All Digital Currency, Mr President?

 I've heard rumors that our fearful leader, the mentally challenged geriatric in the White House, wants to institute all digital currency. What a grand idea! If you want total government control over every aspect of your life. How is digital currency going to do that, you ask? Oh, you poor, uninformed American citizen. Think about it; everything you do is connected to money somehow. Everything.

Once the Federal Government gets rid of cash money and makes everything digital, guess what? If they can turn it on, they can turn it off. Think about what YOUR installed Commander-In-Chief did when our good friend, Vladimir Putin, decided to invade Ukraine. Yep! He shut off Putin's ability to spend money. He shut down the digital process Russia used to to buy, and sell, oil and every other thing Russia needed. Shut it down. Completely. With the flip of a switch.

Damn! That's a great thing, isn't it? Russia's economy tanked and Vlad couldn't make money to build weapons, etc. Yes, it was. Now, think about that in domestic terms. What happens when the elites decide YOU are doing something they don't like. That's right, buttercup! They shut your money off.

Our government wouldn't do that! Oh, really? Just like they wouldn't persecute political opponents, target politically opposite businesses, call half the population domestic terrorists because they believe in the Constitution, our rights, and our freedoms. Oh, yeah; and support Donald J. Trump and his MAGA machine. They wouldn't hold hundreds of American citizens in DC jails without bail, access to attorneys, or being charged with a crime. They also wouldn't try to find a crime for the man instead of finding a man for a crime.

If you think about it, most of us use digital currency quite a bit. I do. I rarely carry cash and always use my debit or credit cards. Right now, good ol' Uncle Joe is tracking any transaction over $600 as is. What if ALL transactions were trackable? You go to the store and buy a bottle of $12 wine for the Bidenflation low low price of only $65 dollars. With all digital that transaction could be flagged as undesirable, and you could be flagged.

Let's take a fictitious scenario and just run with it.

You and the other half decide you want to have a nice, romantic evening. You decide to splurge and take the the car the half mile to Kroger's for wine and the makings for a romantic dinner. As before, the bottle of $12 wine for $65, you go to the meat counter and look at the pre-packaged meat because there are no butchers anymore and see some round steaks that are just about at expiration date. Not too much green and the microwave will kill anything that would hurt you. You take the smallest ones because of the $35/pound price tag. Go to the vegetable aisle and find the least wilted salad and put out another $10 for enough for two. Remember, we are now living under Bidenflation and prices are high, shelves are near empty, and wages are being taxed to the max.

Let's see, $65 plus $35 plus $10 is over a hundred dollars and that is flagged because of excessive spending, especially on the wine. On the way home, the other half spots a Romantix. “Hey! How about we stop and get something for later?” Fine. Stop. Go in. End up with some nice negligee and a couple of (shyly whisper) toys. Total for that comes to a little over $150. Flagged again. You went shopping at a place that is not on the list of places good people shop.

You get home, burn the steaks so they won't kill you, drown the salad in vinegar for the same reason, sit down to Netflix and chill. Remember, you've been flagged so, that camera that is in the flatscreen TV is on and watching you. The microphones on your cells are listening. You are being watched for anti-government activities that go against the liberal agenda.

What else could flag you when it comes to money? Let's see: buying a gun or other weapon, buying alcohol, tobacco, drugs, porn, more than one vehicle, leasing/owning more than one home, traveling too much. Get the idea? If government knows exactly where you spend and what for, they have you. Albert Alcoholic, Pete Pothead, Matt Methhead, Audrey Adulterer... you really want the government to know who you are giving you money to? John and Jane Q Public I hate to tell you but NO ONE is a saint and there is always something that you spend money on that could possibly go against the far-left radical's agenda. Not to mention be a little embarrassing for you if it's sex toys or your dealer. Hope he has a tax stamp for that gram of meth you just bought.

Once money is totally digital, with no cash at all, there is nothing to keep the government from shutting down your accounts for any reason they so choose. That would leave you broke and absolutely no way to make money to buy what food is available, pay rent, utilities, etc. They have you. Every aspect of your life. Lock, stock, and barrel. So, come on! Let's get rid of that dirty paper money and go totally digital. Hope the tooth fairy gives out Bitcoin.

The Unites States Federal Government has overreached is authority by leaps and bounds. We, the People, have allowed it and now, we are even voting it into office. Barring a handful, small handful, of Congressmen that actually do want to uphold the Constitution, our elected officials are as anti-American and corrupt as the Chicago mobs were in the 1930's, All you brain-dead libtards that want the government to control you are having a field-day about now. Not only have you championed tax-payer funded college debt relief, increased welfare payments, subsidized housing, free cell phones, etc., you've also allowed millions of unvetted illegals into the country that are neither seeking asylum or running from political or social persecution. Those illegals, or many of them, are coming here to take what they can and destroy the rest. After all, if you can't run them out, breed them out. If you can't breed them out, overrun them with countless numbers.

To recap: the Biden Crime Syndicate has effectively destroyed/ignored our immigration laws; destroyed our economy; destroyed our energy independence; raised our taxes; condoned racism and anti-law agendas; enabled, aided, and abetted our enemies; ignored the rule of law; are involved in political persecution of their opponents; and now want to do away with cash money so that every single transaction is traceable and accounts can be shut down on a whim. Not bad for only two years into power. Wonder what Kameltoe and the Nazi are gonna do once they remove the geriatric under the 25^th Amendment?

We Are Still s Constitutional Republic: A Short History of the Constitution

 I have tried over the years to educate people on the Constitution and what it means, what the Founders wanted, and how it is being perverted today. I do not go into this lightly. I have read the Constitution of the United States several times and refer back to it whenever I cite it. I have read the Federalist Papers and cite them at times. I have read the Federalist Farmer's letters responding to the Federalist Papers. I have read Madison's notes that he took while the debates were going on during the Constitutional Convention. I refer to all these documents when talking about how our government was set up, how it is supposed to be run, and how our government today is not using that so-important document as written and intended. Am I a Constitutional scholar? No. I am a high school graduate with very little education above that.

I was, actually, a licensed tax preparer in Oregon for about five years. In the great state of Oregon, to become a tax preparer it is a five week course on taxes and how to prepare them. After the course, it is a five hour test covering everything you need to know to prepare individual, small business, and corporate taxes. I passed that grueling test with 15 minutes to spare and had a grade of 89%. Not the brightest bulb in the box but smart enough to please the state of Oregon.

I don't pretend to know everything. I do make mistakes. I am a Constitutional originalist that believes it is a legal document set in stone. It is the Law of the Land. A judge does not 'interpret' the law on a whim or by the political ideas of the day. Over the last almost two and a half centuries politics have changed over and over again. One administration believes one thing and the next another. Slavery was alright when the country was founded. It isn't today. It took thousands of lives and a civil war to end that. Who was the champion? Abraham Lincoln, a Republican. The Thirteenth Amendment abolishing slavery was ratified on 6 December 1865.

Women couldn't vote until Rep. James R. Mann (R, IL) proposed to the House in favor of the Susan Anthony Amendment allowing women the right to vote on 21 May 1919. Overwhelmingly supported by the House, Congress passed the 19^th Amendment on 4 June 1919 and the Women's Suffrage Amendment was certified on 26 August 1920.

At one point it was illegal to sell alcohol by Constitutional law. That law was revoked several years later by another amendment to the Constitution.

The winds of change never cease. To change the Supreme Law of the Land it takes a two-thirds majority in Congress and three-quarters of the States to ratify the change. The Founders didn't want to make it easy to change that document because they knew that politics changed dramatically over time and on a whim. They were not stupid by any stretch of anyone's imagination. They feared a strong central government; especially since they had just finished fighting a long war to free the colonies from just such a tyranny.

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.” Declaration of Independence.

I put some of that text into bold because that is some of most important parts of the Declaration. Even before we became a free and independent nation the Founders knew that government should not be changed easily or by the winds of political climate. That is why I believe the Constitution is iron-clad, cast in stone and unchanging without a long, drawn out process to make sure that the changes being made aren't for 'light and transient causes.' Congress seems to think that the Constitution is nothing but a piece of parchment that is no longer necessary and, in some cases, a nuisance to their causes.

Presidents, at times, don't like the hindrances of the separation of powers and tend to legislate from the Oval Office through Executive Orders. Congress has used the Supreme Court to legislate that which wouldn't pass in open debate and voting in the Chambers. This is not what the Founders envisioned. Not even close. A small, weak central government with enumerated powers. All power not delegated to the Federal Government is in the hands of the individual states and, most importantly, The People of the United States.

I have listed the powers of the Government on previous blog posts so I won't do it here. Let it be said that we, the People, have been lax in our oversight of government. We have allowed the Federal Government to become bloated and all powerful. I've heard it said many, many times over my sixty-plus years: “You can't fight City Hall.” All I can say about that is; “Like Hell you can't! They work for us! Not the other way around.” Every single government employee is a direct employee of the citizens of this nation. It is our tax money that pays them. Our elected officials have only so long before it's time to re-elect them or kick them to the curb. For the non-elected employees, well, we still pay them.

There are laws that have been passed that we, the citizens, immigrants, visa-holders, and visitors to this country have to follow. We have law enforcement to uphold those laws. If you break them and get arrested, well, you won't get far by telling that sheriff, deputy, or beat cop that he's fired. It don't work like that. There are ways to make your voice be heard. Most of the time it's in a courtroom. Sometimes it's through grievances to the City Council. In the end, it is us, the citizens of the United States that hold the ultimate power. We, the People. Too bad that isn't taught in school anymore.

The school system is broken by an all-powerful government. We are forced to attend school and most times it is a government-run school. That being said, what are we taught? We are taught only what the government wants us to know. Civics isn't taught. Government isn't taught. The Constitution isn't taught. If they are, it's only in passing. It's much easier to take away things that you don't know you have. It's all written down on a piece of parchment that is 234 years old. Ratified on 21 June 1788, The Constitution of the United States of America is still the most important document in American history.

There were thirteen colonies that became the first states of the new nation. Now, 248 years later that number has grown to 50 states and several possessions (Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, American Samoa, Palmyra Atoll, Howland Island, Johnston Atoll, Wake Island, and a few others). The country has grown since the Revolution of 1776 but, the Constitution has not and should not. The Founders knew that their new nation would not stay confined to the original thirteen but, they also knew that there needed to be a set way to govern no matter how big the country became. It's all in there. In black and white.

In today's world if you aren't 'woke' then you are some kind of racist, misogynist, xenophobe, homophobe, transphobe, or a host of other -phobes. People don't know if they are a boy or a girl and want to be called 'they/them.' Boys are competing against girls in sports because they can't win against other boys. Men pretend to be women for reasons that are most time nefarious. Racism has made a comeback that makes the race riots of the 1950's and 1960's look like a trip to Disneyland. Major corporations are condoning and even helping indoctrinate our children into the gay/trans world whether they like it or not. Schools are perpetrating trans agenda upon any child that mentions that they don't feel like the sex they are. Critical Race Theory is being shoved down the throats of school children from a young age through college. Marxism and Socialism are being taught as the best political/economic system and Capitalism/Individual freedoms are being taught as racist and unfair.

Who is behind all this anti-America agenda? Who is forcing this ideology upon the people of the nation? Who is to blame? We, the People are to blame because we haven't stood up and asserted our God-given rights and authority over an elected government that shouldn't have the power that it does.

Please, for the sake of America, read the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, the Federalist Papers, the Federalist Farmer, and Madison's notes. Read them till you understand just what it was that the Founding Fathers of this nation intended us to be. IF you do pick up a book that has these documents and you DO read them, please, read them carefully, intentionally, methodically, and with the idea that you were right there when they were being written for the first time. Pretend that you were involved in the debates over what should and shouldn't be in the Supreme Law of the Land. Pretend that you were standing alongside General George Washington overlooking his ragged troops, weary from fighting an almost impossible battle against an army that had never lost. Pretend that you were there when Lincoln gave his speech at Gettysburg.

Remember this, the 56 men that signed the Declaration of Independence vowed their fortunes, their honor, their very lives to a cause that became the Great Experiment – a country that was of the PEOPLE, by the PEOPLE, and for the PEOPLE. A Constitutional Republic with an elected government that would change on a regular basis. Not a democracy because democracies always fail. But a representative government. “We are the rightful masters of government.” A. Lincoln.

The State of America Today

 Finally a major win for conservatives! Elon Musk has successfully acquired Twitter. What he does with it should make it much easier for the conservative voice to be heard. This is much to the chagrin of the far-left radicals in the country. Will he silence the liberal voice? He says he is for free speech and that he hopes his haters won't leave Twitter. We shall see what happens in the next few months.

On the Chinavirus front, Mr. Fauci has declared that a conservative, Federal judge does not have the authority to override mandates from the CDC. Does this mean that, no matter what, the CDC has autonomous power over the people on everything? If the CDC decides that it's not healthy for a person to eat more than one slice of pizza, have more than one sweet tea, engage in perverted sex, etc., do they, and they alone, have the power to ban such things? According to Mr. Fauci, a resounding, Yes!

How about the Russian invasion of Ukraine? Should we, as allies of Ukraine, put boots on the ground to save a free nation from tyranny? Is sending arms and humanitarian aid enough? Mr. Biden has lead from behind on everything Ukraine. He was last to help them on all fronts and continues to be last. Several European nations have re-opened their embassies in Kiev but not the US. Several European leaders have gone to Ukraine to talk with Volodymir Zelenski. Biden, finally sent his Secretary of State, in the middle of the night, under the utmost secrecy. Once again, leading from the rear.

How about our southern border? We have had an invasion of illegal aliens of enormous proportions since the Biden Administration took power. What are they doing about it? Well, from what I've been hearing, they are sending the word out that everyone around the world is welcome regardless of health, criminal background, political/socioeconomic ideology, or whether they hate America or not.

Inflation is at a record level since the 1970's. Gas prices are at historic highs. Workforce participation is at record lows since the 1980's. Iran is on the pathway to nuclear weapons. China is fast becoming the economic power of the world. North Korea is testing long range missiles again. The oil cartels are, once again, raking in billions of American dollars. Our President is obviously mentally not up to leading the free world. Our Vice President talks gibberish when she isn't laughing. The Assistant Director of Health and Human Services is a man that thinks he's a woman. We now have a Supreme Court Justice that can't define what a woman is even though she is a woman. There are thousands of illegals crossing the southern border unmolested; in fact, they are transported wherever they want to go on the taxpayer's dollar.

What is Congress worried about? Our elected officials are more concerned about an unarmed 'insurrection' that occurred on January 6, 2021. They are concerned that parents don't want their children indoctrinated into the LGBTQIA+ ideology and transitioned into the opposite sex without parental consent, or knowledge, in schools. The thing they are most concerned about is losing their power over the people.

I predict, as do a lot of conservatives, that no later than October, there will be another major outbreak of the Chinavirus and mail-in voting will be a necessity. Why? Because that is the only way the Democrats can possibly win the mid-term elections. You heard it right. The Democrats will cheat, just as they did in the 2020 Presidential election. That is the only way they can win and continue the destruction of the greatest nation on Earth.

Our MSM is government owned and controlled just as much as it is in Russia, North Korea, China, etc. If all you do is listen to that you are just a brainwashed sheeple. A useful idiot. And you will get exactly what you have coming to you – tyranny that will never go away.

We Live in Very Dark Times

 

It is extremely dark times in which we live. Oh, yes! The skies are blue, the sun shines, the stars twinkle, and the moon casts its eerie glow over the Earth as has been since the beginning of time. What I am talking about is much more sinister, more evil, more – human.

The Bible says that there will be wars and rumors of wars. Things have not changed since those days of thousands of years ago. Although it is no longer the Romans against the Egyptians, the Gentiles against the Jews, and such. It has now become the elites against the non-elites, the haves against the have-nots, the rich against the poor, and the corporations against the everyday man. Yes, there are physical wars such as is happening in Ukraine; the tribal wars of the Middle East, and the cultural wars in China, but, what I am talking about are the invisible wars where it is one ideology against another.

Here, in the United States, it is the 'woke' crowd against the 'normal' people. It has been called the Cancel Culture. Our history is being canceled out and replaced with a history that doesn't quite coincide with true facts. No one alive today was a slave in the 1800s and no one owns any slaves. What the 'woke' crowd would like people to think is that America is built on black slavery. Do they talk about the Irish slaves? The Chinese slaves? Even the white, Americans that were held in servitude for a debt owed? No, they do not. It has become a war of race; black against white. Facts do not matter to these people. Only emotions that will get them what they want.

Classic novels are being banned because of racial terminology. The times when such works were written was how people talked. All that matters to these cultural insurgents is how we speak in the present. We can no longer use certain terms because someone may become offended. I, myself, have been subjected to that and the offended individual didn't care that he was invading my personal space to get his point across. Just to let you know, I was offended that you stood there with your crotch about three inches from my face like you wanted me to do something indecent with you.

You see, it is a one sided war. Only if you are one of the 'woke' can you be offended and have anything done about it. If you are white, you can't get reparations or press charges of hate crimes if a black person calls you cracker, honkey, ghost, or some other such barb. Only if you are black can you claim racism; or are virtue signaling as a white person on the side of the black or LGBTQIA+ community, It is impossible for a white, Anglo-Saxon, Protestant male not to be racist. That is what is being taught to our young people from Kindergarten on through college.

How about sexuality? The 'woke' crowd are now teaching our K-college children that transgenderism, being gay, and transvestism is a natural, acceptable way of life and if you don't agree with it, embrace it, and become it, you are homophobic. The government run schools are teaching our children to hate morals, values, normalcy and to go against what they are being taught at home by their parents. In some school systems it is impossible for a parent to find out what is being taught to their children. After all, it takes the government to know what is best for the people.

A once proud nation that won its freedom from tyranny is now becoming what was fought against. High taxes without representation; we are no longer actually represented in Congress as they represent themselves and the people/organizations that donate to their campaigns. In some cases, our representatives actually represent foreign nations. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell's wife is the daughter of the man that owns the biggest shipping company in China. Eric Swalwell had a years long affair with a Chinese spy. Diane Feinstein employed a Chinese spy. Even the President of the United States is compromised through his son, Hunter, who made millions of dollars from China, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, etc. through his 'business' dealings with these nations.

While the far-left radicals in Congress do everything they can to silence the conservative voice, the mainstream media spread their propaganda better than the Russian and North Korean state owned media. While terrorist organizations such as Antifa and BLM burn, riot, loot, assault, and even murder throughout our major cities unmolested, there are around 600 conservatives still held in a Washington, DC jail, without bail or being charged, simply because they went to a Trump rally on January 6, 2020 then went to the Capitol Complex to protest the election results.

The Congress has called this protest an armed insurrection. The funny thing about that is there were no arms found on any protester. I believe a person or group needs to have weapons to engage in an armed insurrection. The FBI has searched the nation for anyone that was at the Capitol that day while not one person that burned or looted or rioted has been arrested. The left protects its own while it commits political persecution of anyone that doesn't agree with them. That, my friends, is what a Third World country, a banana republic, would do, not the United States of America.

Our elected (also read as installed) politicians are guilty of treason, high crimes and misdemeanors. They are no better than the people they claim to be against. Mao, Hitler, Mussolini, Chavez, Xi, Kim, Maduro, Putin, and a host of other dictators are their mentors. The Democrat Party is going by the Rules for Radicals by Al Salinski and The Communist Manifesto by Marx. The Constitution is only used when it benefits the cause against conservatism; otherwise it is nothing but a hindrance to their ideology.

I use the title 'Democrat Party' a lot. Why? Because it is the major player against American values, morals, rights and freedoms. Let me be clear about this: It is not just Democrats that are working against the American people. There are a lot of Republicans that are right in there with them. People like Mitt Romney, Liz Cheney, Mitch McConnell, and a host of others that are conservative when it comes around election time then turn traitor to the conservative ideology once put back in office. You also have the Republicans that are fence-riders that vote whichever way makes them look the best regardless of the agenda.

These are extremely dark times. Governments around the world are working against their own people. Russia just invaded Ukraine to take them over like it was still the 17^th century. Russia, China, and Iraq are working together as an axis against the Unites States and Israel. NATO has become powerless and the UN is just waiting for WWIII so it can turn its troops loose on the world. Nuclear war has been threatened. Iraq is being allowed to create nuclear missiles. North Korea has tested more missiles since Biden took office than ever before. China has its eyes on Taiwan. Russia won't stop at Ukraine; Putin wants to reestablish the Soviet Union.

Our own government refuses to secure our southern border, open up our oil exploration and drilling, take care of our homeless and our vets, or take a stand against rampant crime in our cities. They are more interested in making sure that our schools, police departments, and our military are woke, tolerant, and diversified with blacks, gays, transgenders, and women (whether those women are actual biological or pretend by males). It is more important to our elected officials to take care of illegals than citizens, foreign borders than our own, and making sure the world gets a piece of America one way or another. America Last, the World First is the motto of the present administration.

Biden said it after he was installed: “America First policy is done and over. We are a global nation.“ He should have been impeached right there but the Democrats made sure they took complete control of government. Nothing will ever get them to eat their own. Traitors, all of them. From the Oval Office down.

If a person takes the time to read some of the bills being passed by our so-called representatives, it would shock you. Read the Covid Relief Bill. Want to know a few of the things that three trillion dollar bill paid for? One thing is gender studies in Pakistan; another is money for the House of Representatives; money for the Kennedy Center for the arts; only about 20% of the Covid Relief Bill actually went towards helping the American people; the rest went for pet projects, extra money for already taxpayer funded things; foreign countries; and other wasteful spending. Nowhere in the Constitution does Congress have the power or authority to spend taxpayer funds for anything other than American issues.

Dark times, worse than Voldemort making a comeback in the Harry Potter series. The worst part of it is that we, as conservatives, are allowing it to happen. We, the People, the rightful masters of government, have allowed the Federal Government to become OUR masters. We have allowed the Federal Government to become so huge, so powerful, that they are now in control of OUR lives instead of us being in control of them. When did this start, you ask? The first President to ignore the Constitution was Abraham Lincoln when he wouldn't let the Southern States succeed from the Union. The Constitution gives the STATES the power, not the Federal Government. Did he do the right thing? I believe he did. That is where it started. The government overreach has progressed exponentially since and they aren't even hiding it anymore since the Great Pretender (Barack Hussein Obama) took crontrol.

During the Trump Administration, it was painfully clear that the Democrat Party was in complete control of Congress even though they were in the minority. Once they had the majority, it was all over. The lies, the unconstitutional and illegal investigations, the attempted coup, all of it for the world to see and laugh at. Not one Democrat has been indicted, tried, or even jailed for their crimes against the people of the nation and the Trump Administration. With the overwhelming evidence against most of them, Hillary Clinton not the least, one would think that someone would be tried for treason, high crimes, and/or misdemeanors.

The thousands of Antifa and BLM 'protesters' that committed arson, looting, assault, even murder have gone without any repercussions yet, there are still 600 patriots being held, without bail or being charged with any crime, in Washington, DC jails just for being at a Trump rally and peacefully protesting as is their Constitutional right. Political persecution is something that dictators and autocrats indulge in, not freedom loving elected officials.

The dark times are far from over, my friends. Far from over. With WWIII on the horizon, with no thanks to Joseph Biden & comrades, times will become much darker before the light of Camelot shines again. We are at a crossroads; fence-riders will be trampled into the mire of indifference and defeat. War is coming. Physical, nasty, destructive war. Thanks to Biden & Co. it will be a nuclear war involving Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea against NATO with the United States the main objective. The axis has already formed against us. Russia, China, and Iran are compatriots against the West. NATO has proven to be feckless as has the UN Security Council.

The Biden Administration was installed for just this reason. An administration cannot take a country as far down as fast as this one has gone without it being on purpose. This is what the elites and the Deep State want: total annihilation of the United States, capitalism, and the rights and freedoms of the citizens of the free world. Communism in America Today

 Back in the good old days of the Cold War, you know, when the only thing we had to worry about was Russia bombing us with nukes or trying to take over our country with Communism, it was so easy. We had our little drills of sitting in the hallway in school with our heads between our knees so that when we got hit with a nuclear bomb we were ready.

Let's not forget the McCarthy investigations on all those commies in Hollywood, sports, and the government. You know, when all you had to do was be accused of having Communist connections and your life was over. A LOT of really good actors lost their livelihoods because of Senator McCarthy; People like Lew Ayres (Dr. Kildare). With all the endless investigations and hearing in Congress it was surprising that they got anything done in the form of governing. Yes, those were the days!

Speaking of commies, how did they attack our great nation back then? Do you really want to know? During the last half of the 1940's there was a radio show on called “I Was a Communist For the FBI” that starred Dana Andrews as undercover agent Matt Svetick. Mr. Svetick was undercover as a Communist for nine years trying to thwart the agenda of the Communist Party here in America. He risked his life every day to keep America free. The stories told on the radio show were from his files, true with only names, places, and dates changed for obvious reasons. By the way, there was also a movie of the same name that starred Frank Lovejoy.

Do you want to really know how the Communist Party worked here in America? Listen to the stories told and/or watch the movie. They are on YouTube. I will tell you this: one way they worked was to incite violent riots during peaceful protests, used our Constitutional rights as a way to push their tyrannical agenda, brainwashed good, patriotic Americans into believing their way was better than our capitalist way. They pitted people against each other by shouting inequality, racism, police brutality, etc.

Racial/economic division, inciting violent and destructive riots, brainwashing the citizens, turning citizens against each other; all are Communist ways to change the government. What does that have to do with what is going on in America today? Think about it, people! What is the far-left doing? Not ONE Democrat has denounced the very violent and destructive riots of the summer of 2020. Not ONE Democrat has denounced or investigated the storming of the White House. Not ONE Democrat has denounced or investigated the fire-bombing of the Federal Courthouse in Portland. Not ONE Democrat has done anything but investigate Donald J. Trump and his supporters.

Right now, with a so-called pandemic in full swing, what are the Democrats (and quite a few Republicans) most concerned with? Is it the wide-open borders with millions illegally crossing with approximately 25% COVID positive? Is it the rampant violence and crime in the major, Democrat-controlled, cities? Is it the rampant suicide and addiction rates across the country? Is it the human and drug trafficking across the border? No, it is the January 6, 2021 Trump rally, peaceful protest, and a handful of individuals that were allowed into the Capitol complex that broke some windows and sat in Nancy Pelosi's chair. There are still over 500 people incarcerated in Washington, DC that are not allowed bail, access to an attorney, or have even been charged with anything. Why? The answer is simple: they were at the Trump rally on January 6^th.

The Communists of the 1940s and 50s ruled with an iron fist. They spied on their own members to make sure they were good, strong Communists. What are the Democrats doing within their own party? If you are a member of the Democrat (now known as the American Communist Party) Party, you do exactly as Nancy Pelosi says or you are ostracized, threatened, and/or humiliated. Nancy Pelosi would make Nikita Khrushchev very proud.

The Democrat Party, along with several Republicans, are working extremely hard to change our Constitution through legislation. They want to federalize elections, allow open voting with no way to prove citizenship, who actually voted, or even in the ballot is real or not. They have done nothing about the millions of illegals crossing the border, they have preached Critical Race Theory to our children, they have divided the country economically, racially, and politically. They are waging war against anyone that disagrees with them and/or supports conservatism and capitalism. They have used a man-made virus (paid in part by the United States taxpayer) released from a lab in Wuhan China to cause chaos and fear across the globe. They have taken rights away from the American citizen left and right because of the coronavirus. They are the most anti-American, anti-capitalist, anti-freedom party in the history of our nation. Bar none.

This is not the Democrat Party of even 40 years ago. Even the Clintons were not as anti-America as they are now. There has always been corruption in politics. The Democrat Party doesn't even try to hide it anymore. They just scream that if you don't agree with them you are a racist, you are trying to destroy our 'democracy,' and best of all, YOU ARE A DOMESTIC TERRORIST. Andrew McCabe said it: the biggest terrorist threat to America is the middle class, white, MAGA business owner.

I don't have the time to go into everything the Communists did 60 or 70 years ago to try to convert America to Communism. It would take a thousand page book. What I can do is tell you that the Democrat Party of the new millennium is doing exactly what Lenin, Marx, Stalin, Mussolini, Mao, Hitler, Chavez, etc., have done over the decades. Exactly! Do some research. I believe the people that read my posts actually have a brain and can think for themselves. I also believe that you can actually read, write, and understand English. Unlike the 'woke' crowd that can't even figure out what pronoun they are.

The far-left are destroying our nation. That is obvious. They are not being stopped by the Republicans in Congress. Who is to stop them? If our elected officials (who, by the way, are OUR EMPLOYEES) won't do what we want them to, who will? It is up the US, we, the PEOPLE, of the United States of America to stand up and protect our Constitutional Republic. It wasn't the entire population that wanted to be free from English rule. It was a handful of outlaws, traitors to the King, freedom loving Americans. Guess what? That handful of rebels beat the world's strongest army and gained the freedom that everyone deserves. It's time we fought that battle again, in any way possible, to keep that freedom. The one word that William Wallace could get out in Braveheart after being tortured was what? FREEDOM!

A Study in American Tyranny

To be fair, the First Amendment gives everyone, including the President, the God-given right to free speech. This means that a person can say whatever they want whether anyone agrees with them or not. I will fight to the death for everyone to keep this right even though the far-left radicals are doing all they can to silence conservative voices. I will even fight to the death for the SCROTUS to keep this right. No matter what.

That being said, I have one complaint, at this time, about something that SCROTUS has said a couple of times; that he would use the full force of the United States Armed Forces, up to and including nuclear weapons, against the people of the United States if they were to pick up arms against his tyrannical regime. He threatened to use NUCLEAR weapons AGAINST the nation he supposed is the leader of. Is this what the USA has gotten to?

It has always been my belief that Third World countries, Communist countries, tyrannical dominions, were the only governments that threatened its own citizens with death and destruction. Mao, Hitler, Mussolini, Chavez, Kim, etc. who were so afraid of losing power that they killed their political opponents were the bad guys. Civilized nations like the United States didn’t do things like that. We took it to the polls, the voting box to make governmental changes. We did not stoop to political assassinations or genocide to keep power.

In today’s world it is different. The United States of America, the freest nation, the beacon of liberty and freedom, has become a tyrannical, Third World, Communist government. After the failed attempt at a coup against the Trump Administration, and the failed impeachment attempts, the far left, radical extremists overthrew an election by corruption and fraud, kept that corruption and fraud from being investigated, placed into power a mentally challenged, frail geriatric and a woman of ill repute as President and Vice President. These two, along with the slim majority in the House of Representatives and the 50/50 count in the Senate, which the Vice President gives the tie breaker vote, have appointed far-left radicals into the highest offices in the nation.

What did Biden do? He placed into offices of great power former Obama officials, unqualified persons for their jobs, anti-Constitution radicals, and self-proclaimed Socialists. The Democrats (and I have a very hard time calling them that because they are NOT Democrats but Communists and Socialists), are pushing far-left radical policies through Congress and if they can’t get it done, SCROTUS is legislating by executive fiat. They want to pack the Supreme Court with far-left liberal judges that will legitimize and make into law their policies that can’t make it through the normal legislative process. All the while, using COVID-19, the border crises (which they created), and extreme violence in major cities (all of which are Democrat controlled and have been for decades) as a means to destroy our God-given, Constitutionally guaranteed rights.

When the Democrats are the minority, they get what they want by screaming and yelling and threatening. Now, since they have the slimmest majority, there is no stopping them. The Republicans in Congress are spineless, feckless, useless pieces of human excrement that will not stand up against the radical left to save their country. The handful that do stand up against this tyranny are chastised by the ones that are in league with the Democrats. It is all just a power grab and a way to keep their cushy jobs in DC. They have done nothing over the last 100 years to keep the left in line with American values, morals, and traditions. I believe they are called RINOS. What they are is nothing more than Democrats in Republican clothing. Get a backbone, Mitch, Lindsey, Mittens, Chuck, etc. Fight for your country, fight for your rights and freedoms, and fight for the people that put you in office.

The left is destroying our country from within with their propagandizing of our children. Now, Critical Race Theory, transgenderism, anti-racism, white supremacy, and a host of other false or failed ideologies are being forced down the throats of our children as young as five years old. And there is not a thing we can do about it because the Teacher’s Union, the Boards of Education, the school faculties aren’t even letting parents know what the curriculum is. Radicals are being hired to teach our children without us having a say. Our tax dollars are paying for our children to be turned against American individualism, exceptionalism, morals, and values. We are paying for our children’s indoctrination into Socialism and Communism against our will.

How is all this happening without the American people stopping it? The far left, the mainstream media, the social media giants, and our beloved Congress are silencing the conservative voices, the voices that disagree with their agenda, the voices that want to stand up for America. With Nazi approved tactics such as reporting anyone with extremists’ views to the authorities (such as reporting pro-America, anti-left posts on Facebook to banning the President, Donald J Trump from social media).

The United States is the greatest country in the world, bar none! We have the best economy, the best standard of living, the greatest freedoms, and we were set up to govern ourselves. The Great Experiment we have been called. The ONLY government in the history of the world that is by, for, and of the people. The problem with that is 245 years ago, the Founding Fathers set up this great experimental government for the nation. We became a nation with a government. Today, that government has become so bloated, so powerful, that we no longer are a nation with a government, we are a government with a nation. Just as every other tyrannical dominion has been throughout history. The people have ceded power to the States, the States have ceded power to the federal government. This is NOT what the Founders had in mind.

Amendment One guarantees us the right to free speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, and the right to address the government for our grievances. These rights do not have stipulations on them. We have the God-given right to say what is on our minds whether it hurts someone’s feeling or not, whether anyone agrees with us or not. We have the God-given right to practice whatever religion we want, or not. The press has the God-given right to print whatever it wants. We have the God-given right to protest, peacefully, for redress of our grievances against the government. The Left is doing all it can to silence the conservative right, the Pro-American voice. They are doing all they can to destroy Christianity and Judaism, the press is owned by the left and will only report what the left wants, suppressing anything anti-left or what will embarrass the left. As for peacefully protesting? Well, as long as it is for the left’s agenda and ideology, anything goes up to, and including, arson and murder. Destroy your cities, take over huge areas of your cities, burn the cities to the ground. As long as it is for the right reason. Twenty thousand people, unarmed, marching on the Capitol Complex in protest of the election, is called an armed insurrection because it goes against the Democrats and their anti-American ideology and agenda.

The handful of people that breached the Capitol were there before Trump’s rally ended. They were not part of the Trump Train. Some have been identified as BLM and Antifa members. These people are what was the armed insurrection even though there were no arms on any of them. They only person that was shot and killed was a protester by the Capitol police. And she was an armed forces member just there to protest the election and walked into the Capitol with several others. There was no violence per se. A broken window, the Speaker’s lectern taken, nothing compared to the BILLIONS of dollars of damage done in Portland, including the Federal Courthouse there, Seattle, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago, New York by rioters committing arson, looting, assault, and yes, even murder.

Amendment Two guarantees us the God-given right to keep and bear arms. The Founders knew that an unarmed populous was a vulnerable populous, easily controlled. The Second Amendment was worded straightforward: The right of the people to keep and bear arms will not be infringed. What has our benevolent government done over the decades? Infringed time and time again on that God-given right to protect ourselves, our families, our property. Now, with the Democrat majority, they are doing all they can to take that right away from us. Why? After, 245 years do they think we need to be disarmed totally? Are they planning something that we would take up arms against them? Maybe like using nuclear weapons and F-15s against us?

If you have not read Karl Marx’ Communist Manifesto or the Rules for Radicals by Saul Alinsky, do it. It will surprise you just how much of these writings that the Democrat Party uses in their agenda and propaganda. I stated that I have a hard time calling it the “Democrat” Party and its members “Democrats.” The reason being is because they are NOT what a Democrat should be. They are Socialists and Communists. There is no Americanism to any of them save a handful. Tulsi Gabbard and Joe Manchin are the only two that come to mind. With 220 members of the House of Representatives and 50 members of the Senate, that is a pretty slim percentage of pro-America members.

Are we able to survive until the 2022 election to put pro-American politicians back into the highest offices in the nation? They can do a lot of damage in that time. They are doing a lot of damage. With our Vice President saying there is no border crisis with hundreds of thousands of illegals crossing the border every month, with CRT and transgenderism running rampant through our states, with Congressmen and women extolling the virtues of silencing the right and committing crimes against the people, and our so-called conservative representatives sitting back on their hands doing nothing, we will be lucky to have a free America left in two years. The bigger question would be this: in two years will the Democrats cheat again to win even more power?

This is a nation with a government OF, BY, and FOR the PEOPLE! Isn’t it time we, the PEOPLE, take it back? 

As The World Burns

 

Dateline, May 27, 2021.

The United States is a little over four months into the new administration. After the disastrous first 100 days, which included cancelling the Keystone XL Pipeline and construction of the border wall eliminating thousands of high-paying union jobs, the President has returned to the policies of former President Barry Soetoro Obama of financing Iran’s nuclear progress, financing terrorist organizations such as Hamas, and ignoring Israel. After the historic peace deals brokered by President Donald Trump, the Middle East is back at war amongst itself and Palestine has returned to relentless bombing of Israel.

With cancelling the border wall and returning to the policies of catch-and-release, along with advertising an open border and all is welcome, the surge of illegal adults and unaccompanied minors at the southern border has reached historic levels. It has been reported that the Biden Administration is flying children into the country by jet under cover of darkness.

Inflation has reached almost historic levels along with unemployment and job losses. Millions are still out of work, some of which are still under extreme lockdown in blue states. Prices have increased in commodities and other necessities by 50-150%. Shortages are predicted by mid-summer of certain goods, food included.

Defund The Police policies of Democrat-controlled cities has resulted in crime rates increasing by up to 200%, including homicide. All the while, Antifa and BLM are still rioting, looting, committing arson, and taking over sections of larger metropolitan areas. Chaos reigns supreme in many blue cities.

As the world burns, the Democrats are more concerned with stopping audits of the 2020 election, investigating Donald Trump’s business dealings, and turning the United States into a socialist nation. Meanwhile, the Jeffery Epstein ‘suicide,’ the fraudulent use of the FISA Court, the illegal surveillance of the Trump campaign, the 33,000 plus deleted emails of Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden’s laptops and use of his, then VP, father’s influence around the world, the quid pro quo of the Ukrainian government by the VP Biden, the perjury of several high ranking officials of the Obama Administration to the Congress, and the obvious fraud and corruption of the 2020 election have all but disappeared.

Innocent people that marched to the Capitol Complex on January 6, 2021 to protest are being hunted down and prosecuted for insurrection, whether they were involved in breaching the Capitol or not, while those inciting riots and insurrection (such as Rep Maxine Waters, AOC, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Nancy Pelosi) are left alone and allowed to continue their fight against our Constitutional Republic.

As the far-left continue to scream ‘RACIST’ everything from William Shakespeare to Dr Suess to Aunt Jemima syrup, the right sits back and does nothing. Congress has become a cesspool of ineffectual career politicians with no backbone at best or, at worst, are all cut from the same cloth and are co-conspirators in the downfall of this once free nation. We, the People, have only one recourse with the Federal Government and that is the Electoral system. A system which failed miserably in 2020, not because of the people of the country not voting, but because of the fraud, corruption, and illegalities perpetrated during the election to insure a Democrat win. What did the Republicans do? Nothing. The few that tried were threatened, coerced, and ignored. The people of the country were ignored. The Supreme Court was bought through fear. The lower courts were bought. The people lost.

As the world burns, we, the people, can do nothing but sit back and watch while the Washington elites, the super-wealthy, and the Hollywood elites dance around gleefully with their torches.

The Declaration of Independence and How It's Important Today

 

During the Federal Convention of 1787, the Founding Fathers, including but not limited to, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and Alexander Hamilton, debated fiercely for, and against, the Constitution. They all believed that a centralized government was needed but that it should not be too powerful in its scope. Strong enough to keep the emerging nation alive and safe, yet weak enough as to not become a tyrannical, over-powerful force against the sovereignty of the several states that had just gained their freedom and liberty from just such a government.

The Declaration of Independence stated quite clearly the grievances against the rule of King George: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security,

What, exactly, were the founders talking about? What did they mean by a ‘long train of abuses and usurpations?’ What ‘absolute despotism’ were they talking about? In 1776 they were talking about the law of England and the tyranny of King George when it came to the American colonies. They went so far as to list the King’s abuses. First was his refusal to assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. He forbid his governors to pass necessary and important laws until his assent was obtained, which it may, or may not, be granted. He refused to pass laws for the accommodation of large numbers of people unless those people relinquished the right of representation in the legislature.

The King called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records. He refused, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions from within. He obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary power. The made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices. He erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people. He effected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power.

He combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation. He protected some by mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states. He imposed taxes on us without our consent. He deprived us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury. He took away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments. He suspended our own legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us all cases whatsoever. He, at that time, was transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy, scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages. He excited domestic insurrection amongst us, and endeavored to bring on the inhabitant of our frontiers, the merciless savages, whose known rule of warfare, was undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

Finally, the Founders stated this: In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

What does all that have to do with what is happening today in Washington, DC? Let’s go through this step by step, clause by clause.

The Founders said that the King refused his assent to wholesome and necessary laws. That means he wouldn’t agree to those laws. What is the SCROTUS doing right now? He is refusing to agree with any law that is PRO-American. He overturned everything that Donald Trump had done to make this country what it was – the greatest country in the world. He refuses to enact laws that keep us safe, such as border security, illegal migration, deporting known criminals, etc.

Biden is openly disagreeing with governors that try to enact laws beneficial to their states, and the security of the nation. Congressmen are openly disagreeing with those that are making sanctuary cities and states illegal, abortions illegal, and going against the federal government mandates for economic disaster and collapse.

When it comes to refusing to pass laws for large numbers of people unless they give up their representation; our elected officials don’t represent Americans anymore. Their actions, and the actions of the President and Vice President, clearly are aimed at illegals more than citizens. When illegals have more rights than citizens we are not represented.

Has Joe Biden called together legislative bodies at unusual places, uncomfortable, and distant? No more so than what it always has been. What he is doing, and the Congress is wanting to do, is to make the seat of the central government a sovereign state with representatives. This is not what the Founders intended for the seat of the Federal Government. This is what makes thing seem unusual.

Do I need to get into how the government refused others to be elected? The corruption and fraud of the 2020 election is what compares to this clause. Somehow, six states stopped counting votes at approximately the same time and seemed to come up with enough votes to turn the election in favor of Joseph Robinette Biden during that time period. Pennsylvania even went against its own Constitution to change election law so that the liberal left could win. Then, no one, not even the Supreme Court, would even look at any of the evidence, hundred of videos, thousands of eyewitness accounts and affidavits, all ignored until after the certification of the electoral vote.

This goes right into the judiciary clause of the Declaration. The Deep State and the Washington establishment, career politicians refused to let the judiciary look into the election integrity. The Federal Government, Deep State, Establishment, and career politicians have allowed obvious criminality amongst themselves, such as the Clinton email scandal, the Russian collusion hoax, the illegal use of the FISA Court, the lack of presumption of innocence of any Trump ally, etc. Then goes further and includes the next clause of judges being dependent on them for their livelihoods. The far-left has many judges in their back pockets, including some Supreme Court Justices.

What has SCROTUS done since being inaugurated? Here comes the next clause! He has established many, many new offices, unnecessary for governance, as is the wont of the Democrat Party. The bigger the government, the more control government has over the people.

The military is another thing. With the modernization of weapons and the cost incurred in producing those weapons, it is impossible for the people to be equally armed. What makes this clause important today is the militarization of law enforcement. Even with the outcry for defunding the police, the elitists, politicians, entertainment personalities, and sports stars all have military equipped security. They are protected against the people while the people are not allowed to protect themselves. The attacks on the Second Amendment prove that. The government wants to disarm the people so we cannot fight back if it comes to that.

How does the clause concerning combining with others to subject us to jurisdiction foreign to our constitution? Mr. Biden, and his administration, are focusing on foreign laws to legislate against the American people. They are using UN dictates as American law, even though those dictates are expressly against the Constitution of the United States.

The Democrat Party is the party of tax and spend. Mr. Biden has said, as did every other Democrat candidate, during the campaign, and now since he has been installed as the President, that he will definitely raise taxes to highs that are unaffordable to the working man. These taxes run from income tax to capital gain tax to property tax. Why is raising taxes so important? Someone has to pay for all the Democrats programs and policies whether they want to or not. The biggest insult here is not that they are spending Trillions of dollars on helping Americans, they are spending Trillions of dollars on foreign nations, Democrat donors, unnecessary pet projects, and themselves. Trillions of dollars in debt and they want to borrow more and more to spend more and more on unnecessary things while giving the American taxpayer pennies on the thousands of dollars.

The clauses of depriving us of trial by jury and transporting us to be tried for pretended offenses comes after the ‘insurrection’ of January 6, 2021. The people that have been arrested for the pretended insurrection have been transported to Washington, DC, not given bail, not provided with a public defender, and not being brought before a judge. The ‘insurrection’ of Jan 6 was a protest against an illegitimate, corrupt, and fraudulent election. Out of the thousands that attended the Trump rally and walked to the Capitol Complex, there were about 120 people that breached the Capitol building and did damage. The majority, by far, was peaceful, respectful, unarmed, and still targeted by the far-left as criminals.

Another example of the present administration, the Deep State, Washington establishment, and the far-left depriving an American citizen of due process is what is happening with Donald Trump and his allies. Democrat Attorneys General, Democrat judges, Democrat Federal prosecutors are targeting Trump and his allies for anything they can. They have been on fishing expeditions since Trump announced his candidacy in Trump Tower back in 2015. They have targeted military leaders, such as General Mike Flynn, former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Trump aides, such as Carter Page and George Papadopoulos, they even put Paul Manafort into solitary confinement to try to get him to betray Donald Trump. These people, and others, had their homes and offices raided and ransacked, personal papers confiscated, were arrested, interrogated, charged. All because they support Donald J Trump. Yet people like James Comey, Hillary Clinton, Barry Soetoro, Peter Strokz,  and a host of other high level, prominent Democrats with overwhelming evidence against them go free.

How is the Federal government taking away our charters, abolishing our laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments? Do you really need to ask that? With the government inviting millions of illegals into our country, transporting them wherever they want to go, not demanding they return to their home country to apply for asylum (mainly because 99% aren’t eligible for asylum) the government is fundamentally changing the dynamic of our voter rolls. Our laws don’t mean anything to the illegals. If they did, they would be deported immediately or jailed. Only in a Democrat controlled America can you come into the country illegally, gain legal status, and have a pathway to citizenship immediately.

This also includes the clause of transporting large armies into the nation. Do you really think those millions of unattended illegal minors aren’t going to have their parents come into the country? Do you really think those kids are just small, innocent children? Just like the influx of Somalian refugees during Obama, these are soldiers that could be used by the government against the citizens. Will they be? Only time will tell. One thing is for certain, concerning the surge of illegals into the country, the Democrat Party is hoping that each and every one of them will vote Democrat once they are given citizenship. Then again, with the attack on the electoral system, they could be voting whether a citizen or not.

The Democrat Party has been attacking the Constitution for decades. Whittling away at our rights and freedoms over the years so as not to be noticed. Now, since the power is held by the Democrats in Washington, they are attacking our fundamental rights, the right to free speech, the right to keep and bear arms, the right of due process, at an unprecedented rate, openly and joyously.

Nothing that the Washington Establishment is doing is Constitutional. Nothing they are doing is pro-America. Nothing they are doing is pro-rights, freedom, and liberty. They are turning our Constitutional Republic into a Socialist State. Centralized, all-powerful, all-controlling bloated federal government. This is what the Founders, the Patriots, fought against in 1776. This is what they warned us about in every document written in the early days of our nation. Abraham Lincoln said that America would not be taken over by an outside force but from within. The Japanese wouldn’t attack mainland USA because we had guns behind every blade of grass. The world has looked to the United States for decades for help from money to soldiers. It has been the United States that has saved the world time and again. Now, we are the ones being taken down. Unfortunately, it’s our own politicians that are doing it.

The Declaration of Independence, one of the most important documents in our national history, is as relevant today as it was 245 years ago. We declared our independence from a tyrannical dominion. Now, it’s time to declare our independence from another tyrannical dominion: the Democrat Party.

Now Is The Time For All Good Men

 “Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of your country.” A quote attributed to Patrick Henry as a call to arms. Others say it is just a typing test by Charles E. Weller. Either way, it is a damn good quote; especially right now.

Our country, the United States of America, is under attack. Not by an outside army such as the Chinese, North Koreans, Russians, or even Germany. It is under attack from within. The enemy has breached the gates, infiltrated the ranks, indoctrinated our young, and is now being voted into federal, state, and local offices. Career politicians such as Nancy Pelosi, Charles Schumer, Maxine Waters, Mitch McConnell, etc., and newer, younger politicians such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, etc. are doing all they can to destroy the Great Experiment.

It shouldn’t come as any surprise. The Democrat Party has been against a Constitutional Republic for generations; I’d venture to say since it’s inception. There have always been those that were against a government by, for, and of the people. Even during the Revolutionary War, the Constitutional Convention, and beyond, there have been those that wanted a strong, central government, or even to stay subjects of England.

Today, the Democrat Party no longer disguises its intentions of destroying the Constitution and the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Supreme Law of the Land. The SCROTUS, Joseph Robinette Biden, said in a speech that the Amendments were not absolute. Funny how American citizen’s rights are not absolute, but illegal’s rights are. After all, American citizens no longer have the freedom of speech if they are conservative, the Second Amendment has been under attack for decades and is now being infringed left and right, yet, it is and absolute right for anyone in the world to demand to come into the United States, ask for asylum and be allowed to disappear into the interior of the country, never to be seen or heard from again.

Election integrity no longer exists after the November 2020 election. Court after court refused to even see any evidence of corruption or fraud, including the Supreme Court. No one is allowed to question the results that gave power to the Democrats. I find it extremely unnerving that a mentally challenged octogenarian that didn’t leave his basement for most of the campaign, had rallies numbering in the tens, and allied himself with a running mate that had no support in her own campaign, somehow achieved historically large numbers of votes. I find it strange that six states suspended counting votes at practically the exact same time, in the middle of the night, and during that time, came up with enough votes to win. All of this against an incumbent that held rallies numbering in the tens of thousands, had achieved record high employment for minorities and women, record low unemployment, record high stock market, booming economy, secure border, higher wages, lower taxes, and headed up the Warp Speed program for a vaccine against the global plandemic of COVID-19.

Joe Biden, a man that bragged about withholding aid money from Ukraine unless the government fired the prosecutor investigating his son. A man that has dubious involvement with Russia, China, Ukraine, Romania, etc. A man whose son was dishonorably discharged from the military for drug use, used his name and his father’s position as Vice President to gain wealth from China, become a member of the board of directors of an oil company in Ukraine (without any experience in oil or Ukraine), who married his brother’s widow, impregnated a hooker, is a crack addict, and has illegal material on his laptop. This is who the American people voted into the highest office in the nation and the most powerful position in the world? Joe Biden doesn’t even know where he is most of the time.

In the first 100 days in office, Joe Biden has signed more than 50 executive orders/actions. On Inauguration Day, he signed EOs that ended the Keystone XL pipeline, unemploying thousands of Americans from good-paying, union jobs. He signed another that stopped construction on the border wall which was already paid for. He opened the southern border to any and all who wanted to enter.

Over the last five years, the radical left has done it’s best to censor conservative voices, keep any bad information about the Democrat Party from being seen, and lied constantly about President Donald J Trump. The radical left, Hollywood elites, the Deep State, sports stars, and entertainment stars have been allowed to threaten, harass, lie about, humiliate, etc. Donald Trump, Melania Trump, and even Barron Trump. As for any Democrat politician? Don’t even think about saying anything derogatory.

During the debate on the New Jersey Plan brought up in the Federal Convention of 1787, William Paterson made this comment about despotism in Congress: ‘Is there no danger of a Legislative despotism? Theory and practice both proclaim it.If the Legislative authority be not restrained, there can be neither liberty nor stability;’ What is happening now, in Congress, is absolute despotism. With the Democrats having control over the White House, the House of Representatives, and the Senate, despotism is running rampant. There is no liberty when the elected officials are ramming policy through by executive order and partisan vote, regardless of the will of the people.

The plandemic of COVID-19 is a prime example of the despotism of the government. Through fear, lack of knowledge, and putting 100% faith in one person’s opinion regardless of science, the Federal Government and several of the State’s governments have torn away the rights, freedoms, and liberties of the American people. We have been forced to social distance, close our businesses, remain at home, wear masks on our faces, stay away from friends and family, and finally, are almost to the point of being forced to take a vaccine that has not been thoroughly tested over the long run. This is the definition of tyranny and despotism.

The Founders pledged their fortunes, honor, and even their lives to break away from the tyranny and despotism of King George. Do you understand what they risked to make this country what it became? There were very few of the revolutionaries that didn’t end up broke or dead. They risked literally everything to bring freedom and liberty to the American Colonies and form a more perfect union. This country was, and still is, the Great Experiment. No other government in history was formed of, by, and for the people. We, the People, of the United States of America, in order to form a more perfect union, do ordain and establish…. Where is that patriotism today?

Everyone wants to be a patriot… until it’s time to do patriotic stuff. Civil disobedience is where it starts. Don’t wear the mask. Don’t social distance. Don’t follow those unconstitutional laws. But, will the ‘patriotic’ citizens stand up against the despotism of a tyrannical Congress and President? So far the answer to that question is a resounding ‘NO!’ Conservatives believe in the rule of law. Liberals believe in the rule of riots, looting, arson, assault, and threats of the same. That is why the left is winning. No only do they threaten violence against the right, they commit violence when they don’t get their way. It will only be when the violence is returned in kind that the left will soon learn they are no longer in control.

I don’t condone violence. I, like every other conservative, believe that there are better, peaceful, ways to disarm conflict and chaos. But, there comes a time when diplomacy no longer works. Talk is cheap. Actions speak much louder than words. That is why I keep saying ‘civil disobedience.’ Non-violent protest against the tyranny that has beset our country. The left will always blame the right for the ailments of the country. They will always make charges against the right for what they are doing. Examples of that are: Russian collusion, corruption, fraud, quid pro quo. It has come to the point of no return. It is NOW or we have lost our country, our rights, our freedoms, and our liberty.

This Is Where We Stand Today

 The so-called ruler of the United States, Joseph Robinette Biden, has already proven that Donald J Trump was the much better choice for President. After all, what did good ol’ Uncle Joe do on his first day, right after being inaugurated? He killed tens of thousands of jobs, ended the border wall, and put us back into the Paris Climate Accord and the Iran Nuclear Deal. Since then, he has rejoined the WHO, opened the borders to all, created chaos on the border, put his second-in-command in charge of the border crisis, and made a complete mockery of the United States by just opening his mouth.

Jenn Psaki, the Press Secretary that must circle back on every important issue, couldn’t answer a question honestly if her life depended on it. Speaker Nancy Pelosi is ramming anti-Constitutional bills through the House with a very narrow majority and the Vice President is swinging the Senate to the far left with her tie-breaking votes.

While the American citizens are still in basic lockdown due to COVID-19, hundreds of thousands of illegal children are crossing the border monthly, being stacked upon each other in facilities that are over 700% capacity. None, or an exceedingly small number of the total, of these kids are being tested for the China virus and the ones that are have been testing positive at a high rate. Where do these kids go when they are released? Wherever they want in the country. No one knows for sure where they go, and none of them are given court dates to appear for an asylum hearing. Oh, they do have phone numbers on wristbands to call once they get here but no one knows who these numbers actually belong to.

While our kids are kept out of school or are forced into online learning, tens of thousands of illegal kids in San Diego are getting in-person education at the San Diego Convention Center. While we have hundreds of thousands of homeless families and veterans, Uncle Joe is spending almost $100 MILLION dollars on hotel rooms for illegal kids. By the way, those illegal kids are being promoted by the government as ‘unaccompanied minors.’ That makes it sound so much better than illegal aliens.

Our favorite Democratic Socialist, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC for short), doesn’t think that the hundreds of thousands of illegals storming the border is a surge because they are not ‘insurgents.’ Thanks, New York, for electing an idiot into the hallowed halls of Congress.

HR1 and SB1 are being touted as bills to protect the American voters of color. What they do is eradicate the Constitutionally protected rights of the States to control elections and centralizes it in Washington, DC, into the hands of Congress. What will this do? The answer to that question is so simple as to be ridiculous; it will turn our Constitutional Republic into a one party, centralized, totalitarian regime with the Democrats in control. These bills, if passed, will essentially turn the entire nation into California, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois where a handful of cities control what happens to the entire country.

The Constitution of the United States of America means nothing to the radical left. Uncle Joe stated that if Congress didn’t pass gun reform laws then he would do it by Executive Fiat. That is not how we change the Law of the Land. The sad part of this is that there are American citizens that agree with whatever the SCROTUS and Congress do. After all, it’s for the common good. “For the common good” is how Hitler changed Germany and Austria into the hellhole it became under his regime. “For the common good” is how Mussolini turned Italy into the Socialist nightmare it was. “For the common good” is how Chavez turned Venezuela into the warzone it is today from the third richest nation in South America.

Hitler did not invade Austria and take it by force; he was voted into power by the Austrian people. He promised them a better life, and, for a while, they got it. It took the Austrians about five years to finally figure out that the savior of their nation was actually a monster. They were taken in by charm and charisma, false promises of a Utopian world, and were sold a bill of goods that they regretted. The American people were sold a bill of goods by Barry ‘Barack Obama’ Soetoro and now, again, by Joseph Robinette Biden and, let’s call it what it is, the American Communist Party (formerly known as the Democrat Party).

I know that there are plenty of people in this great nation that believe whole-heartedly in the Democrat’s policies of fairness, equality, and equity. I know that there are plenty of people that actually believe the things that are said by the ruling class and the mass media about racism, white supremacy, police brutality, etc. I realize that most of the Hollywood elite, the sports stars, music stars, and politicians that are spouting off about how they feel so guilty for their whiteness and privilege are not going to give up one red cent or donate any real estate to help out the homeless, the hungry, the illegals that they so ardently demand come into the country, or any other disadvantaged persons. It is always at the expense of the middle-class to help the needy. In other words, in the words of Andrew Wilkow, socialism is for the people not the socialist.

The policies of the ACP are not pro-America. They are pro-Democrat Party. Just as the Nazi’s and the Communists demanded in the 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s that every member be totally loyal to the Party, that the Party comes first, that the Party is all knowing and all powerful, the ACP, also, demands these things. Every policy, every bill, every Executive Order, is designed to give the Party more power over the people. Everything is designed to whittle away the Constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms we have until they are gone. The First Amendment right to free speech is being attacked, every day, by social media, mainstream media, and even Congress by censoring, at least, or silencing, at most, the Conservative voice. Congress has infringed on the Second Amendment for decades and is now outright trying to ban the right to bear arms. After the debacle of the Russian Collusion fraud, it is obvious that the rule of law and the presumption of innocence is gone for the Conservative.

The Framers made it quite clear during the Constitutional Convention that they feared a central government that was all powerful. They worded the Constitution in a way that limited the power of the federal government, reserving the power of governance to the States and the People. Those Facebook memes are right; this is the government the Founding Fathers warned us about and what they meant by ‘foreign and domestic.’ How did this happen? How did the government get so powerful? We, the People, allowed it. We, the People, keep voting in the same power-hungry politicians cycle after cycle. The States have abdicated more and more power to the Federal Government for reasons unknown. We, the People, and the States have put our faith, trust, and dependence on the Federal Government. Whenever there is any kind of disaster or conflict, the States, and the People, go to the Federal Government for help, money, control. It is not the Federal Government’s responsibility but the responsibility of the States to handle most crisis in their jurisdiction.

John F. Kennedy made it clear to the People in one line of one speech: “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” Since that time, sixty years ago, there have been only two other Presidents that have been pro-America and not just for their own power and glory. In the last sixty years, other than JFK, only Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump have worked hard for the American People. Since the early days of this nation, only Donald J Trump has had the patriotism and love of country that founded this Great Experiment. He gave up everything to serve his nation and was persecuted relentlessly for it. Why? The career politicians, the Establishment, and the Deep State were in jeopardy. DJT exposed the corruption in government and that incited fear in the hearts of the career government employees.

What the Washington establishment doesn’t seem to understand is that WE, the People, are the rightful masters of government. We, the People, hold the power. The Congress is full of people that were voted in to REPRESENT the people, not control them. Those 535 elected officials hold no power other than what we, the CITIZENS, give them. They seem to forget that. They have forgotten what they were sent there for. They are the elite while the citizen is only there to pay for what they want. They are not representing anyone but themselves, their own power, their own wealth, and their own greed.

The Federal Government’s powers are enumerated in the Constitution. ALL other power is reserved to the States and the people. Anything Congress does other than what the Constitution declares as Congressional authority is overreach and unconstitutional. Any law passed that is against the Constitution is unlawful. Any representative that oversteps their authority, goes against their oath of office, or passes a bill that goes against the Constitution should be immediately removed, indicted and tried as a civilian under the laws of the Constitution for corruption and fraud, at the least, or as a traitor, at most.

Article VI Clause Three of the Constitution of the United States states quite plainly: ‘The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution…’ It has become obvious that the sitting members of Congress, both of the House and Senate, the President, the Vice President, and several of the State’s administrations have all broken their oaths of office by setting up ‘sanctuary cities and states,’ allowing millions of illegals to enter the United States unmolested, by giving illegal aliens immunity, by passing laws and executing Executive Orders that go against the Constitution and passing laws against the will of the people. The sad part of this is that we, the People, are allowing it, in some cases, even condoning it. This is the tyranny that the revolutionaries of 1776 fought against.

With the present administration setting up higher and higher taxes, disproportionate to the population, especially when the Federal and State governments have shut down businesses, causing the highest unemployment in history, isn’t it time that we, the People, start fighting back and taking back our power? Taxation without representation is another reason the revolutionaries went to war against King George. We are not represented anymore in Congress. The elected officials, once again, represent only their own interests, which include the interests of those that paid into their campaigns.

In all things, especially politics, the question should always be: cui bono? Who benefits? Over the last 60 years, 12 presidents, who benefited with each administration? Kennedy: the American People. Johnson: Lady Bird Johnson. Nixon: he tried to make it benefit himself. Ford: he didn’t do anything except pardon Nixon. Carter: Worthless but well liked. No one really benefited during his administration except the Iranians. Reagan: the American People, the Russian block people through his policies and pressure to break apart the USSR. Bush, Sr.: Bush family, the Washington elite. Clinton: the Clinton machine and the Democrat Party. Bush, Jr.: Bush family, the Washington elite. Obama: Obama, the anti-America groups, the Democrat Party. Trump: American People. Biden: Biden, the ACP, the Washington elite. It took a war hero, an actor, and a businessman to actually benefit the American People. True, the Kennedy Family were politicians but if you notice, it wasn’t politicians that worked for the people or America; it took people that had a vested interest in bettering the citizens and the nation. Career politicians such as Joseph Robinette Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Bernie Sanders, Chuck Schumer, etc., work only for themselves leaving the American People to pay for what they want. Once again -  Socialism is for the people, not the Socialist.

Have you noticed that those that are pushing socialism really hard are extremely wealthy? They want YOUR money to be redistributed, not theirs. They want YOUR rights and freedoms taken away, not theirs. They have their wealth and power and will not be giving up one red cent but you are to be taxed and regulated and oppressed into poverty and misery. They will still be living in their mansions, dining on caviar and champagne while you struggle to put Ramen on the ground in front of your cardboard shelter. Don’t believe me? Look at Venezuela, North Korea, China, etc. Prove me wrong!

Cui bono? Follow the money. Question EVERYTHING the government says. Educate yourself on the founding documents, especially the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and Madison’s notes of the Constitutional Convention. Understand what the Founders expected, feared, and forbid. Knowledge is power beyond anything. That is one thing the American Communist Party, the Deep State, and the Washington elite don’t want to gain. They want you ignorant of your rights and the laws that govern THEM. Their motto? Divide and conquer; and they are doing a damn fine job of it. Don’t let them win. Don’t let them destroy the greatest nation in history. Don’t let the Great Experiment fail.
