The Truth is Finally Coming to Light

 I have made it abundantly clear over many years that I am a conservative, pro-America, pro-Constitution, anti-socialist, anti-Communist, patriot. I have no problem saying that. I speak my mind, I try to make sure that what I put out is truth, even when it is just my opinion, and will always speak against those that would do harm to my country, my rights and freedoms, my family, my finances, etc. I have lost many 'friends' over my viewpoints and beliefs with no regrets.

I have no time, nor patience, for anyone that believes America is systemically racist, misogynistic, homophobic, or just 'bad.' This country was founded on Christian principles that worked well for over two hundred years. Capitalism has made life better for millions upon millions of people. Every citizen in this country has the same rights, privileges, and opportunities as everyone else despite the color of your skin, your ethnic background, your sexual orientation, or station in life. Some the most successful people in this country came from nothing. In modern days I can mention Dr. Ben Carson as a prime example.

What I have espoused over the years is that the Democrat Party is mostly to blame for our troubles. This is not exactly correct. It is neither the Democrat Party nor the Republican Party. It is We, the People, that are to blame. We have allowed the Federal Government to grow into the tyrannical dominion that it now is. We, the People, are the rightful masters of government, not the other way around. If you believe that the federal government is the answer to all your woes, maybe you should look to other Socialist/Communist countries to see what happens when you give centralized government complete control.

All this being said I will get to the meat of the story.

We all blame one Party or the other. We all have that one person to point a finger at. We all think we know what is going on. We could be no further from the truth. It isn't Donald J Trump or Joseph R Biden. It isn't the Democrats or the Republicans. It isn't even George Soros or Barry Sotoero.

We have been manipulated into every decision we make through the mass media, news agencies, advertising, foreign and domestic intelligence, secret organizations, etc. How? Psychological warfare. The human mind is an amazing thing but can be manipulated so easily. “Oh, but I would never be fooled by all that bullshit! I can think for myself.” That's exactly what you're thinking, right? You are wrong. Every last one of us is susceptible to mass marketing, impulse buying, and manipulation of every kind. We are all victims of it. Don't believe me? Did you wear a mask? Did you get the vaccine? Did you keep 6 feet away from everyone? Did you believe Covid 19 was worse than the Plague? More importantly, do you believe it the second time around?

I firmly believe that the Democrat Party manipulated the 2020 election and won by cheating. I, also, believe they did the same thing in the mid-term election in 2022. I am exceptionally firm in my belief that they will do the same in the 2024 election. I don't care that the votes were counted a million times. If there was a million dollars on the table but a hundred thousand was counterfeit, there would still be a million dollars there no matter how many times you counted it; it just wouldn't all be REAL.

Look at the political persecution that is going on at this very minute. Thousands of conservative voters, rightfully protesting the 2020 election, are being held in DC jails without bail, without being able to talk to attorneys, being charged with nothing, being charged with misdemeanors and sentenced to years in prison; just because they protested an election. BLM and Antifa members rioted, looted, committed arson and assault, did billions of dollars of damage to cities across the nation and not one has done any time and most of the charges against them have been dropped.

The political persecution of the front-runner in the 2024 election is probably the best known case to examine. Donald Trump has done nothing wrong. He has been indicted four times on multiple crimes that are made up, using rogue legal means. He has done nothing more, or less, than the Democrats have done every time they lose an election: he questioned it, complained about it, wanted it audited, said it was stolen from him.

As for the Presidential papers he had at Mar-A-Lago: Biden had more, in less secure places and they weren't even his to take as Vice President.

Trump's quid pro quo. Have you forgotten that Joe Biden bragged about withholding 1.5 Billion dollars from Ukraine if they didn't fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma where his son was a board member? Trump didn't ask for something in return for something. Biden demanded something in return for something.

Everyone is listening to the government-owned media. CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, ABC, NBC, CBS, etc. they are all controlled by the government. They are only telling the people what the government wants them to. They are not reporting on anything that is actually happening.

The Biden Administration is a laughingstock. Not one person in DC is qualified for the job they are doing. Biden, himself, can't put a sentence together, falls asleep in meetings, lies about his past, and doesn't know where he's at, or what he's doing, 90% of the time. He's been on vacation more than he's been on the job.

Kamala Harris, a woman that did sexual favors just to get into politics (don't deny this because it's well known about her and Willie Brown). She can only talk in word salad, giggles at the most inappropriate times, helped finance attorneys and bail for BLM and Antifa members, and still has not been to the border.

Mayor Pete Buttigieg, well, what can I say? He couldn't take care of South Bend, IN and now he's in charge of the DOT? He had to take 4 months off because he and his husband adopted a baby. He has no idea about transportation. How long did it take for him to get to Palestine, OH when the train derailed with HazMat?

Then there's that man, that wants the world to think he's a woman, that is the first woman general in government, that is the Assistant Secretary of Health. That man is mentally disabled.

The Squad: AOC, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, Corey Bush: not a one of them knows anything about the Constitution, the Rule of Law, American exceptionalism, or, I believe, how to tell the truth about anything. Each one has ethics charges against them, even though it has gone nowhere (as happens when charges are brought against Democrats).

There are numerous Congressmen/women that are so old, and been in Congress for so long, that they aren't able to function properly. Feinstein, McConnell, and Fetterman are three prime examples. Fetterman hasn't been there that long but, let's face it, the man isn't fit to serve. Schumer, Schitt, Pelosi, Waters, Grassley, Romney, Kerry; all have been in office far too long and have far too much power. These are a small number of the 535 members that need removed. Notice, they are not all Democrats.

This administration is a laughingstock. The world sees that we are a weak nation, bending to the wind to the point of breaking. Trump was right when he said that Russia, China, North Korea, etc. would not have done what they are if he were in office. Biden is a puppet to every foreign nation that we deal with or are our enemies. Worse is the notion that he, Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr, is not really the one in charge. Who, exactly, is actually running the United States? Is is George Soros? China? Russia? Or someone closer to home: Barack Hussein Obama? Rumors run wild; facts are scarce. The fact that Joe isn't mentally, or physically, able to fulfill his duties as President of the United States is undeniable if you have half a brain and able to see with open eyes.

Now, back to the premise I started with. We, the People, are to blame. We have allowed the Federal Government to gain so much power over us that it will be impossible to get it back. The States have abdicated most of their power to the Federal Government. We have gotten to the point where we depend on the government to support us, feed us, tell us what to think and what to do. WE have allowed it for so long that we now accept it as normal.

When did the Federal Government get the power to tell us we have to have medical insurance? When did they get the power to tell us we had to get vaccinations, wear masks, socially distance? When did they get the power to tax us into poverty to send money to every foreign nation on the planet? When did they get the power to refuse helping Americans but spend billions on illegals? The list goes on and on and on and on.....

The Federal Government's powers are enumerated in the Constitution. They have usurped those powers and taken on more and more. The States and the people have the power over our everyday lives, not the Federal Government. It is time to clean house once again.

The 2024 election is probably the most important one in history. This next election will determine whether we stay a Constitutional Republic or become a Socialist/Communist State with the Federal Government as our lord, savior, overseer, controller, and provider. We will no longer be responsible for our lives in any way, shape, or form. The Federal Government will decide everything for us. It's already started.

The new digital currency that Joe wants so badly. How's that going to work out for us? If they can turn it on, they can turn it off. Every financial transaction you make will be known by the government. If they don't like it, they cancel it. If you don't think, talk, act, etc. the way they want, they shut your money off; you can't buy food, clothes, or any other necessity (much less those luxuries you can't live without like nail polish, beer, weed, meth, etc.). Yes, friends, and enemies, the Federal Government is far too powerful, and the house needs cleaned of them all.

How do we do it? Vote? The Democrats have proven they don't care about what the people decide. They are doing everything they can to get rid of the conservative front-runner because they know he will win. Mail-in ballots are another way to fill the ballot box with the votes they want. Having an election 'season' instead of election 'day' is another. Bringing in millions of illegals is another. I know, illegals can't vote by law. The Democrats, and RINOS, don't follow the law, and not demanding voter ID makes it really easy for illegals to cast votes for those that want to keep power.

This election needs to be so overwhelmingly conservative that they can't cheat. I don't mean by a couple thousand votes. I mean we need to vote out every career politician by millions of votes. That way they can't come up with enough fake ballots to overturn our wishes. We cannot sit back and allow a tyrannical dominion to bully us anymore.

Not enough to convince you? How about our Constitutionally guaranteed rights. The First Amendment: we can't question an election result or say anything against the ruling party or members of their families.

The Second Amendment: infringement upon infringement upon infringement. Now they want to make anyone that sells, or gives, a gun an FFL so that every gun owner is on a list. There are a lot of states, and cities, where guns are extremely hard to own.

The Third Amendment: some states, and cities, are asking the people to house illegals. Illegals that are military aged men from China, the Middle East, etc. If that isn't a standing army in disguise, I'll recant this.

The Fourth Amendment: there are thousands of conservative citizens that have had their houses raided simply because they went to a rally and protested, PEACEFULLY, at the Capitol Complex. Trump's home was raided, Stone's home was raided. Scenes from Nazi Germany and Communist Russia.

The Fifth Amendment: Trump associates where coerced into testifying against him or they would be charged with bogus crimes.

The Sixth Amendment: Trump is not getting fair trials anywhere. He is being prosecuted in districts that are against him by judges that hate him, and not given time to prepare for his court appearances. There are thousands in DC that have been waiting for years for a hearing without bail or representation.

Amendment Seven: How many times has Trump been taken to court over Stormy Daniels?

Amendment Eight: Proud Boys getting years in prison for otherwise fine punishments. Yeah, and BLM and Antifa members getting their felonies dropped.

Amendment Nine: the government is disregarding the enumerated rights and definitely taking others from us on a daily basis. If you need those listed, you are a completely brainwashed, fully indoctrinated, card-carrying member of the far-left.

Amendment Ten: I've put this one before you throughout this post. The States and the people have no power over the Federal Government because the Feds have it all.

To borrow a phrase from Andrew Wilkow: these arguments cannot be broken.

First Amendment Rights v Responsibility: Bollea v Gawker

 I watched a show on Netflix last night on how the lawsuit Bollea v Gawker was an attack on the First Amendment. I actually got through most of it before I had to shut it off. I know that Netflix is a far-left mouthpiece just like every other form of entertainment franchise but I didn't realize that it was as bad as it is.

If you don't know the court case of Bollea v Gawker, it was about a scandal rag posting a Hulk Hogan sex tape and Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan) said that it damaged his personal, and professional, life. It did, actually, because the WWE canceled his contract thus ending his long career as Hulk Hogan, mega-star of wrestling.

What Gawker said is that it was journalism and Bollea/Hogan going after them was just trying to silence the truth in reporting news. It didn't matter that it was a bloody sex tape that had nothing to do with anything but them trying to destroy his career under the guise of reporting the truth.

In the end, our hero, Hulk Hogan, won his case and a whopping 140 million dollars in damages. It also bankrupted Gawker, its owner, and several of its high-up employees and reporters.

Why am I on the side of Terry Bollea on this instead of the side of the media? After all, the First Amendment states quite clearly that we have the freedom of the press and free speech. Gawker was just exercising their rights to print what they felt needed to be printed. I am a proponent of keeping the Constitution intact no matter what.

The problem with this court case is this: where do you draw the line between free press and the right to privacy? What is the criteria for 'news' that is acceptable and not? What is actual 'journalism' and what is just rag-talk and gossip? Gawker posted a lot of controversial articles that humiliated a lot of high-powered people. Even the National Enquirer doesn't go as far as this online rag did.

Do people want to read about celebrities, athletes, billionaires, etc. short-comings and humiliating actions? Of course, they do. Gossip is exiting! Gossip is hearing how someone bigger than life is actually human. Gossip can bring those untouchables into reach. If you don't believe me, just think about how many people followed the Johnny Depp/Amber Hurd trials.

I, myself, don't care about such trivialities. Such things as the Depp/Hurt trial, who had sex with whom stories, who said what about whom, even whether some celebrity used a racial/ethnic slur don't mean anything to me or my daily life. It's all gossip and not worth my time.

The fact that people actually refer to this as journalism is what concerns me. To me, journalism is where a reporter goes out and writes about something newsworthy. For years journalism has become a joke. This Netflix documentary showed just how far left they have gone by interviewing several so-called reporters, editors, attorneys, etc. that all parroted the same thing: The First Amendment is under fire be the right and powerful conservatives are using the courts to destroy anyone that reports against them and their right to a free press.

There were a lot of references to Trump calling out the fake news. Of course, he did. What did the so-called journalists and news sources do for over four years? Reported nothing but lies about him, his family, and his administration. What have journalists and the news sources said about QuidProChinaJoe? Nothing but lies about how great he is. They covered up the Hunter Biden laptop before the election. They have done all they can to silence conservatives and conservative reporting.

Who, then, is trying to destroy the First Amendment and the rights to free speech and press? Hypocrisy was once something to be feared in politics. Now it's a badge of honor to say one thing and do the opposite.

I stand by the Constitution, as written and intended. I will never waver from that. You can say, or write, whatever you want. What I am against is a 'news outlet' that reports lies, gossip, propaganda, etc. and calling it journalism, the news, and worse, the truth. CNN, MSNBC, the NYT, WaPo, etc. have all claimed their propaganda, lies, and gossip where truthful reporting of the news. Journalists from these rags have claimed their reporting was the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. As it turns out, it wasn't but they won't admit that.

This is all nothing that you haven't already figured out for yourselves. It is obvious what Hollywood, professional sports, mainstream media, social media, and even the government will only tell you what they want you to hear and that, my friends, is nothing but far-left propaganda and anti-American rhetoric to change this country into a socialist state with only one party in control.

It isn't rocket science and it doesn't take a Stephen Hawking or Albert Einstein to see what is going on. When you have charismatic politicians like William Jefferson Clinton or Barack Hussein Obama casting their spell over the people, it doesn't take long for the majority to become enchanted with those empty words. “Just words, just speeches,” as Barry said over and over during his campaign.

So, is journalism free from scrutiny over what is reported? If the mainstream media states something as news, as truth, does it have to make sure that it is actually true? Trump called them out and they didn't like it. What did they do? They lied and reported gossip and rumor as truth, as news. This is not journalism and it sure as hell doesn't fall under the protection of the First Amendment. Yes, every last citizen, no matter what their profession, has the right to free speech and the press. You don't have to be a 'journalist' to fall under these protections. Bloggers, such as myself, and anyone that writes anything that is made public fall under the right to a free press. BUT, if you are a blogger like me, you make sure that you don't say that your 'reporting' truth as news.

My blog states on the homepage that what I write is opinion. I don't claim that what I write here is news or even truth. Do I research? Yes, I do. Is due diligence involved when what I write I claim as truth? Of course. Am I a journalist? Oh, hell, no! I am a writer of blogs and books. I am a truck driver by trade. I am as truthful as I can be when I am writing anything about the 'news.' I do research to make sure that what I say is a close to the truth as possible. If not, I clearly state that it is my opinion.

I believe that if a person identifies as a journalist, it is their responsibility to ensure the accuracy of what they report. If not, then state, clearly and concisely, that it is their opinion of what the news is. Freedom of the press is like freedom of speech. Yes, we all have the right to say what we want, when we want, where we want. That is unless it is seditious, can harm another, invades personal privacy, or is in a place that is inappropriate. Oh, and we cannot say anything close to harming a sitting President, Vice President, or Congressman. Unless you are a far-left radical and threatening a conservative. That's okay as proven when Kathy Gifford posted that picture of her holding the head of Donald Trump, when Madonna stated that she wanted to bomb the White House, or when Johnny Depp asked, rhetorically, when the last time was that an actor shot a President.

Our freedoms. Guaranteed, not granted, by the Constitution of the United States of American are a fragile thing. They are also a two-edged sword. As has been said by many people over the years, “With great power comes great responsibility.” The press has great power. Now, I believe, it's time they showed us they also have great responsibility to state truth instead of rumor and gossip. Bollea v Gawker was a case where, even though it could be said otherwise, our freedoms were protected. The media doesn't have a right to invade our privacy, no matter who we are. They don't have a right to destroy a person just because that person said, or did, something humiliating or off-color. We are all human and we all make mistakes.

Paula Deen said the n-word years ago and her career is destroyed. Hulk Hogan says the n-word, in private, and his career is ended. It isn't like Hunter Biden who made home movies of him doing crack and having intimate relations with minors then giving that computer to someone else to work on and inspect.

Our freedoms are our lives. This is the ONLY country in the world that has our God-given rights guaranteed by law. With great power comes great responsibility. Our freedoms are our power. With that, we have great responsibility to uphold those rights and to ensure that those rights are used responsibly. Especially when those rights are being used to enlighten the country on things like Watergate, WhiteWater, the Clinton emails, war overseas, riots here at home, etc.

I, for one, cannot fathom how people can so glibly endorse political rhetoric and call it truth; how lies become truth because they are repeated over and over; how anyone could want our rights taken away from us, any of us.

The Supreme Court v New York Decision on Gun Control

 The Supreme Court just overturned a New York law that prohibits lawfully licensed people to carry firearms outside the home. Justice Thomas wrote wrote a 63 page majority opinion explaining why. Justice Alito, on the other hand, had much more to say, especially to Justice Breyer, who wrote the dissent.

Breyer spent most of his dissent quoting statistics on gun violence, including suicide, as a reason to back the New York law. Alito argued back that the liberal Justices, especially Breyer, were just saying, “guns are bad.”

MSN News reported, 'Breyer -- in writing what may be one of his last big dissents before retirement -- struck back.

"I am not simply saying that 'guns are bad,'" he said.

But he said that balancing "lawful uses" against the "dangers of firearms" is primarily the responsibility of elected bodies such as legislatures.

"Justice Alito asks why I have begun my opinion by reviewing some of the dangers and challenges posed by gun violence," he said.

Breyer said he did so because the "question of firearm regulation presents a complex problem -- one that should be solved by legislatures and not courts."'

My only question to the liberal Justices is this: What is in the Second Amendment that says the legislature can infringe on the people's right to keep and bear arms? Were does it say that only government employees are allowed to own and carry firearms?

Our so-called representatives aren't really representing the people that have given the authority to legislate and those representatives are inserting Justices and judges that are not following the Constitution of the United States of America.

The Second Amendment has been a big deal to government for quite some time. Our elected officials seem to think it is their duty to just wipe away our Constitutionally guaranteed rights, especially for protecting ourselves from all enemies, both foreign and domestic. Why are they doing everything they can to disarm the American People? Conspiracy theory says it's because they want to do things they could get shot for.

When Madison initially introduced the various proposed amendments that would later become the Bill of Rights, he proposed to insert the bulk of them, including what would later become amendments one through five, part of the sixth amendment, and amendments eight and nine, into Article I, Section 9, between Clauses 3 and 4.  His speech to Congress can be found here.

This is the portion of the Constitution which limits Congressional power over individuals.  Clause 3 is the prohibition on Bills of Attainder and ex post facto laws.

Clause 4 is the limitation on the imposition of taxes directly on individuals as oppose to excise taxes on economic transactions.  This clause has been substantially abrogated by the sixteenth amendment, authorizing the federal government to tax incomes.  In other words, Madison proposed to put these amendments into that part of the Constitution that protected individual rights of the people from the federal government. The context of Madison’s original introduction to Congress of the Bill of Rights, including the second amendment, is powerful evidence supporting the conclusion that the right to keep and bear arms was intended to confirm an individual right of the people to arms. There should be absolutely no debate at all about the People's rights. The Constitution is a legal document, not an opinion. What if the courts decided to 'interpret' the law codes however they wanted? Oh, hang on, they do; at least when it comes to the far-left radical Democrats. As far as conservative Republicans, well, the law is the law and no one is above the law.

Kudos to the Supreme Court for taking the State of New York down a notch or two. Now, if only Congress would actually stick to their Oath of Office and uphold the Constitution instead of shredding it.

The State of America Today

 Finally a major win for conservatives! Elon Musk has successfully acquired Twitter. What he does with it should make it much easier for the conservative voice to be heard. This is much to the chagrin of the far-left radicals in the country. Will he silence the liberal voice? He says he is for free speech and that he hopes his haters won't leave Twitter. We shall see what happens in the next few months.

On the Chinavirus front, Mr. Fauci has declared that a conservative, Federal judge does not have the authority to override mandates from the CDC. Does this mean that, no matter what, the CDC has autonomous power over the people on everything? If the CDC decides that it's not healthy for a person to eat more than one slice of pizza, have more than one sweet tea, engage in perverted sex, etc., do they, and they alone, have the power to ban such things? According to Mr. Fauci, a resounding, Yes!

How about the Russian invasion of Ukraine? Should we, as allies of Ukraine, put boots on the ground to save a free nation from tyranny? Is sending arms and humanitarian aid enough? Mr. Biden has lead from behind on everything Ukraine. He was last to help them on all fronts and continues to be last. Several European nations have re-opened their embassies in Kiev but not the US. Several European leaders have gone to Ukraine to talk with Volodymir Zelenski. Biden, finally sent his Secretary of State, in the middle of the night, under the utmost secrecy. Once again, leading from the rear.

How about our southern border? We have had an invasion of illegal aliens of enormous proportions since the Biden Administration took power. What are they doing about it? Well, from what I've been hearing, they are sending the word out that everyone around the world is welcome regardless of health, criminal background, political/socioeconomic ideology, or whether they hate America or not.

Inflation is at a record level since the 1970's. Gas prices are at historic highs. Workforce participation is at record lows since the 1980's. Iran is on the pathway to nuclear weapons. China is fast becoming the economic power of the world. North Korea is testing long range missiles again. The oil cartels are, once again, raking in billions of American dollars. Our President is obviously mentally not up to leading the free world. Our Vice President talks gibberish when she isn't laughing. The Assistant Director of Health and Human Services is a man that thinks he's a woman. We now have a Supreme Court Justice that can't define what a woman is even though she is a woman. There are thousands of illegals crossing the southern border unmolested; in fact, they are transported wherever they want to go on the taxpayer's dollar.

What is Congress worried about? Our elected officials are more concerned about an unarmed 'insurrection' that occurred on January 6, 2021. They are concerned that parents don't want their children indoctrinated into the LGBTQIA+ ideology and transitioned into the opposite sex without parental consent, or knowledge, in schools. The thing they are most concerned about is losing their power over the people.

I predict, as do a lot of conservatives, that no later than October, there will be another major outbreak of the Chinavirus and mail-in voting will be a necessity. Why? Because that is the only way the Democrats can possibly win the mid-term elections. You heard it right. The Democrats will cheat, just as they did in the 2020 Presidential election. That is the only way they can win and continue the destruction of the greatest nation on Earth.

Now Is The Time For All Good Men

 “Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of your country.” A quote attributed to Patrick Henry as a call to arms. Others say it is just a typing test by Charles E. Weller. Either way, it is a damn good quote; especially right now.

Our country, the United States of America, is under attack. Not by an outside army such as the Chinese, North Koreans, Russians, or even Germany. It is under attack from within. The enemy has breached the gates, infiltrated the ranks, indoctrinated our young, and is now being voted into federal, state, and local offices. Career politicians such as Nancy Pelosi, Charles Schumer, Maxine Waters, Mitch McConnell, etc., and newer, younger politicians such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, etc. are doing all they can to destroy the Great Experiment.

It shouldn’t come as any surprise. The Democrat Party has been against a Constitutional Republic for generations; I’d venture to say since it’s inception. There have always been those that were against a government by, for, and of the people. Even during the Revolutionary War, the Constitutional Convention, and beyond, there have been those that wanted a strong, central government, or even to stay subjects of England.

Today, the Democrat Party no longer disguises its intentions of destroying the Constitution and the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Supreme Law of the Land. The SCROTUS, Joseph Robinette Biden, said in a speech that the Amendments were not absolute. Funny how American citizen’s rights are not absolute, but illegal’s rights are. After all, American citizens no longer have the freedom of speech if they are conservative, the Second Amendment has been under attack for decades and is now being infringed left and right, yet, it is and absolute right for anyone in the world to demand to come into the United States, ask for asylum and be allowed to disappear into the interior of the country, never to be seen or heard from again.

Election integrity no longer exists after the November 2020 election. Court after court refused to even see any evidence of corruption or fraud, including the Supreme Court. No one is allowed to question the results that gave power to the Democrats. I find it extremely unnerving that a mentally challenged octogenarian that didn’t leave his basement for most of the campaign, had rallies numbering in the tens, and allied himself with a running mate that had no support in her own campaign, somehow achieved historically large numbers of votes. I find it strange that six states suspended counting votes at practically the exact same time, in the middle of the night, and during that time, came up with enough votes to win. All of this against an incumbent that held rallies numbering in the tens of thousands, had achieved record high employment for minorities and women, record low unemployment, record high stock market, booming economy, secure border, higher wages, lower taxes, and headed up the Warp Speed program for a vaccine against the global plandemic of COVID-19.

Joe Biden, a man that bragged about withholding aid money from Ukraine unless the government fired the prosecutor investigating his son. A man that has dubious involvement with Russia, China, Ukraine, Romania, etc. A man whose son was dishonorably discharged from the military for drug use, used his name and his father’s position as Vice President to gain wealth from China, become a member of the board of directors of an oil company in Ukraine (without any experience in oil or Ukraine), who married his brother’s widow, impregnated a hooker, is a crack addict, and has illegal material on his laptop. This is who the American people voted into the highest office in the nation and the most powerful position in the world? Joe Biden doesn’t even know where he is most of the time.

In the first 100 days in office, Joe Biden has signed more than 50 executive orders/actions. On Inauguration Day, he signed EOs that ended the Keystone XL pipeline, unemploying thousands of Americans from good-paying, union jobs. He signed another that stopped construction on the border wall which was already paid for. He opened the southern border to any and all who wanted to enter.

Over the last five years, the radical left has done it’s best to censor conservative voices, keep any bad information about the Democrat Party from being seen, and lied constantly about President Donald J Trump. The radical left, Hollywood elites, the Deep State, sports stars, and entertainment stars have been allowed to threaten, harass, lie about, humiliate, etc. Donald Trump, Melania Trump, and even Barron Trump. As for any Democrat politician? Don’t even think about saying anything derogatory.

During the debate on the New Jersey Plan brought up in the Federal Convention of 1787, William Paterson made this comment about despotism in Congress: ‘Is there no danger of a Legislative despotism? Theory and practice both proclaim it.If the Legislative authority be not restrained, there can be neither liberty nor stability;’ What is happening now, in Congress, is absolute despotism. With the Democrats having control over the White House, the House of Representatives, and the Senate, despotism is running rampant. There is no liberty when the elected officials are ramming policy through by executive order and partisan vote, regardless of the will of the people.

The plandemic of COVID-19 is a prime example of the despotism of the government. Through fear, lack of knowledge, and putting 100% faith in one person’s opinion regardless of science, the Federal Government and several of the State’s governments have torn away the rights, freedoms, and liberties of the American people. We have been forced to social distance, close our businesses, remain at home, wear masks on our faces, stay away from friends and family, and finally, are almost to the point of being forced to take a vaccine that has not been thoroughly tested over the long run. This is the definition of tyranny and despotism.

The Founders pledged their fortunes, honor, and even their lives to break away from the tyranny and despotism of King George. Do you understand what they risked to make this country what it became? There were very few of the revolutionaries that didn’t end up broke or dead. They risked literally everything to bring freedom and liberty to the American Colonies and form a more perfect union. This country was, and still is, the Great Experiment. No other government in history was formed of, by, and for the people. We, the People, of the United States of America, in order to form a more perfect union, do ordain and establish…. Where is that patriotism today?

Everyone wants to be a patriot… until it’s time to do patriotic stuff. Civil disobedience is where it starts. Don’t wear the mask. Don’t social distance. Don’t follow those unconstitutional laws. But, will the ‘patriotic’ citizens stand up against the despotism of a tyrannical Congress and President? So far the answer to that question is a resounding ‘NO!’ Conservatives believe in the rule of law. Liberals believe in the rule of riots, looting, arson, assault, and threats of the same. That is why the left is winning. No only do they threaten violence against the right, they commit violence when they don’t get their way. It will only be when the violence is returned in kind that the left will soon learn they are no longer in control.

I don’t condone violence. I, like every other conservative, believe that there are better, peaceful, ways to disarm conflict and chaos. But, there comes a time when diplomacy no longer works. Talk is cheap. Actions speak much louder than words. That is why I keep saying ‘civil disobedience.’ Non-violent protest against the tyranny that has beset our country. The left will always blame the right for the ailments of the country. They will always make charges against the right for what they are doing. Examples of that are: Russian collusion, corruption, fraud, quid pro quo. It has come to the point of no return. It is NOW or we have lost our country, our rights, our freedoms, and our liberty.

We Are Now at DEFCON 2

 

We are under attack! Not by outside forces but by seditious forces within. Forces that would undermine and destroy the rights and freedoms granted to all people by the Creator and guaranteed to the American People by the Constitution of the United States.

The Rights to Free Speech, Religion, and Free Press are being torn apart by the Party. The conservative voice is being silenced by big tech relentless in their endeavor to change the Republic into a Socialist State. With social media banning President Donald J Trump, destroying the free speech platform of Parler, eliminating thousands of conservative voices on Facebook and Twitter, by demanding that all conservatives be removed from Congress, and businesses refusing to accommodate anyone supportive of President Trump, it is a clear and present danger to all Americans.

With the new administration’s blatant disregard to the will of the people by legislating through Executive Order, it is obvious that the Republic is under attack.

When Congress will ignore the will of the people by not investigating when blatant voter fraud is committed and then turn around and impeach a President that has left office, it is obvious that the Republic is under attack.

It is imperative that we, the People, make our voices heard in a way that our so-called representatives understand. I do not advocate violence. Just as President Trump stated in his speech, “Go to the Capitol and PEACEFULLY protest.” We have protested and Congress has ignored us. We have spoken out and addressed Congress about our grievances. They have ignored us. Is it time to come to arms? Not yet, brothers. Not yet. But to Battle Stations we must go.

Amendment 2 of the Constitution of the United States says:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The Declaration of Independence:

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them to another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitle them a decent respect to the op9inions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. –That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. –Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States…

Let us be clear: we are not fighting King George of Great Britain and these are no longer Colonies. Our enemy, our tyrannical rulers, are the Democrat and Republican Parties. The present Speaker of the House, the present Senate Majority leader, the majority of the House of Representatives and the Senate, the present President and Vice President of the United States are the enemies of the People.

The mass media (including but not limited to: The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, National Public Radio, and media such as Facebook and Twitter) are the enemies of the People. Why are these enemies when Amendment 1 states clearly that there is freedom of the Press? The Press has become the mouthpiece of the far-left. Newspapers no longer print truth but only what Government wants them print. Propaganda through media is not what America is about. When the Press only prints what Government wants, the nation no longer has a free Press. Only communist nations demand only Government controlled media.

It is painfully obvious that we are a nation under attack. We must man the battle stations, prepare for war. The war has already started, though. It started decades ago when Government became more powerful than the Founders intended.

The Constitution of the United States of America; Article One; Section Eight:

The Congress shall have Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the Untied States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writing and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

To declare War, grant letters of Marque and Reprisal. And make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States

Respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; -- And

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by the Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Office thereof.

These are the enumerated powers of the Federal Government. The Tenth Amendment says:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

We, the People, and the several States, have abdicated most of our power to the Federal Government. How, you ask? By allowing the Federal Government to continually take more and more power away from us. We vote in the same power-hungry career politicians cycle after cycle. Some of the representatives in Congress have been there thirty, forty, or even fifty years. They are so far removed from normal, everyday life that they have no idea how their legislation affects the American People. They just legislate to gain more and more power and wealth for themselves with no regard for their constituents.

Article Four; Section Four:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.


Article Six; paragraphs two and three:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation to support the Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

As you can see, the Federal Government has usurped its power and has become a tyrannical dominion over the people; gross overreach with no repercussions. In effect, the representatives that we keep voting into office have become untouchable. In some cases, such as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer, they have become so powerful and wealthy that their re-election is almost guaranteed.

In States such as California, with their election laws and the gerrymandering of districts, it is almost an impossibility for any conservative to ever win an election. With HR1 2021 this corrupt form of voting would be nationwide thus eliminating any chance for a conservative to ever win the White House again. What do I mean by corrupt form of voting? To start with there would be no voter ID for absentee ballots, mail-in ballots would become the norm with no voter ID, illegal aliens would be able to vote, dead people would vote, some people would vote more than once; and this is only the beginning.

With the Democrat Party’s win of the White House, the House of Representatives and the 50/50 split of the Senate, there is nothing to stop the Democrats from transforming our Constitutional Republic into the Socialist State they desire so much. Complete Government control over every aspect of our lives.

Yes, we are a nation under attack!

Abraham Lincoln stated: “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.”

We are destroying ourselves by allowing a rogue Party to remain in power. President Joe Biden, in his first week in office, signed almost 40 Executive Orders; most of which gave more power to the Government, took more liberties from the people, and weakened our National Security by empowering China and giving the Chinese more access to American infrastructure.

With the COVID-19 pandemic stimulus packages, Congress gave away, wasted, trillions of taxpayer money by giving it to foreign nations while giving less than a trillion dollars back to the American taxpayer. Democrat-run states and cities have effectively destroyed the economy with closing small businesses while allowing large corporations to remain open. Those same states and cities won’t allow the people to worship in Church, gather peacefully for any occasion (even within the family home), or let children go to school in person; and the Government will not allow the coronavirus to be called the Wuhan Flu, China virus, or even say that the virus started in China.

Because a handful of anti-government radicals breached the Capitol Building in Washington, DC. during, and after, a rally by President Donald Trump, Facebook and Twitter deleted the President’s accounts, permanently. This deprived the Commander-In-Chief, the most powerful man in the world, of his Constitutionally guaranteed right of free speech. Why did they do this? They deleted him because he called for his crowd of half a million Americans to walk to the Capitol and PEACEFULLY protest and let their voices be heard. Congress decided that, because he said that, he incited the riot and breaching of the Capitol while Congress was in session certifying the Electoral count. A count that was fraudulently gained.

We are under attack. We are destroying ourselves from within. A house divided will soon fall and this country is divided. The Democrat Party demands compliance to their ideology. Conservative voices are being silenced daily. Radical left-wing members of Congress are demanding the resignation of all conservatives that supported President Trump or asked to investigate allegations of voter fraud and corruption.

The Defense Readiness Condition system was set up for a nuclear attack. Since WWII, there has been no nuclear weapon used in war. With almost every industrialized nation having nuclear weapons in their arsenal, it is unlikely that any would be used. As for emerging nations, such as North Korea and Iran, working on obtaining nuclear warheads for long-range missiles, it is more likely they would use them to attack the Western Nations, especially the United States. I do not use the DEFCON system for this reason. I use it as a reference to how close we, as a nation, are to civil war once again.

Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address, although only 87 years after the formation of our new nation, sounds true today.

Four score and seven years ago, our fathers brought forth upon this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived, and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that battle field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate, we cannot consecrate, we cannot hallow, this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here; while it can never forget what they did here.

It is for us, the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. During the election cycle of 2020, several states changed their election laws. Not through the Constitutional process of the legislatures of those states but through using the court system, by Secretaries of State, and even by the Governors. Voter ID was ignored, cleaning up of voter rolls was not allowed, ballots were sent to people that did not request them and to addresses where the people no longer lived. Drop boxes were used thus eliminating a chain of possession.

Courts, both state and district, Congress, even the Supreme Court ignored the will of the people and wouldn’t even look at the cases brought before them concerning voter fraud, corruption, and unconstitutionality.

President Donald J Trump received eleven million more votes in the 2020 election than he did in the 2016 election; received more votes from minorities than any other conservative candidate in history; and won Florida, Ohio, and Iowa. No other President achieved this without winning the election.

Now President Joe Biden, who remained in his basement throughout the campaign; twice dropped out of the primaries due to lack of support; all but dropped out of the 2020 race due to lack of support until he won the South Carolina primary; and lost minority votes supposedly won eighty million votes? More than Barack Obama? More than Hillary Clinton?

Kamala Harris, who dropped out of the primaries due to total lack of support, was chosen as Vice Presidential candidate. A woman who entered politics through nefarious means by having an affair with a powerful California politician. A woman who, during the debates, called Joe Biden a pedophile and woman abuser and accused him of having dementia, was called upon to run with that same man. Why? Kamala Harris is a woman of color. Mixed breed of immigrant parents, that is why.

With approximately 135 million registered voters in the country the numbers just don’t add up. President Trump received between 74 and 75 million votes while the Biden/Harris team reportedly received around 80 million. Even if you round down the votes for Trump, that adds up to 150 million votes; 20 million more than registered voters. Do you understand how the Democrat Party is destroying our Constitutional Republic? Especially when vote counting was stopped in the middle of the night in several strong Democrat cities and during that recess thousands of ballots appeared; all for Joe Biden and some with only that one box checked. Fraud, corruption, a stolen election.

We are under attack from within by the Democrat Party. A Party sworn to destroy conservative speech, thought, and ideology. A Party sworn to complete Government control over the people. This Party is reminiscent of the Communist Party that the United States, and every freedom loving country around the world, has fought against for decades. The Democrat Party has now become the American Communist Party. You swear fealty to the Party or you are an enemy of the State.

For four years plus the left has been screaming for the impeachment of Donald Trump. On April 17, 2015, as soon as Trump announced his candidacy for President, Politico printed an article stating that the impeachment had begun. Nineteen minutes after the inauguration of Donald Trump the Democrats started screaming about impeaching him. As soon as the freshman Congressman Rashida Tlaib was sworn into office she yelled, “Now we impeach the motherfucker!”

For four years the mass media and the Democrat Party swore that there was Russian collusion and that was how Trump won the election. Millions of dollars, thousands of interviews, reams of reports and three investigations and the only thing that came out of it? The Clinton campaign and the DNC bought a false dossier from a foreign former spy who got shady info from the Russians.

Do you understand now how we are under attack as a free nation? Do you see how the ACP is destroying our Constitutional Republic and the very documents that are the foundation of our country, our freedoms? Do you understand now why the left wants to silence the right?

Andrew Wilkow, radio talk show host on SiriusXM Patriot channel, says it so well, “We are right. They are wrong.”

President Ronald Reagan once said, “It isn’t that our Democrat friends don’t know anything, it is that they know so much that isn’t right.”

It is now time, past time, to take back our country from career politicians. The Founding Fathers foresaw that our Government could possibly become so bloated, so powerful, and so corrupt as it is now. In fact, they did everything they could to ensure that the Federal Government stayed small and weak against the power of the States and the People. Our form of Government was, is, an experiment. No other country in the world had ever tried governance by, for, and of the People. Our rights and freedoms, granted to every man by the Creator, are guaranteed to not be infringed by the Constitution of the United States of America.

Freedom of speech, religion, press, to peaceable assemble, and to petition the Government. The Right to keep and bear Arms. To not have troops quartered in our homes. The Right to be secure in our persons, houses, and possessions and against unreasonable searches and seizures. We cannot be held for a capital crime without an indictment, or be compelled to testify against ourselves and are guaranteed due process. We have the right to a speedy trial by impartial jury, can face our accuser, and can obtain witnesses on our behalf. We cannot be tried twice for the same crime. There is no excessive bail, fines, or cruel and unusual punishment. The rights enumerated in the Constitution do not deny others. Most importantly: Powers not granted to the Federal Government are retained by the States and the People.

The DEFCON emergency system is used in regards to nuclear attack. We are not under that threat at this time. I use the DEFCON symbolism in regards to civil war. We are now at DEFCON 2! One more step before the country is engaged in another all-out war within itself. Prepare yourselves. The war has started, Patriots! The ACP started it over a year ago with the riots by Antifa and BLM. They started it with the fake impeachment of President Trump two years ago. They started it with the illegal and unconstitutional surveillance of CANDIDATE Trump and his associates. We are under attack! DEFON 2

Corruption


Corruption.
From local government to the highest offices in the world there is corruption. There is absolutely nothing the common man can do about it. Sure, we can vote the corrupt out of office and replace them with others but, soon enough, those new politicians will be just as corrupt as the old ones. Why? Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. The Federal Government has that absolute power.
What about local government? You know the ones; the mayor, the city manager, the chief of police, the sheriff, the magistrate, county attorney, assessor. They can all be corrupt. Even the newest member of the local Gestapo, sorry, police force. I can't seem to bring myself to call them law enforcement officers because they aren't; they are revenue agents and bullies with badges in a lot of small towns across the nation. Even in the big cities, there are those that use their badge as a crown.
There has always been those in government that did whatever they had to to get their way from bribes to threats to downright murder. Everyone knows the story of Hanging Judge Roy Bean. Wyatt Earp wasn't exactly a saint his whole life. Presidents have been assassinated because someone was afraid they would be exposed by the highest office or someone wanted to move up a notch without going through the democratic process.
Look what is going on in DC today. The far left-wing liberals up there that are supposed to have sworn to uphold the Constitution and protect the nation from threats are fighting against the President who is trying to do just those things. The duly elected Congressmen and women are more interested in making sure the Donald J Trump doesn't win than protecting their constituents against foreign invasion from the southern border by people bound to destroy us.
How about the local constabulary that has a boner for someone? The racist cop, the drug-dealing cop, the cop on the take – it happens all over the country. And these are the ones that have sworn to uphold and protect the law. They do, when a private citizen breaks the law but, if a lawman breaks the law they are protected by the Blue Veil of Secrecy. And, if a citizen even thinks about reporting a lawman breaking the law they are threatened with incarceration for some fabricated crime with planted evidence. It happens. It also happens that there are those lawmen that will fabricate crimes on people they don't like.
How about those that have served time in prison? Let's say someone spends five to ten years in a so-called correctional facility for smoking weed or some other half-baked, nonsense crime. They spend their days doing nothing except going insane from boredom. They are in there with others that have broken some insane law that doesn't make sense and some that broke a law that needed punishment. What happens? They learn that the law is unfair, their minds go numb, they become more and more angry, and, to top it off, they learn how to break more severe laws.
When they come out do they receive help returning to society? Some do, some don't. An ex-con can become a productive member of society if the justice system will help them. A lot of times the justice system does its best to send that ex-con back to prison. Probation officers make it hard for that man, or woman, to get even try to get set up again. Let's put an ankle monitor on their leg that wears a hole in their skin and shows the world that this person is bad. Let's not let them get a driver's license so they can get around. Let's make sure they can't have a phone to make and receive calls from potential employers. Let's not let them have internet access (if they are convicted of any kind of sex crime) so they can't communicate with friends and family.
The justice system is not just and the court system is not blind. Courts are not a place of justice, only what can be proven and how much money you have to spend to defend yourself. Even court-appointed attorneys are not free and they usually work for the county, not the client. Plea bargains are commonplace instead of a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. If you do happen to proven 'not guilty' it isn't saying that you are innocent only that they didn't have enough evidence to prove you guilty.
Congress continually legislates more and more laws. For such a free country we are weighed down with laws against everything. We can't hunt, fish or trap without paying for the privilege of doing so. We have to wear helmets and seat belts. We can't swim where we want. We can't stop, stand or park where we want. We have to pay to do just about everything except breathe and, sooner or later, they will find a way to make us pay for that. If the government can't tax it, they say you have to buy a permit for it. If you take a good, hard, honest look at it, I'd say that close to 70% of what a person makes working goes to the government in some form of tax or permit or fine for some small infraction.
Brings me to another point. The Constitution says that excessive fines are prohibited. Funny, for an overweight fine in some states it can cost from $200 to $4,000. Littering from $75 to $500. Court costs (which I thought taxes paid for the court system) can run up to $500 plus other extortion fees they charge on TOP of the fine. A little excessive if you ask me.
It comes down to corruption. And this country does its best to fight corruption in foreign countries. Corruption in its finest form. We hate it when a foreign nation tries to interfere with our electoral process but we will do our best to screw over some third world, or up and coming, country's government. Who is the corrupt ones? Who is worse – Meduro from Venezuela, Putin from Russia, Kim from North Korea, or Pelosi from the US and May from the UK? Which country is more corrupt? I think it's a toss-up. I live in the USA so I can only say what I see here and it ain't good anymore.

The Political Utopia


“Tyranny is the use of power to dehumanize the individual and delegitimize his nature. Political utopianism is tyranny disguised as a desirable workable and even paradisiacal governing ideology.” So says Mark Levin in his book, Ameritopia. If you stop and think about it, he’s right. Look throughout history and see what tyrannical dominions did, how they treated their subjects. Kings and queens the world over have thought of their subjects as possessions to be used as they saw fit, not as human beings with rights.

Political utopianism, the ideology that the far-left radicals are pursuing, is just that. They are espousing the virtues of equality of everything from economics to so-called basic human rights. When everything, and everyone, is equal, there is no exceptionalism, there is no individualism. The worst-case scenario is there is no freedom; of thought, belief, speech, press, self-preservation or protection. It is tyranny when the government controls everything so that all are equal; except the government, which is privileged because they are the ones giving to the people.

It has been said many times by many people that if you do not study, and understand history, it will repeat itself. It is obvious that the ones promoting equality for all, basically totalitarianism, have not read a single line of history. It has been well documented over the centuries that such societies do not endure the test of time. Karl Marx’s theory of ‘From each according to his ability to each according to his need’ (equality for all) is unsustainable as those that are working the hardest soon realize that it doesn’t pay them to work that hard; especially when those that don’t work receive their support with no effort.

Margaret Thatcher stated it best, “The thing about socialism is, sooner or later you run out of other people’s money.” Equality for all is just that – the government cannot give anyone anything until it takes from someone else. As Thatcher said, sooner or later that flow of money will disappear because those that the government is taking it from will either 1) leave or 2) become one of the recipients of government handouts. When everyone is on the handout bandwagon there will be no one to pull it.

The far-left are saying they only want to tax the top one percent; the wealthiest. That sounds really good to someone who is in the bottom one percent, or even the bottom ten percent. After all, why should those people that don’t work have all that money while the working man is starving? Throw in the statistics that the bottom ten percent are normally minorities and then you have racial divide on top of class division. What is the far-left’s answer to that question: take the top one percent’s money from them and redistribute it to the bottom percentile through government handouts. The top one percent didn’t get there by being stupid with their time, effort, or money. They will not give it up. If need be, they will take their money and leave the country. When that happens then the taxation falls to the next level down, then the next, and the next. Sooner or later there will be no one left to tax.

The state of Illinois came up with a grand scheme to keep its biggest taxpayers from leaving. That state instituted a tax on anyone leaving the state. Tyranny comes to mind. How can a government demand that a person stay within its’ boundaries or punish whoever wants to leave unless that government is tyrannical? If the ones paying the bills aren’t there to pay them, then that utopia is jeopardized. Thus, Mark Levin was correct in his assumption that political utopianism is tyranny.

How did Hitler win over the hearts and minds of the millions of people in Germany and Austria? He did it through promises of equality and prosperity for all. He propagandized the media of the day. He then turned his utopia into the Nazi regime it became. It took the world to defeat him. He had his loyal followers in the Nazi Party that had everything he promised. What the rest of his people had was poverty, strife, and terror. You either followed him totally or you were exterminated along with the rest of his enemies. He ruled with an iron fist as all totalitarian rules have done. What happened to the utopia he promised? He couldn’t deliver it as he well knew from the beginning. Utopia cannot exist alongside human nature.

Equality cannot ever be achieved. Ever. Not everyone is equal because not everyone has the motivation or ability to be equal to everyone else. Worker’s rights, immigrant’s rights, gay rights, black’s rights, transgender’s rights, the list goes on and one and is never-ending. Therefore, not everyone can be equal. As soon as one group is equal to everyone else, another group emerges demanding equality. This is not to say that everyone should not have equal rights under the law.

Everyone should have the ability to be housed, in a home they can afford; everyone should be able to feed themselves; everyone should be able to have healthcare available to them. Not everyone has the inalienable right to have these things given to them at the expense of the rest of the people. Not everyone is willing to put in the time and effort to afford what the next person has. Some can afford a huge, multi-million-dollar mansion while others can barely afford a two-room apartment. It is the effort put in that makes the difference. Equality, therefore, is equality in misery.

Dr. Ben Carson, the nation’s leading neurosurgeon now HUD secretary, grew up in poverty. Yes, he took advantage of government assistance to eat, be housed, go to school. The difference between Dr. Carson and the average poor person, of any color, is Dr. Carson had the motivation to get out of poverty and become successful. As Bill Gates once said, “If you are born poor, it isn’t your fault. If you die poor, it is.” In the far-left’s vision of Utopia, there can be no success for the individual because individualism is not allowed.

Liberty and equality cannot coexist. The Founding Fathers knew this. They did not create a government that restricted individualism and individual exceptionalism. It was just that individualism that helped create this great nation. It took innovators and free thinkers dedicated to a land of opportunity and freedom to go against the mightiest army and navy in the world. It was that need for freedom and liberty that drove the colonists to fight against King George and the mighty British military. That need was for the common good but brought about by the individuals with the passion for freedom to achieve those freedoms and liberties.

In the last 240 plus years this nation has created the world’s most remarkable things. We have been the leaders in innovation, manufacturing, and technology. We are not a perfect nation by any means because humanity is imperfect. This is another reason utopia will not ever succeed: man’s imperfection. Utopia tries to make the imperfect perfect. Without that perfection, it does not work. Equality demands perfection from all; perfect thought, perfect behavior, perfect obedience to government. Man is not perfect and never will be. God instilled in us free will and that free will demands expression. Without the motivation to succeed, to prosper, we might not have the electric light, automobiles, telephone or cell phone, computers, etc. It took unequal people to achieve this.

Right now, in Hong Kong, there are people protesting the tyrannical dominion of communist China. China is a working model of equality. Everyone is equal to everyone else. Everyone thinks the same, behaves the same, suffers the same; except in Hong Kong. The British had control of Hong Kong for years and those people knew what freedom and liberty were. That is their Utopia and they are fighting to keep it. They do not want to go back under the iron-fisted rule of a tyrannical central government. Hong Kong is the antithesis of Beijing. There is prosperity, free speech, free will, and exceptionalism in everything you see on that tiny island. There is poverty, suffering, and oppression in mainland China. A stark difference between the totalitarianism of an equalized government and a free, liberty-based society.

Barack Obama stated the utopian agenda so eloquently when he said that the individual did not create anything, it took the whole country. That is equality. It destroys the individual’s claim to creativity. Did Mr. Obama start the drive to political utopianism? No. This drive to socialistic tyranny started decades ago when the American people, in their complacency, started giving up their rights and freedoms to government regulation and assistance.

The best way to describe the advent of political utopianism is, as stated by Mark Levin in Ameritopia, “It usually takes the form of material ‘rights’ delivered to the individual by the state. Consequently, equality and liberty are both subjects of utopian demagoguery and manipulation. Liberty is encouraged if its end is equality. Liberty, by itself, is not.

“Equality is also disguised as or confused with people’s sovereignty – that is, the conflagration of ‘the people’s will’ with egalitarian campaigns, such as ‘social justice,’ ‘environmental justice,’ ‘immigrant rights.’ ‘workers’ rights,’ etc.”

Other ways that our liberties are being restricted is through the misconceptions of ‘child safety,’ ‘security,’ ‘health issues,’ ‘government assistance,’ etc. With the advent of the social welfare system came the start of political utopianism; the start of liberty’s downfall. When the people started depending on the government, which depends on taxes paid to it from the people, the people started giving up their rights and conforming to the social utopia envisioned by the far left. Was the left as radical in the 1920’s, 30’s, even up to the 1990’s as they are now in the 2010s? Not outwardly.

The left has slowly but surely been indoctrinating the country into their utopian vision. That was the only way to achieve their goal. Once the ideology was out in the open during the Obama era, it was no longer necessary to be discreet about their ultimate end. The left now has at least one full generation indoctrinated into the utopian ideology as can be seen with the calls for socialism by many young people and the celebration of openly socialist politicians.

As I stated earlier, this did not start in the recent past. In 1887, Congress created the Interstate Commerce Commission. This was the start, the embryo, of our socialist society. In 2016, Congress passed 2,966 pages of laws and other federal agencies churned out 97,110 pages of new regulations. Even President Calvin Coolidge was concerned about the power growth in government. “This is not the government which was put into form by Washington and Hamilton and popularized by Jefferson. Some of the stabilizing safeguards which they had provided have been weakened. (The Conservative Sensibility, George F. Will, 2019)

Gary Lawson described one small part of the monstrosity that had developed in our government with his description of the Federal Trade Commission:

“The Commission promulgates substantive rules of conduct. The Commission then considers whether to authorize investigations into whether the Commission’s rules have been violated. If the Commission authorizes an investigation, the investigation is conducted by the Commission, which reports its findings to the Commission. If the Commission thinks that the Commission’s findings warrant an enforcement action, the Commission issues a complaint. The Commission’s complaint that a Commission rule has been violated is then prosecuted by the Commission and adjudicated by the Commission. The Commission adjudication can either take place before the full Commission or before a semi-autonomous Commission administrative law judge. If the Commission chooses to adjudicate before an administrative law judge rather than before the Commission and the decision is adverse to the Commission, the Commission can appeal to the Commission. (Conservative Sensibilities, George F. Will, 2019)

What Mr. Lawson said, in a nutshell, is that the Federal Trade Commission has absolute power in conducting its’ business and if its’ rules are broken can investigate and adjudicate within its’ own authority with no oversight from anywhere else. This is just one example of government overreach and abuse of power. Since the start of the 20th Century, the various government agencies have become so numerous and large that instead of being the exception to the rule, Philip Hamburger once said, they have ‘swallowed the rule.” Administrative law has “dwarfed statutory law and has become the federal government’s pervasive mode of dealing with the public.” Federal agencies’ regulation filled 18,000 pages of the Code of Federal Regulations in 1938 and 175,000 by 2014. This is exactly what the Founding Fathers feared most; a tyrannical government that was so large as to be unstoppable in its’ thirst for power over the people. The power that is not enumerated in the Constitution is left to the several states and the people of the country. What the federal government has done is overreach those boundaries a little at a time until it has gotten to the point where the people cannot live without it. With each new agency, each new department, there are more and more regulations and restrictions on the people and more and more power to the federal government. The political utopianism has been in the making for well over a century.

Before I could graduate high school in 1978, I was required to take a course called Government. This course taught the way government should be run, what government was, what powers the government had. Sadly, there was no comparison to what the government was to what the founders intended. I was not taught the Constitution and what it said about separation of power, enumerated powers, responsibilities of each branch, etc. I was taught the Preamble and the Bill of Rights. The sad thing is that my children were not taught these things. I taught them what the Constitution was and what rights and privileges we, the people, have.

The government-run schools don’t want the people to know how the founders intended the government to be restricted. They don’t want the people to know what rights they have or what power they have over the government. This is why young people today are demanding a more and more socialist society, equality for all, the political utopia. What these young people aren’t taught is that Marxism, Stalinism, socialism, and equality for all are all terms for tyranny, suffering, and oppression for all.

American exceptionalism is a very unique thing. The founders created a never-before-heard of style of governance of, for, and by the people. That, in and of itself, is unique. No other country in the world had ever been so governed and no other country in the world has ever done it since. There are democratic countries other than the United States; the United Kingdom is now democratically run by a parliament for example, but the monarchy remains. It is our exceptionalism that has made this country the greatest power in the world. What took Rome, Greece, and Britain hundreds, or thousands of years to achieve, the United States did in a little over a century; we became a world power that others sought out for help in crises. Today, it is the United States that polices and subsidizes the world. It is our military might that protects weaker countries. Even the once greatest military in the world, the British, come to us for help. The left’s vision of a political utopia would destroy that.

Equality for all is equality for none. Socialized medicine is not exceptional healthcare for all. It is healthcare only for those that keep producing for years; whether or not the sick had paid into the system. It doesn’t matter if a 70-year-old person had paid into the system their entire life, if they needed a major medical procedure and there was a 16-year-old patient, that had not paid in a penny, that needed a similar procedure the 16-year-old would receive care and the 70-year-old would not. Why? Simply because the younger patient has years of work ahead of him/her and the 70-year-old does not. Yet, socialized medicine is being called Medicare-For-All.

No country in the world has ever made socialism or communism work for the benefit of the people. The left keeps espousing the benefits of the Scandinavian countries and their socialist societies. What the left doesn’t say is that those countries are taxed so high that private ownership is practically unheard of and that most of them are on the verge of bankruptcy. Is that what you want for our country?
