conservatives call liberals are far from it on most points. Individual freedoms and rights, self-governing, open-minded, generosity, etc. Where the definition does come straight to what a liberal is here in the United States is; lacking moral restraint, not bound by traditional forms, and a philosophy that considers government as a crucial instrument for amelioration of social inequities (such as those involving race, gender, or class). The Founders did not believe that government had any business in dictating to the People how to live their lives or even being that important to the everyday operation of the country as a whole. The Democrat Party believes that only government can know what is best for the people and demands that the country follow laws enacted that inhibit, control, regulate, and even criminalize activities that were once everyday living; things like fishing, hunting, owning a firearm, speaking your mind openly, being able to travel unrestricted without being taxed (having a driver's license, licensing a motor vehicle, tolls, etc.).

So, what does Uncle Dementia mean when he says we must endure great hardship to ensure the Liberal World Order? They speak about the Russia/Ukraine war and how this is the main purpose of increasingly high fuel prices. A foreign war that we are not fighting has nothing to do with our economy. Yes, we are sending arms and humanitarian aid to Ukraine, as we should. Does that mean that we need to buy our oil from OPEC? Does that mean that our store shelves should be empty? Does this 75 year old policy mean that we, the United States of America, and the rest of the world, should suffer because Vlad wants to put the Soviet Union back together?

The Liberal World Order has nothing to do with turning prosperous nations into poverty stricken hellholes. It is an antiquated policy that was supposed to rebuild Europe after the devastation of war. The European countries were struggling with economic, social, and health issues and the LWO was to help them recover. Now, its primary mission is to redistribute the wealth of the world to countries that are struggling and considered less economically viable than the industrialized nations. China, the second largest economy in the world receives billions of dollars annually from the World Bank because it falls into their category of needing help. India receives billions of dollars annually because it has the largest population of poor people. Who funds the World Bank? Everyone that has a good economy. The United States has over a 16% interest in it. After all, up until Joe Biden, we had the strongest, largest economy in the world.

When Dementia Joe talks about the Liberal World Order, it's up for grabs what, exactly, he's talking about. My guess is that he is talking about the 'Great Reset' into Socialism/Communism here in the United States but, he could be talking about the WWII policy that should have been done and over with decades ago. Only the Democrats know for sure.

Romance of the Ranchos

 During the 1950s there was a radio show called Romance of the Ranchos. This was the history of Southern California from the late 1700s to early 1900s. According to the broadcast announcer, all the information contained in the show was true history with only dialogue added that was probably what was said between the historical figures.

Romance of the Ranchos told the story of the immense ranches that were granted to Mexican citizens when Mexico controlled Southern California. It told of the beauty and fertility of the valleys. Frank Graham, the narrator, told of how the Dons lived peaceably amongst themselves and the Indians of the area. These ranchos were not small. Land grants were given for anywhere from twenty thousand to sixty thousand acres with one person as owner.

It was when the Americanos went to war with Mexico and took over the area that things changed. The peaceful hills and valleys that had been used for cattle, horses, vineyards, grazing, etc. started to change. The pueblos and missions were still there, dotting the countryside but now, with the money-hungry Americanos there, the ranchos were in serious trouble. They had never worried about proving who owned what, everyone knew that. They had wealth, not in money, but in livestock.

The Americanos moved in, squatted on land not theirs, put money before honor, and the Dons got into financial trouble. All ended up being forced to sell their beautiful homesteads to the Americans.

What happened then? What always happens when greedy American businessmen get involved? Industry, growth, destruction. The ranchos were divided up, towns sprouted and grew. The lush green valleys and fields turned into dirty construction sites. The towns turned into cities. The harbors were crowded with ships. California was no longer the peaceful, beautiful area it once was.

You look at southern California now. Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Barbara, etc. have taken over the grazing lands and open beaches. Where once was green fields is now desert. America has struck again! Destroy all the beauty to create huge metropolises for millions of people. Drain all natural resources for the millions to be comfortable. Mother Nature won't care. All that matters is making money and destroying all beauty.

I've said this for years: Humanity is the bane of the Earth. I don't know what the good Lord was thinking when he put mankind in charge over the Earth. All we do is destroy. John Denver said it in Rocky Mountain High: we tear down the mountains to put in a couple more. It isn't just California that we've destroyed. Colorado was once a beautiful state with clean air and beautiful scenery. The last time I went to Denver I couldn't breathe because of the smog. It's probably 40 miles out of the LA area that the air starts getting yellow with pollution. NYC is the same. Chicago, Detroit, Philly, etc. all polluted.

When are we going to get it through our heads that Mother Earth is the one that lets us live? When are we going to start to understand that we can't keep destroying the planet? I'm far from a pine needle junkie or a fresh air freak but I do believe that we need to take care of this ball of rock we call home. Instead of trying to find an Earth-like planet somewhere else in space or to industrialize Mars or the Moon, why don't we start to clean up this planet? If we can't take care of this one, what makes anyone think we can do it somewhere else? Or is it that greedy industrialists and elitists just want to exploit the natural resources of every other planet like they have this one?

Politics and Presidents From 1960 to Present

 The year is 1960. John Fitzgerald Kennedy, a Catholic, was elected President of the United States. At that time, there was a lot of debate whether the young war hero could get elected because of his religion and political ideology; after all, everyone knew the Kennedy's were socialists. As it turned out, JFK was one of America's most beloved, and most grieved over, Presidents.

Even though John Kennedy was a supposed socialist, he had one thing going for him: his love of America. That, and his belief in what the founding fathers had envisioned and set forth in the Constitution. One nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Why he was so loved is actually a surprise. The only policy that he signed into law that didn't fail was civil rights policy. Then, after less than three years later, because of his resolve to right the wrongs of Washington, DC, he was gunned down in Dallas, Texas. He was the last of the true American Democrats.

The Warren Report, like all governmental reports, was not exactly correct in all aspects. Yes, I do believe it said something about the infamous Grassy Knoll but, reported that Lee Harvey Oswald was a lone shooter and possibly a Russian agent. What it didn't get into was why was Lyndon Johnson in Dallas on that fateful day? He was supposed to be in DC taking care of business. Conspiracy theorists surmise that he was there knowing that the President would be assassinated and he didn't want to waste time getting sworn into office; after all, he wanted the presidency so bad he could taste it.

What was Johnson's legacy? Vietnam. Who profited the most out of that 'conflict?' Lady Bird Johnson, LBJ's devoted wife and First Lady of the United States. She owned, or had controlling interest, in most of the contractors for the Vietnam Conflict. LBJ was not the first corrupt politician but he was the first of a list of Democrats that went down the anti-American road to what the Democrat Party has become.

Who was next? Oh, yeah! The evil Mr. Nixon. The man that got caught doing what politicians had been doing for years: spying on the competition. Richard Milhouse Nixon opened the doors to China (big mistake there) and got us out of Vietnam. When he abdicated because of his impeachment over Watergate, his VP, Gerald Ford, took over for two years.

What did Ford do besides pardon Nixon? Let's list his accomplishments:

Thank the gods of every pantheon that Ford didn't win re-election and we got a peanut farmer from Georgia for a term. Jimmy Carter; foreign policy failed, couldn't get hostages released from terrorists, domestic policy failed... worst president since Zachary Taylor.

It's now 1980. Another election; another President. Ronald Reagan, a former radio announcer, actor, and governor of California. What did we get ourselves into with this bozo (reference on purpose for those that understand it). What we got was Reaganomics, trickle down economy, inflation, and a very charismatic politician that could get things done. He got hostages released, convinced Gorbachev to tear down the Berlin Wall and the Soviet Union broke up into several different autonomous countries. During his second term, the economy turned around and George HW Bush inherited a lot of good things.

Bush sucked. He promised, “Read my lips: no new taxes!” then proceeded to tax us back into poverty, inflation, and a screwed up economy in four short years. We also got into a war in the Middle East but he got Saddam Hussein ousted from power and hung in the town square. The Middle East became a center for chaos and a breeding ground for terrorists.

1992; another new President. William Jefferson Clinton, former governor of Arkansas. The only thing he did for them was get Sam Walton to put that state as his world headquarters. The State of Arkansas didn't vote in a President, they voted out a governor. One of the most corrupt, power abusing, womanizing politicians ever sent to Washington. It was the Clintons (we have to put Hillary in there because she was just as powerful and corrupt as Slick Willy) that pushed the LBJ Democrats further down the slippery slope of socialism.

I talked with a German immigrant during the Clinton years that said she feared for the United States and where it was headed. “It was the same way in Germany with Hitler. A little at a time was taken but if you look at what is actually happening, it's the same thing with the same goal.” Power hungry politicians all have one goal in mind: absolute power over the people. Bill went slow at it to be sure but, as we've learned, Hillary is a go-getter on that field.

2000, the turn of the century, the turn of the millennium, and the turn of power back to the Republicans in the good ol' USA. George Walker Bush, a chip off the old block. His administration was filled with crises, the most notable was 9/11/01 when terrorists flew jet planes into the Twin Towers in NYC, the Pentagon, and tried to fly one into the White House but was thwarted by patriotic Americans that overtook the bad guys. This was the start of the longest war America had ever been in; lasting until 2021. They called it a war on terror. How do you fight a war against an ideology? You can never win it and we didn't. We fought 20 years, freed the Middle East from the Taliban just to give it back to the Taliban. But that's another Democrat Presidency.

W (as most of America calls him to differentiate him from daddy GHW Bush) was no better than any other career politician. He didn't do bad but he didn't do good. He went in there with his own agenda and he left having achieved very little.

Barack Hussein Obama (aka Barry Sotoero), our first multi-racial President. Former community organizer, one term Illinois state senator, and first term Illinois Senator in Washington. A registered foreign exchange student at Cambridge (I believe, it may have been Stanford), whose mother was an American citizen and his father from Kenya. He spent several years in Kenya until returning to the US on a passport. He supposedly was born in Hawaii but the authorities there denied they registered the birth certificate. When he returned to the US from abroad, he was not on his mother's passport as most pre-teens were in those days. There is no record of him changing his name from Barry Sotoero to Barack Obama.

What was Obama's biggest accomplishments: an unconstitutional law called the Affordable Care Act that made medical insurance unaffordable for any working American but is free to those that don't work and illegal aliens. He put boys in the girl's bathroom. He put racism back on the map that makes the 1950”s and 60” look like a cake walk. He turned minorities and brainwashed sheeple into hating law enforcement. He castrated our military and bowed to foreign powers. In a speech to the nation he stated, “If you attack one Muslim, you attack all Muslims.” He did not represent the country he was leading; if anything, he was destroying it. One example of that is when he apologized to Japan for the US bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki to end WWII on Pearl Harbor Day.

Barack Obama took the Democrat Party from playing with socialism to just under full blown socialism. The snowball, by the end of his regime, was getting quite large. Any resemblance to the Democrat Party of the past was gone. Any resemblance of American patriotism from the Democrat Party was gone. Although the Federal Government had been chipping away at the Constitution for decades, with Obama it was in the open. Legislating from the Oval Office (“I have a phone and I have a pen.”) regardless of what Congress did was just normal day-to-day business for Barack Obama.

2016, an election cycle not to be forgotten any time soon.

The major contenders: Hillary Rodham Clinton and Donald J Trump. It was funny how the left said that if the Donald decided to run he wouldn't stand a chance of winning but, when he stood at the top of the escalator of Trump Tower and announced his candidacy, 19 minutes later Politico reported that the impeachment was underway.

That's right, folks! I believe it was April 17, 2016 when Politico started the coup against Donald Trump even before he had the nomination. It continued from there. It was as if the Democrats knew that they had to do something about this non-politician businessman so that he wouldn't be elected. Little did they know that the American people were tired of the same old corrupt, career politicians. Hillary was supposed to win so that she could finish what Obama had started.

The negative reports about Trump are far too numerous to list. The accusations: the same. The investigations, spying, impeachments; all unconstitutional, all unfounded, all just to get rid of the man that was showing America just what Washington, DC really was. After all, didn't Hillary Clinton delete over thirty thousand emails subpoenaed by Congress? Wasn't she using a personal server for classified emails? All forgiven by James Comey, director of the FBI going above and beyond his pay grade to protect a Clinton.

Everything the Democrats said about Trump was what they, themselves, were doing. Russian collusion? Hillary Clinton and her campaign. Being gentle on China? That was the Obama administration. The list goes on and on.

What did Trump accomplish during his four years in the Oval Office? Let's list a few of them:

Record low unemployment

Record high employment for women and minorities

Tax cuts and higher wages

Secure border

North Korea returning MIA/KIA soldiers from the Korean Police Action

North Korea stopping their nuclear missile tests

Fair trade deals with China

NATO nations starting to pay their fair share for security

A record booming economy

Most important: America First policies

Donald J Trump, in my opinion a petulant, spoiled child most of the time yet, the one man that this country needed most. He did more for America in his four years as President than the last eleven Presidents put together, with the exception of maybe Reagan. Yes, the one man that loved his country more than anything that he gave up a billionaire lifestyle, turned his companies over to others to run, actually lost money, just to have the left persecute him, belittle him, and accuse him and still he made America great again.

Now, after a botched 2020 election we have a mentally challenged, weak geriatric career failure as President and a woman with questionable morals as Vice President. Joe Biden, a man whose foreign policies have failed for 50 years, who can't put together an intelligible sentence, whose family has been involved in criminal activities and are under investigation, who stayed in his basement for nearly the entire campaign supposedly won 81 million votes (more than Barack Obama). His running mate, Kamala Harris who got into politics through her affair with Willy Brown, had absolutely no support as a candidate for President.

What has he/she done in the first year of their administration? On January 21, 2021 he shut down the XL Pipeline that was making the US energy independent and employed tens of thousands, who were instantly out of a job. He stopped all oil exploration on Federal lands and all new drilling. He opened the southern border to all regardless of who they were and still hasn't shut it down with millions crossing illegally every year. He did away with the sanctions against the Nordstrom Pipeline in Russia, thus making them billions of dollars. He turned over one of the most important Air Force bases in Afghanistan to the Taliban, and left Americans and American allies behind enemy lines with no hope of getting out. He has spent billions of dollars on social policy inducing unmatched inflation. The stock market has been on a roller coaster worse than anytime in history (at least since the crash of 1929).

Yes, my fellow Americans, Joseph Robinette Biden has destroyed everything that Trump had built to make America great again and made it 'the World First' instead of America First. He, and his anti-American compatriots are destroying our Constitutional Republic and doing all they can to turn it into a socialist state at best and a Communist state at worst.

We are living in very dark times in this great country. Dark and historic times. As with the few that knew we needed to get out from under the control of the tyrannical King George, it is becoming more and more obvious that the tyranny they fought against has reared its ugly head and re-emerged as the Democrat Party of the United States. If it isn't obvious to you, then you, my friend, are one of the many brainwashed sheeple that deserve neither freedom nor safety. If socialism is what you want so badly, please move to a socialist country and leave the great, freedom loving country of the United States alone.

We achieved the greatness we have by being different from all other nations. We are the Great Experiment where the people are the the government. We, the People, are the rightful masters. The founding fathers set up a government that was of the people, by the people, for the people. They wrote a Constitution that guaranteed our inalienable rights would never be infringed upon and that the Federal Government would be small and weak against the states. Over the two and a half centuries since we declared our independence from tyranny we, the People, and the collective states have slowly abdicated our power to the Federal Government. It is now a corrupt, bloated, power-hungry monster that is demanding more and more from the citizens.

Read some history. From the ancient Romans to modern Venezuela you will see that history is repeating itself right now, right here. I never thought in all my sixty plus years that I would see what is happening now in this country. It saddens me that even those that have lived long enough to actually remember Hitler's Nazi regime, Mao's China, etc. are going along with what the Democrat Party is doing. Read history. Learn from it. Change the future for the better and don't digress into what has never worked anywhere in the world throughout history. We are exceptional. We got this way because of our freedoms and capitalist economy. Socialism bring destruction and poverty. Do it. Do it now before it's too late.

Brave New World

 The year is 2050. Because of the 2020 election not being allowed to be investigated, the American Communist Party, then called the Democrat Party, kept power in the United States through legislation that insured their continued reign. The people that had protested and questioned the results were finally indicted and tried after being held in prison for over two years. All were convicted of treason and given the maximum sentence of death. Instead of lethal injection, each was hung in public squares around the nation to serve as examples. Other citizens that protested through other means, such as social media, were arrested, indicted, tried, and convicted of treason, also. Each of them was summarily disposed of in the same manner.

After the mid-term election of 2022, again won through deceit, the ACP was guaranteed power indefinitely. The Constitution of the United States was done away with and replaced with a new Communist Manifesto; rewritten for modern times. Liberty and freedom were only for the elite while the common citizen was degraded to almost slave labor. Illegal immigration ran rampant with the borders eliminated. Universal healthcare, income, education, etc. was instituted for all except the American citizen. The Electoral College was eliminated. Open, fair, transparent elections were a thing of the past. The United States of America had become a banana republic with anyone opposing the Democrats and their policies being arrested for insurrection. Donald J Trump, the 45^th President of the United States, and all his followers were executed without representation or trial.

The United States was renamed the United Socialist States of America. The Stars and Stripes was replaced with a new banner that incorporated the symbols of Black Lives Matter, Antifa, and the Chinese Communist Party; all surrounded by a large “O.” Barack Hussein Obama resumed his reign as Supreme Leader of the mew regime.

Fidel Castro, Adolf Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Mussolini, Chavez, Maduro, Kim, and Putin all rolled into one person is who Barack Obama was. In the history of the world there had been no worse leader. Tyrant was a mild term to describe Obama. Anyone that did not agree with his ideology of black supremacy, transgenderism, abortion after birth, globalism, total government control, limited speech, and, of course, the American Communist Party, were dealt with swiftly and completely. He killed millions of American citizens.

While the citizens lived in squalor, the elitists lived in royal elegance. Washington was the center of opulence. Money flowed lie water over Niagara Falls, lavish dinners, entertainment, parties, and back door deals were the norm. Only the very wealthy had kept their status, such as Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Warren Buffet, the Hollywood elite, LeBron James, Colin Kaepernick, Megan Rapinoe, etc. all lived within the confines of that ten mile square area known as Washington, DC. All lived the life of luxury.

The average American citizen was regulated to working 16 hours a day for poverty wages; allowed two hours a day of electrical use; allowed three gallons of water a day; public transit their only transportation; public healthcare, if they could get it, their only healthcare; food and other necessary commodities were rationed as minimally as possible, just enough to keep the people barely alive. Armies of BLM and Antifa members roamed the streets to ensure that no one spoke against the regime, the Party, or anything that might offend someone. Their power was autonomous, answering to only Barack Obama, himself.

Foreigners, what in earlier years would have been called illegals, had it better. They were served first at medical clinics and received better treatments; they were allowed more food, water, education; they were paid higher wages. In other terms: Americans last, foreigners first.

That is what life has become; a living hell for anyone born American. Any indication of rebellion against the Party is summarily destroyed and the perpetrators executed immediately without trial. Lord Obama is an old man now, but he has the best healthcare, so he holds on. With all the Old Guard long gone, Nancy Pelosi, Charles Schumer, Bernie Sanders, etc., the Parliament is being ruled by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortes, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and other far-left thinking ideologues. Ruling with an iron fist, no one dares question any policy they bring forth. In the last thirty years, the Green New Deal has destroyed any economic strength; without fossil fuels for power and transportation, at least in this country, only Washington, DC has power 100% of the time; universal everything has caused economic collapse; and the USSA is three hundred trillion dollars in debt to every nation on earth.

Welcome to the Brave New World. Every thought, every word, every action is controlled by government. The only thing that is plentiful is the drugs they use to keep the population under control. How did that happen, you ask? It was so amazingly simple for them. They created the Covid-19 virus, developed a vaccine that incorporated properties that started the process, mandated the vaccine for everyone, and then kept coming up with new variants, new, stronger vaccines, and then it was over. The world’s population was hooked. The sheep fell to the fear and was led to slaughter quietly, quickly, easily. The sheep took care of the those that questioned the virus and vaccines through shaming, persecuting, peer-pressure. When it got to the point where all that would, did it voluntarily, it was forced onto them. Unless you could prove you were vaccinated, you were not allowed to travel, enter stores, go to work. It was either get the vaccine or die. It was a win/win for the government.

If you think this is all fiction, a figment of my imagination, do me a favor. In 1932, Aldous Huxley wrote a book called Brace New World. When the CBS Radio Workshop put in on the air as a radio broadcast, Mr. Huxley was the narrator. He stated quite plainly that the setting for this book was 600 years in the future but that, with the way things were going, he predicted it would only be 200 years before the world became the dystopian society he imagined. I would venture that it will be much sooner the way things are going now.

Once again, if We, The PEOPLE, do not take back our government, our country, our rights and freedoms, NOW, we are lost. We will become either what Huxley wrote or what I have imagined here. I know that the world we live in right now is more dystopian than a lot of the books I have read, such as Hunger Games, Divergent, Darkest Minds, Fahrenheit 451, Soylent Green, etc. We cannot let the Democrats take complete power and destroy the last bastion of freedom on Earth. We cannot allow tyranny and oppression to win the day. If America falls there is no where else to go. This is the last stand. Will we be as Napoleon’s Waterloo or Davy Crockett’s Alamo?

Only YOU can prevent Communism/Socialism in America. Will you stand and fight for your rights and freedoms or sit back and lose all that the Founders and hundreds of thousands of men have fought and died for? It’s UP TO YOU!

We Are Now at DEFCON 2

 

We are under attack! Not by outside forces but by seditious forces within. Forces that would undermine and destroy the rights and freedoms granted to all people by the Creator and guaranteed to the American People by the Constitution of the United States.

The Rights to Free Speech, Religion, and Free Press are being torn apart by the Party. The conservative voice is being silenced by big tech relentless in their endeavor to change the Republic into a Socialist State. With social media banning President Donald J Trump, destroying the free speech platform of Parler, eliminating thousands of conservative voices on Facebook and Twitter, by demanding that all conservatives be removed from Congress, and businesses refusing to accommodate anyone supportive of President Trump, it is a clear and present danger to all Americans.

With the new administration’s blatant disregard to the will of the people by legislating through Executive Order, it is obvious that the Republic is under attack.

When Congress will ignore the will of the people by not investigating when blatant voter fraud is committed and then turn around and impeach a President that has left office, it is obvious that the Republic is under attack.

It is imperative that we, the People, make our voices heard in a way that our so-called representatives understand. I do not advocate violence. Just as President Trump stated in his speech, “Go to the Capitol and PEACEFULLY protest.” We have protested and Congress has ignored us. We have spoken out and addressed Congress about our grievances. They have ignored us. Is it time to come to arms? Not yet, brothers. Not yet. But to Battle Stations we must go.

Amendment 2 of the Constitution of the United States says:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The Declaration of Independence:

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them to another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitle them a decent respect to the op9inions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. –That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Let us be clear: we are not fighting King George of Great Britain and these are no longer Colonies. Our enemy, our tyrannical rulers, are the Democrat and Republican Parties. The present Speaker of the House, the present Senate Majority leader, the majority of the House of Representatives and the Senate, the present President and Vice President of the United States are the enemies of the People.

The mass media (including but not limited to: The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, National Public Radio, and media such as Facebook and Twitter) are the enemies of the People. Why are these enemies when Amendment 1 states clearly that there is freedom of the Press? The Press has become the mouthpiece of the far-left. Newspapers no longer print truth but only what Government wants them print. Propaganda through media is not what America is about. When the Press only prints what Government wants, the nation no longer has a free Press. Only communist nations demand only Government controlled media.

It is painfully obvious that we are a nation under attack. We must man the battle stations, prepare for war. The war has already started, though. It started decades ago when Government became more powerful than the Founders intended.

The Constitution of the United States of America; Article One; Section Eight:

The Congress shall have Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the Untied States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writing and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

These are the enumerated powers of the Federal Government. The Tenth Amendment says:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

We, the People, and the several States, have abdicated most of our power to the Federal Government. How, you ask? By allowing the Federal Government to continually take more and more power away from us. We vote in the same power-hungry career politicians cycle after cycle. Some of the representatives in Congress have been there thirty, forty, or even fifty years. They are so far removed from normal, everyday life that they have no idea how their legislation affects the American People. They just legislate to gain more and more power and wealth for themselves with no regard for their constituents.

Article Four; Section Four:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Article Six; paragraphs two and three:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation to support the Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

As you can see, the Federal Government has usurped its power and has become a tyrannical dominion over the people; gross overreach with no repercussions. In effect, the representatives that we keep voting into office have become untouchable. In some cases, such as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer, they have become so powerful and wealthy that their re-election is almost guaranteed.

In States such as California, with their election laws and the gerrymandering of districts, it is almost an impossibility for any conservative to ever win an election. With HR1 2021 this corrupt form of voting would be nationwide thus eliminating any chance for a conservative to ever win the White House again. What do I mean by corrupt form of voting? To start with there would be no voter ID for absentee ballots, mail-in ballots would become the norm with no voter ID, illegal aliens would be able to vote, dead people would vote, some people would vote more than once; and this is only the beginning.

With the Democrat Party’s win of the White House, the House of Representatives and the 50/50 split of the Senate, there is nothing to stop the Democrats from transforming our Constitutional Republic into the Socialist State they desire so much. Complete Government control over every aspect of our lives.

Yes, we are a nation under attack!

Abraham Lincoln stated: “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.”

We are destroying ourselves by allowing a rogue Party to remain in power. President Joe Biden, in his first week in office, signed almost 40 Executive Orders; most of which gave more power to the Government, took more liberties from the people, and weakened our National Security by empowering China and giving the Chinese more access to American infrastructure.

With the COVID-19 pandemic stimulus packages, Congress gave away, wasted, trillions of taxpayer money by giving it to foreign nations while giving less than a trillion dollars back to the American taxpayer. Democrat-run states and cities have effectively destroyed the economy with closing small businesses while allowing large corporations to remain open. Those same states and cities won’t allow the people to worship in Church, gather peacefully for any occasion (even within the family home), or let children go to school in person; and the Government will not allow the coronavirus to be called the Wuhan Flu, China virus, or even say that the virus started in China.

Because a handful of anti-government radicals breached the Capitol Building in Washington, DC. during, and after, a rally by President Donald Trump, Facebook and Twitter deleted the President’s accounts, permanently. This deprived the Commander-In-Chief, the most powerful man in the world, of his Constitutionally guaranteed right of free speech. Why did they do this? They deleted him because he called for his crowd of half a million Americans to walk to the Capitol and PEACEFULLY protest and let their voices be heard. Congress decided that, because he said that, he incited the riot and breaching of the Capitol while Congress was in session certifying the Electoral count. A count that was fraudulently gained.

We are under attack. We are destroying ourselves from within. A house divided will soon fall and this country is divided. The Democrat Party demands compliance to their ideology. Conservative voices are being silenced daily. Radical left-wing members of Congress are demanding the resignation of all conservatives that supported President Trump or asked to investigate allegations of voter fraud and corruption.

The Defense Readiness Condition system was set up for a nuclear attack. Since WWII, there has been no nuclear weapon used in war. With almost every industrialized nation having nuclear weapons in their arsenal, it is unlikely that any would be used. As for emerging nations, such as North Korea and Iran, working on obtaining nuclear warheads for long-range missiles, it is more likely they would use them to attack the Western Nations, especially the United States. I do not use the DEFCON system for this reason. I use it as a reference to how close we, as a nation, are to civil war once again.

Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address, although only 87 years after the formation of our new nation, sounds true today.

Four score and seven years ago, our fathers brought forth upon this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived, and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that battle field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate, we cannot consecrate, we cannot hallow, this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here; while it can never forget what they did here.

It is for us, the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us – that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion – that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain – that this nation, under God, shall have a new bieth of freedom 00 and the government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

During the election cycle of 2020, several states changed their election laws. Not through the Constitutional process of the legislatures of those states but through using the court system, by Secretaries of State, and even by the Governors. Voter ID was ignored, cleaning up of voter rolls was not allowed, ballots were sent to people that did not request them and to addresses where the people no longer lived. Drop boxes were used thus eliminating a chain of possession.

Courts, both state and district, Congress, even the Supreme Court ignored the will of the people and wouldn’t even look at the cases brought before them concerning voter fraud, corruption, and unconstitutionality.

President Donald J Trump received eleven million more votes in the 2020 election than he did in the 2016 election; received more votes from minorities than any other conservative candidate in history; and won Florida, Ohio, and Iowa. No other President achieved this without winning the election.

Now President Joe Biden, who remained in his basement throughout the campaign; twice dropped out of the primaries due to lack of support; all but dropped out of the 2020 race due to lack of support until he won the South Carolina primary; and lost minority votes supposedly won eighty million votes? More than Barack Obama? More than Hillary Clinton?

Kamala Harris, who dropped out of the primaries due to total lack of support, was chosen as Vice Presidential candidate. A woman who entered politics through nefarious means by having an affair with a powerful California politician. A woman who, during the debates, called Joe Biden a pedophile and woman abuser and accused him of having dementia, was called upon to run with that same man. Why? Kamala Harris is a woman of color. Mixed breed of immigrant parents, that is why.

With approximately 135 million registered voters in the country the numbers just don’t add up. President Trump received between 74 and 75 million votes while the Biden/Harris team reportedly received around 80 million. Even if you round down the votes for Trump, that adds up to 150 million votes; 20 million more than registered voters. Do you understand how the Democrat Party is destroying our Constitutional Republic? Especially when vote counting was stopped in the middle of the night in several strong Democrat cities and during that recess thousands of ballots appeared; all for Joe Biden and some with only that one box checked. Fraud, corruption, a stolen election.

We are under attack from within by the Democrat Party. A Party sworn to destroy conservative speech, thought, and ideology. A Party sworn to complete Government control over the people. This Party is reminiscent of the Communist Party that the United States, and every freedom loving country around the world, has fought against for decades. The Democrat Party has now become the American Communist Party. You swear fealty to the Party or you are an enemy of the State.

For four years plus the left has been screaming for the impeachment of Donald Trump. On April 17, 2015, as soon as Trump announced his candidacy for President, Politico printed an article stating that the impeachment had begun. Nineteen minutes after the inauguration of Donald Trump the Democrats started screaming about impeaching him. As soon as the freshman Congressman Rashida Tlaib was sworn into office she yelled, “Now we impeach the motherfucker!”

For four years the mass media and the Democrat Party swore that there was Russian collusion and that was how Trump won the election. Millions of dollars, thousands of interviews, reams of reports and three investigations and the only thing that came out of it? The Clinton campaign and the DNC bought a false dossier from a foreign former spy who got shady info from the Russians.

Do you understand now how we are under attack as a free nation? Do you see how the ACP is destroying our Constitutional Republic and the very documents that are the foundation of our country, our freedoms? Do you understand now why the left wants to silence the right?

President Ronald Reagan once said, “It isn’t that our Democrat friends don’t know anything, it is that they know so much that isn’t right.”

It is now time, past time, to take back our country from career politicians. The Founding Fathers foresaw that our Government could possibly become so bloated, so powerful, and so corrupt as it is now. In fact, they did everything they could to ensure that the Federal Government stayed small and weak against the power of the States and the People. Our form of Government was, is, an experiment. No other country in the world had ever tried governance by, for, and of the People. Our rights and freedoms, granted to every man by the Creator, are guaranteed to not be infringed by the Constitution of the United States of America.

Freedom of speech, religion, press, to peaceable assemble, and to petition the Government. The Right to keep and bear Arms. To not have troops quartered in our homes. The Right to be secure in our persons, houses, and possessions and against unreasonable searches and seizures. We cannot be held for a capital crime without an indictment, or be compelled to testify against ourselves and are guaranteed due process. We have the right to a speedy trial by impartial jury, can face our accuser, and can obtain witnesses on our behalf. We cannot be tried twice for the same crime. There is no excessive bail, fines, or cruel and unusual punishment. The rights enumerated in the Constitution do not deny others. Most importantly: Powers not granted to the Federal Government are retained by the States and the People.

The DEFCON emergency system is used in regards to nuclear attack. We are not under that threat at this time. I use the DEFCON symbolism in regards to civil war. We are now at DEFCON 2!
