Comey and McCabe's IRS Audit

Well, well, well. James Comey, former FBI Director under Barack Hussein Obama, and Andrew McCabe, former Acting Director of the FBI under Donald J Trump are being audited by the Internal Revenue Service and they think it's not fair. There has to be some nefarious dealings from President Trump for the IRS to single out two former FBI directors at the same time.

The Huffington Post reports that both men went on the record to air their sentiments. Comey, as we all know, exonerated Hillary Clinton from any wrongdoing in the personal server and email debacle, and McCabe, was, is, and always shall be a Democrat hack working against Trump. Both men signed off on FISA Court requests for wiretapping of the Trump campaign, transition, and administration on information that was not verified. Trump bashed them both and even called Comey a traitor.

The Huffington Post reported, “The random audits are extremely rare, and it’s highly unlikely for an American to get selected. The Times noted just 5,000 people were selected in 2017 out of 153 million returns, or about 1 in 30,600. There’s no evidence that the IRS, which is currently headed by Trump appointee Charles Rettig, acted with any impropriety.” What gets me about this statement is that they say it is extremely rare for 'an American to get selected.' Wow! I did taxes for over five years and was involved in a minimum of a dozen audits by the IRS. So, that being said, just how rare is it to get audited by the IRS? It all depends on what kind of deductions you've taken and what income you've reported and if there is any discrepancy between that and what was reported to IRS by 1099's and W2's. Seems to me that the left owned HuffPost is trying to make it sound like it's not right for these two to be audited.

Comey and McCabe made statements to the New York Times and CNN according to the Huffington Post: “I don’t know whether anything improper happened, but after learning how unusual this audit was and how badly Trump wanted to hurt me during that time, it made sense to try to figure it out,” Comey said in a statement to the Times. “Maybe it’s a coincidence or maybe somebody misused the I.R.S. to get at a political enemy. Given the role Trump wants to continue to play in our country, we should know the answer to that question.”

McCabe also said he had “significant questions about how or why I was selected.”

“It just defies logic to think that there wasn’t some other factor involved,” he said later Wednesday on CNN. “I think that’s a reasonable question. I think it should be investigated. People need to be able to trust the institutions of government and so that’s why there should be some ― we should dig through this and find out what happened.”

Read what each one said again. Comey stated that Trump wanted to hurt him. Wasn't it he, James Comey, that pushed the fake dossier about Trump/Russia collusion? Wasn't it Comey that did everything he could to hurt a sitting President, even to the point of taking notes of conversations with him that he 'leaked' to the press? I really don't think Trump did anything but bash him repeatedly about his treasonous behavior.

McCabe, on the other hand, saying that 'people need to be able to trust the institutions of government' is nothing less than a joke coming from him. He abused his power and was very instrumental in the people of the country mistrusting the institutions of the government. He is still wanting anything Trump investigated. Seems to me that these two are still treasonous weasels that need to be tried and convicted for attempting a coup of the Trump Administration.

One other statement that Comey made is also ridiculous coming out of his mouth: 'given the role Trump wants to continue to play in our country...' That made me almost fall out of my chair! Let's list a few of the Democrats that are still wanting to play a part in our country. Hillary Rodham Clinton just won't go away. Barack Hussein Obama has actually gone to foreign countries and tried to make policy. Hunter Biden and his foreign business dealings with no experience in said businesses.

CNN reported that Obama met with Angela Merkel on the same day that she met with Trump. He was there to discuss democracy and faith. It hasn't gone unnoticed that the German Chancellor prefers Obama over Trump. That being said, was Obama's visit only personal and on behalf of his foundation or, was he playing politics against the sitting President? Is it against the law for a citizen to visit a foreign government? Technically, no. The Logan Act states:

“Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”

The question is, did Obama violate the Logan Act? Only he and Merkel know for sure.

So, Comey and McCabe are upset about getting audited. If they didn't break IRS law they shouldn't have anything to worry about. That's what IRS agents tell taxpayers when they get audited. Since these two treasonous clowns are worried about it and want it to be investigated, maybe there were some shady dealings that need looked into. That's what the Dems said when Trump didn't want his taxes opened up for everyone to see. The hypocrisy of the left knows no bounds.

As Andrew Wilkow says, “Socialism is for the people, not the Socialist.” Equality under the law is only for conservatives because the left seems to be getting by with breaking every law they can unmolested by those nasty law enforcement officers, Congressional investigations, being indicted, charged, tried, convicted, or sentenced. As the FBI tracks down and imprisons people that went to the Trump rally and then to the Capitol Complex on January 6, 2020, there are still hundreds, if not thousands, of rioters, looters, arsonists, and people that assaulted innocent bystanders running the streets free and clear.

There are still Congressional members that incited riots, condoned the arson, even put up GoFundMe pages to get some of those criminals out of jail that act like they are the pillars of the community. Yes, Congressionmen are exempt from prosecution for anything while in those hallowed halls or going to or from the Capitol. What seems to be missing is that the Constitution states that: “They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest...” How many Congressmen breached the peace while Trump was in office? Max Waters screaming in public to harass other representatives wherever they may be is a great example. Omar, AOC, Tlaib, Pressley, Booker, Harris, all have made spectacles of themselves in public that got a crowd pretty excited and wanting to hurt conservatives. Even now, members of Congress are saying it's alright to protest in front of Supreme Court Justices houses. We all know what a 'peaceful protest' looks like when it's from the far-left.

I know. I get a little off track sometimes. There is so much that coincides with the main topic that I just can't help myself. I also know that it seems as though I am an avid Trump supporter. I am not. I don't like the man, personally. He can be a petulant child, egotistical, doesn't know when to stop on certain things, etc. What I do support is Trump's America First policies and his unshakable patriotism. I am not protecting Donald J Trump when I give my opinions on what the left is doing, or has done against him. I am protecting our God-given rights and freedoms, our Constitution, our Flag, the Rule of Law. These are things that the Democrats have openly and blatantly disrespected and are continuing to try to overturn. If you can't see that from the 'news' reports and what is happening around the country, then you, my friend, are either completely brainwashed or a card-carrying member of the Party.

The Executive Orders of Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr

 Out of the 77 Executive orders signed by Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. since January 20,2021, there were 52 revocations, 8 revocations in part, 1 suspension, and 8 suspensions of Trump's EO's and 2 revocations of Trump memorandums. All of these in the first year, five on January 20^th, one on the 22^nd, one on the 25^th, one on the 27^th, the rest were throughout the rest of the year.

It isn't as if these were bad policy EO's. They were Trump's and the Biden regime was determined to do away with anything that Trump had done. From combating race and sex stereotyping, collecting citizenship status, reducing regulation and controlling regulatory costs, evaluating and improving the utility of Federal Advisory Committees, promoting rule of law, Increasing Government Accountability for Administrative Actions by Reinvigorating Administrative PAYGO, enhancing public safety in the interior of the country, expediting environmental reviews and approvals for high priority infrastructure, promoting energy independence and economic growth, implementing an America-First offshore energy strategy, Establishing Discipline and Accountability in the Environmental Review and Permitting Process for Infrastructure Projects, promoting energy infrastructure and economic growth, Accelerating the Nation's Economic Recovery From the COVID-19 Emergency by Expediting Infrastructure Investments and Other Activities, and the list goes on with Biden revoking Trump policy.

All of these Trump policies were to help Americans of all races, genders, and orientations; to help our economy grow, to make us independent from foreign sources. And Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. did away with them all with the stroke of a pen.

Not only did he derail our booming economy, do away with gains in discrimination and racism, and destroy tens of thousands of jobs, he also enlarged the Federal Government by adding new agencies and committees,

All you need to do is go to FederalRegister.gov and look up the Executive Orders signed by any President back to William Jefferson “Slick Willy” Clinton. These are the EO's signed by each President by date. I only looked at Biden's and the one's he revoked of Trump's. And, man, what a heyday he had destroying America. You don't destroy a country this fast unless it's on purpose and looking at his EO's, he was bound and determined to do as much damage as possible as fast as possible.

You can also look up every bill passed by Congress at Congress.gov/browse. That is an eye opener! With the border crisis, the country in chaos, and WWIII on the outskirts of town, it seems as though our 117^th Congress is more interested in renaming buildings. The only thing I don't like about this site is, yes, it does give the text of each bill but, if you want to know what was amended into it, it takes a lot of looking through hundreds of links and pages. Even the bills are can be hundreds, if not thousands, of pages long. Not an easy read.

Why have I done this post? Simple: to show all of my loyal readers just what this administration is actually doing to the country. Not only did they cheat to win but it was with a plan to open our borders, flood our country with illegals, make us energy dependent on our enemies, and make damn sure the Democrats won't ever lose another election. Total and complete control of the country. It's all there to see if you take the time to look.

Time to patriot up and become outlaws. We don't change government by war anymore because it's not allowed but, it's really difficult when the tyrants run everything the way they want regardless of what the people want. This is what they call a dictatorship, a banana republic, a tyrannical dominion.

Corruption in the Federal Government

 The liberal left are still claiming a violent insurrection happened on January 6, 2021. They still are trying everything to find some illegality on the part of President Donald J Trump. They still believe that we, the People, are so stupid as to believe their lies and propaganda.

The problem is: there are a lot of people out here that actually do believe it.

Facts mean nothing to the far-left radicals and anti-Trumpers. They believe that a small group of unarmed people, peacefully protesting, can effectively take over the government of the United States. It doesn't matter to them that the only people that were armed were the Capitol Police and the only person violently killed was an airman that was looking around the Capitol by an unnamed policeman.

My biggest question for all those people that voted against Trump is this: Is this what you voted for? Did you vote for record high inflation, record high gas prices, supply chain problems, millions of illegals crossing the border, a nuclear Iran, a war between Russia and Ukraine? Yes, I asked if you voted for the Russian/Ukrainian war. Why? I asked that because Putin wouldn't have even thought about it under the Trump Administration. With the utter weakness of the present administration, our enemies are emboldened to do as they please.

Biden is leading from behind. He dragged his feet to supply Ukraine with arms first of all and he has waited until other NATO nations has stepped up before he's done anything to help. Is this our war? No. Do I think we should send troops to help? No. Do I think Ukraine needs arms and supplies to win over the hostile takeover? Yes. Putin won't stop at Ukraine if he wins. His goal is to re-establish the Soviet Union. He saw the utter failure of the withdrawal in Afghanistan and how Biden left thousands of Americans and American allies behind enemy lines. He saw the billions of dollars worth of military equipment Biden left for the enemy. He is emboldened to do as he pleases.

Meanwhile, on the domestic front, we have millions of illegals crossing our southern border unmolested. No one knows who these people are and our government doesn't seem to care. Just let them come and good old Uncle Joe will let them do as they please, go where they want. Everyone is asking, “Why isn't anything being done about this?” The answer to that question is so blatantly obvious: voters for the far left. From the reports that I've heard it's already happening in New York where non-citizens are allowed to vote. The Left is changing our demographic and replacing American citizens with illegal aliens.

The present administration is more concerned with finding something to charge Donald Trump with than taking care of the nation as their oath of office demands. There are still hundreds of innocent citizens in DC jails, being held without bail or being charged with any crime. The Left is hoping to find something to charge them with other than simple trespassing. It is political persecution on a scale never seen in this country before. January 6^th is all important to them. The riots, looting, arson, assault and insurrection of the summer of '20 is inconsequential to them. The 'armed insurrection' of the Trump Rally and protest at the Capitol Complex is so much more dangerous.

Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr is the most destructive president this country has ever had. The present Congress is the most anti-American we have ever had. The end goal is total take-over. A one party government. A tyrannical rule that would make Hitler, Mussolini, Mao, Chavez, and Kim very proud. In a little more than a year, the Biden Administration has effectively destroyed our economy, our world respect and strength, our demographics, our morals, values, and standards, and divided us more than Obama did.

The Left doesn't put qualifications for a job as a prerequisite. The only thing it takes to get a job with the Left is to be a special interest minority, i.e.: gay, trans, black, female (or pretending to be female), Hispanic, etc. There is not one person in the present administration that is actually qualified for the job they have. Buttegieg knows nothing about transportation. Levine is a man that thinks he's a woman but is second in charge of health and human services. Jackson-Brown, a woman, can't define what a woman is. P-saki has to 'circle back.' The list goes on and on and one. The worst part is that our President isn't mentally able to hold a press conference and the Vice President can't give a sensible speech and laughs at everything.

Why do we have a government like this? We have a weak, unqualified government simply because we, the People, allowed it. The states changed the voting rules unconstitutionally with impunity; the election results were not challenged hard enough; and the Democrats committed fraud, whether it was proven or not because NO ONE would challenge that Biden had more votes than Obama after campaigning from his basement and having rallies with a dozen people present.

Rumor has it that the corrupt, compromised, mentally challenged geriatric in charge is not the one actually running the country. Well, obviously he isn't mentally capable of that task after watching him shake hands with no one, wander around the stage, not be able to construct complete, sensible sentences, and fall down the stairs to Air Force One three times on one trip (pun not intended). So, who is running the show? Is it his Chief of Staff, Nancy Pelosi, AOC, or someone much more ominous? Conspiracy theorists surmise that Barry Sotoero (aka Barack Obama) is the one calling the shots. Is that possible? Anything is possible in this administration but is it probable? Yes, regardless of what anyone in the mainstream media or government says.

Sotoero and his 'wife' were bent on changing the very fabric of our Constitutional Republic. They did a really good job of it. They put boys in the girl's bathrooms; brought back racism to levels worse than the 50's and 60's; marginalized law enforcement; bowed to Muslim leaders; gave billions to our enemies; unconstitutionally taxed the American citizens through a 'fine' if we didn't buy his unconstitutional ObamaCare insurance; and condoned terrorist activities throughout the nation by saying it was because of racism. What the Biden Administration is doing is just carrying on that legacy exponentially. No one can destroy a nation as fast as Biden has unless it's on purpose. America Last is the motto of the new Democrat Party (better known as the American Communist Party).

Under President Donald Trump this nation was once again the greatest nation in the world. Record high employment and record low unemployment among women and minorities; a booming economy; energy independence and an exporter of energy; a secure border; four peace agreements in the Middle East; MIA's returned from North Korea from the Korean Conflict and no missile testing from there; tax cuts and higher wages; NATO nations starting to pay their fair share; record sanctions against Russia; fair trade deals with China; etc. What has Biden done? He undid everything Trump had done, basically on day one. Trump's motto: America First! Biden's motto: America Last.

I do not condone violence. Not at all but, if war is to come to this nation to protect our Constitutional Republic and our rights and freedoms, let it be in my time so that my children and grandchildren shall know the freedoms that I have known. I would rather die on my feet, fighting for freedom, than die on my knees subservient to a tyrannical dominion such as the Democrat Party wishes to put on us. We are not a Socialist State. This great country was built on capitalism, exceptionalism, hard work, and self-reliance; not social programs and government handouts.

As The World Burns

 

Dateline, May 27, 2021.

The United States is a little over four months into the new administration. After the disastrous first 100 days, which included cancelling the Keystone XL Pipeline and construction of the border wall eliminating thousands of high-paying union jobs, the President has returned to the policies of former President Barry Soetoro Obama of financing Iran’s nuclear progress, financing terrorist organizations such as Hamas, and ignoring Israel. After the historic peace deals brokered by President Donald Trump, the Middle East is back at war amongst itself and Palestine has returned to relentless bombing of Israel.

With cancelling the border wall and returning to the policies of catch-and-release, along with advertising an open border and all is welcome, the surge of illegal adults and unaccompanied minors at the southern border has reached historic levels. It has been reported that the Biden Administration is flying children into the country by jet under cover of darkness.

Inflation has reached almost historic levels along with unemployment and job losses. Millions are still out of work, some of which are still under extreme lockdown in blue states. Prices have increased in commodities and other necessities by 50-150%. Shortages are predicted by mid-summer of certain goods, food included.

Defund The Police policies of Democrat-controlled cities has resulted in crime rates increasing by up to 200%, including homicide. All the while, Antifa and BLM are still rioting, looting, committing arson, and taking over sections of larger metropolitan areas. Chaos reigns supreme in many blue cities.

As the world burns, the Democrats are more concerned with stopping audits of the 2020 election, investigating Donald Trump’s business dealings, and turning the United States into a socialist nation. Meanwhile, the Jeffery Epstein ‘suicide,’ the fraudulent use of the FISA Court, the illegal surveillance of the Trump campaign, the 33,000 plus deleted emails of Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden’s laptops and use of his, then VP, father’s influence around the world, the quid pro quo of the Ukrainian government by the VP Biden, the perjury of several high ranking officials of the Obama Administration to the Congress, and the obvious fraud and corruption of the 2020 election have all but disappeared.

Innocent people that marched to the Capitol Complex on January 6, 2021 to protest are being hunted down and prosecuted for insurrection, whether they were involved in breaching the Capitol or not, while those inciting riots and insurrection (such as Rep Maxine Waters, AOC, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Nancy Pelosi) are left alone and allowed to continue their fight against our Constitutional Republic.

As the far-left continue to scream ‘RACIST’ everything from William Shakespeare to Dr Suess to Aunt Jemima syrup, the right sits back and does nothing. Congress has become a cesspool of ineffectual career politicians with no backbone at best or, at worst, are all cut from the same cloth and are co-conspirators in the downfall of this once free nation. We, the People, have only one recourse with the Federal Government and that is the Electoral system. A system which failed miserably in 2020, not because of the people of the country not voting, but because of the fraud, corruption, and illegalities perpetrated during the election to insure a Democrat win. What did the Republicans do? Nothing. The few that tried were threatened, coerced, and ignored. The people of the country were ignored. The Supreme Court was bought through fear. The lower courts were bought. The people lost.

As the world burns, we, the people, can do nothing but sit back and watch while the Washington elites, the super-wealthy, and the Hollywood elites dance around gleefully with their torches.

Successes and failures: Obama vs Trump

Let’s do a recap here. What were the accomplishments of the Obama/Biden Administration?

The biggest accomplishment that came out of the Obama years would have to be The Affordable Care Act, commonly known as ObamaCare. Was this really an accomplishment, or was it a failure? As far as most working-class Americans, it was a massive failure. Not only did most people lose the plan they already had, along with their family doctor, but it increased the cost of medical insurance by up to 250%. For those that decided they couldn’t afford to pay the exorbitant fees for medical insurance, President Obama made sure they still paid by ‘fining’ them through their taxes. Definitely not affordable to anyone that had to pay for it. For the poor, the non-working, the low-income people it was great! It didn’t cost them a dime or was extremely low cost.

We can’t forget his first 100 days, either. That was his ‘Apology Tour’ where he toured the world apologizing for America’s bullying; like ending WWII by nuking Japan, or freeing Iraq from Saddam Hussein’s tyrannical rule, or fighting for basic human rights in countries around the world.

Probably the most controversial accomplishment that the Obama/Biden Administration achieved was putting boys in the girl’s bathrooms. Yeah! That went over well with the moral majority!!!

As for his epic failures: An ambassador and four Navy Seals killed after begging for hours to get reinforcements in Benghazi. Selling arms to the Mexican Cartels. How about spying on journalists, using the IRS as a weapon against conservatives, and the FBI to spy on the Trump Campaign. Can’t forget Bowe Bergdahl; the AWOL/Traitor that was traded for five top-level Taliban soldiers. How about the Iran nuclear deal and the 15Billion dollars paid to that enemy? The GSA scandal, Pigford scandal, the Great Stimulus heist – all of which extorted money from the taxpayers to pay for who knows what, lavish parties, pay-to-play schemes, and paying off contributors. Obama’s Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, using a private server for classified emails. And this is just a few of the epic failures of that administration yet the left love both Barry and Joe like they were the Messiah.

Obama had the lowest GDP growth since the Great Depression, capping out at about 1.5%. The highest unemployment, most incarcerations of blacks and minorities, family separations of illegals on the border, and highest welfare rolls. And the left loved him.

Now, let’s take a look at the Trump Administration. What, exactly, did Donald J Trump accomplish during his four years as President of the United States?

Space Force. Massive Tax reform. First Step Act – criminal justice reform. Defeated ISIS and killed Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. He installed THREE Supreme Court Justices and 226 federal judges. Highest employment rates for minorities and women in history. Lowest unemployment rate in 60 years. Income inequality lessened. Secured border. More fair trade deals. North Korea returning MIA/KIA remains. Manufacturing brought back to America. Highest GDP growth in decades. Record high stock markets. Wage increases for lower income earners. More jobs than people to fill them. NATO members starting to pay their share. Four Mid-Eastern Peace Treaties with Israel.

Quite a list of things that helped the American people. That was Trump’s campaign motto: Make America Great Again! He did that by putting America First!

Was Trump always right? Not by a long shot! He tweeted too much. His personality rankled a lot of people and foreign leaders. He trusted the wrong people. He was impeached, twice; both times unconstitutionally and fraudulently. If you want to believe the left, he failed on the economy, race relations, the plandemic, global respect, and being Presidential. All of these are just opinions from the Trump haters, both left and right.

There was a lot of controversy during Trump’s years in the White House. The Democrats persecuted him worse than any other President, including Richard Nixon. If Donald Trump had cured cancer, those with Trump Derangement Syndrome would have berated him for killing a disease. The left fought against him from the time he announced his candidacy. Politico printed an article stating the Impeachment had begun on April 17, 2015, and nineteen minutes after the election, I believe it was CNN said the same thing. Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D. MI), yelled immediately after she took her oath of office, “Now we impeach the motherfucker!” Rep. Maxine Waters (D. CA) implored her followers to follow anyone from the Trump administration into restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, or wherever else they might be and harass them by “getting into their faces.”

Was Donald Trump the perfect President? Of course not! He’s human and humans have a lot of faults. Was he as bad as what the Left portray him to be? Not in the least. The Left blame Trump for all the ills of the country including, but not limited to: racism, rioting, white supremacy, corrupt law enforcement, world-wide hunger and poverty, COVID-19, and a plethora of other things that he had absolutely no control over. Yes, there were times that he could have acted more swiftly. Yes, he tweeted too much. Yes, there were times he wasn’t ‘Presidential.’ Yes, he called Kim Jung Un “RocketMan.” Yes, he pissed off a lot of the world’s leaders (only because he quit giving to them and made them face up to their obligations). So, was Trump the perfect President? Nope, but he was the perfect man at the perfect time and did the perfect job.

Who wins the grand prizes here for failures and accomplishment? In my humble, conservative opinion the results are obvious: Trump, hands down for accomplishments and Obama hands down for failures. Trump’s “America First” policies far outweigh his failures and Obama’s pro-Muslim, anti-American policies far outweigh his very few, controversial accomplishments.

Our Divided Country

I understand that the divide in this country is getting wider. It has almost gotten to the point of no return. Why, is the big question. Why are we so divided? Why can we not repair the damage done? Why can we not discuss our differences instead of trying to silence the opposite view? Why is one side ignoring the Constitution, or interpreting it to mean what they want? Why are our morals and values being destroyed? Why? Why? Why?

It is painful for me to watch this great country devolve into a quagmire of deceit, deception, intolerance, and violence. Not since the Civil War has the country been so divided as to have brother against brother, father against son, mother against daughter, and friend against friend. Our Congress is against the President in everything he does or tries to do. They will not give him credit for any of his accomplishments such as: the lowest unemployment rate in recent history, highest employment rate for women and minorities in history, the largest tax cut in history, trade deals that are great for America, getting rid of the ISIS leader and giving the credit to the military that did the work, putting America first in all things, exposing the corruption and the greed of politicians and the Deep State, etc.

If you read the Federalist Papers, the Federalist Farmer letters, and the Constitution you will see that what we have for a government now is not what the Founding Fathers envisioned. Point in fact, it is exactly what they feared the most. We have a Congress that is so partisan that the impeachment proceedings are one-sided against the President. The Democrats have all the power; the Intelligence Committee is leading the inquiry instead of the Judiciary Committee; the Chairman of the Committee has final say in who is interviewed, what the witnesses can be asked, who can be present, and what can be brought forth as evidence; the accuser is being kept secret and not allowed to be interviewed in person; only selective information is being leaked to the press; worst of all, the American people are being kept in the dark. The Founders did not want to include impeachment into the Constitution for this very reason.

We have Congressmen/women that have served for thirty, forty, even fifty years. This is, again, not what the Founders envisioned. They envisioned a Congress that would serve for a term or two then return to the real world, their real life, their real job. Why? Because our representatives needed to keep in touch with their constituents. To realize the ramifications of their legislation; to keep Congress from becoming too powerful. We, the People, and Congress determined that a President could serve only two terms so as not to become too powerful, to become a monarch. Isn’t it time that the real power in Washington, in our government, be subjected to the same limitation? The President can do nothing permanent without the consent of Congress. Congress can overrule the President, even if he vetoes legislation, simply by casting another vote. As has been proven in the last three years, Congress can overrule the President by using a Circuit Court that is sympathetic to their cause. This is too much power for any group of people.

The Founders did not want a large government that could rule over the country. They wanted a limited centralized government that had limited power over the people. The States had the power over their citizens, not the Federal Government. Today, we have hundreds of thousands of federal employees in hundreds of agencies, offices, and committees that can ‘legislate’ without being elected. This is the Deep State; those that have not been elected yet have the power to control the citizen’s actions. Who are these people? They are employees of the EPA, DHS, DNR, Commerce Commission, FMCSA, Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, etc. These people are not elected to any office but have the authority and power to enact laws that we, the People, are subject to regardless of whether we agree or not.

What are some of these laws? We now must ask permission to hunt or fish and pay for that right. We must ask permission to build a house and pay a fee to do so. We are required to secure our children in car seats up to a certain age. We are limited in our speed on the roads. We must watch what we say (political correctness is of utmost importance – we cannot, under any circumstances, offend anyone). It doesn’t matter what action it is; it is either 1) regulated, 2) taxed, or 3) illegal. This is 95% due to the Deep State and its ability to enact law without debate, consent, or vote by elected representatives.

What does all this have to do with the country being so divided? There are two ideologies at work in the United States; one being Constitutional originalists that believe the Constitution is set in stone and the law of the land. These conservatives also believe in a free market, capitalist economy and limiting government control. The other side believes that the Constitution is a living document meant to be interpreted with every passing fancy, a large, controlling government that the people depend upon, and a Socialist economy that redistributes wealth from those that have, to those that have-not.

The United States grew to be the world’s wealthiest nation by people that were innovators, believers, doers. If Edison hadn’t believed he could make money with his inventions, we probably wouldn’t have the electric light bulb. If Bell hadn’t seen that there would be profit made, we wouldn’t have had the telephone. Ford wouldn’t have created the assembly line for automobile manufacturing. We wouldn’t have gone to the moon. Capitalism and the free market are what encourages innovation. In a little over a hundred and twenty-five years, this country grew to the nation that the world looked to for everything. We had the strongest military, the strongest economy, the greatest inventors, and in a lot of ways, the greatest thinkers. All this is due to our freedoms, our rights as citizens, our values of compensation for effort and work. In short, because we were a capitalist society with little government regulation or control over the people.

There has never been a successful, strong nation that was socialist or communist. Socialism does not encourage innovation or even participation. When the government gets its hands into anything bureaucracy strangles creativity to the point of creativity, innovation, and invention being almost non-existent. Almost. There will always be government-sponsored innovation, but it is shadowed, by far, by the innovations of a free society. Yes, the Russians were the first to put a ship into space, but it was the Americans that were first to put a man into space and to land on the moon. True, the Chinese have developed some pretty good tech, but it doesn’t match the quality of that produced by the United States.

The far-left would have us become a socialist state with the government controlling our healthcare, all our schools, how our homes are built, how much money we can make and where that money would go, what kind of energy we use, car we drive, what we eat, etc. The far-left wants to regulate what companies can charge for their products, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. True, healthcare is expensive and needs to be more consumer-friendly. How do you do that? Less regulation and more free market. Competition is what brings about lower costs and better service. I don’t mean that drug companies, hospitals, clinics, doctors and nurses shouldn’t be licensed and certified as competent. I’m saying that if they weren’t so regulated by policy that there would be more competition in the field and that would lower costs. It isn’t like the FDA doesn’t allow harmful drugs to be distributed to the public. There are hundreds of drugs that have side effects worse than the disease they treat.

The radical left would like to do away with fossil fuels. Oil and gas are what drives the world. Without using petroleum products how would consumer goods be shipped? I really don’t think a solar-powered semi-truck would get the job done as efficiently as a diesel-powered one. With the world being as mobile as it is, how would people travel? Do we go back to sailing across the oceans in ships such as the Mayflower? Do we return to the days of the steam engine train to travel across the nation? Do we go back to the horse and buggy and stagecoach? If the radical left gets their way we will have to; they want to do away with cars, planes, trucks, cruise liners, cargo ships, and trucks.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would like to retrofit all existing buildings, including homes, in the nation to make them totally green with no carbon footprint. Not only would that be fiscally impossible, what is she planning on heating and cooling those buildings with? I don’t think those high rises in New York City have enough roof space for solar panels to run the light, heat, and air conditioning, as well as all the electronics that today’s society depends upon. As for wind generators, well, it takes more energy to construct them than what they would save in their useful lifetime. Ms. Cortez has not come up with any viable solution as of yet. The Green New Deal is nothing more than a way to change the economic structure of our nation to one of government control over private ownership.

The division of the country gets even wider as each day goes by just by actions of the far-left Democrats and the liberal media propagandists. As Democrats commit crime after crime and get away with them without even a slap on the wrist, President Trump is being impeached on nothing more than doing his job. What Rep. Adam Schiff is doing in the way of investigating a supposed quid pro quo is actually a way for the Democrats to get as much dirt on the President as they can on the taxpayer’s dollar for the election. They are doing everything they can to find a crime that he has committed while actual crimes committed by Democrats are going totally ignored.

With the 24/7/365 propaganda against the President by mainstream media and our elected Democrat representatives in Congress, the people of the nation are being torn apart. The liberal voters are taking whatever is fed to them as truth no matter what it is (as long as it is against the President) while conservatives are questioning everything. If a conservative tries to inform a liberal with facts on a subject, that liberal ignores those facts and continues on with their emotional rant. It doesn’t seem to matter that Hillary Clinton obviously engaged in obstruction of justice by smashing phones with hammers, destroying emails, and removing SIM cards that were subpoenaed by Congress. It doesn’t seem to matter that the Clinton campaign and the Obama DOJ engaged in spying on the Trump campaign and using foreign operatives to get negative information on an opposition party. It doesn’t seem to matter that the DOJ lied to the FISA court to obtain warrants against Americans. It doesn’t matter that Joe Biden bragged, on tape, that he engaged in a quid pro quo with the Ukrainians to protect his son. All that matters is that Trump be deposed and destroyed in any way possible with accusations of exactly what the Democrats have done. Trump is guilty and the facts against the Democrats are just conspiracy theories. The country divides more.

Over the last forty years, the liberal left has slowly been indoctrinating our young into the socialist way of thinking. The Millennial generation has become almost 100% socialist. GenZ is up for grabs at this point. The problem is this: with liberal indoctrination from kindergarten through college, the people have not been taught what this country was built on. They have been taught that America is the bad guy; that capitalism is unfair; that the feelings of the few outweigh the rights of the many. Kids don’t know what it means to lose, to have their opinions debased, to not get what they want through throwing tantrums. They have been taught that everyone deserves a trophy, that their feelings are more important than the next person’s, that freedom of speech is only for those that agree with them, etc. With this way of thinking contradicting the Constitution and the ideology of the Founding Fathers, the country has become more divided now than during the Civil War. With conservatives on one side fighting for the God-given rights that the Constitution guarantees and the liberals on the other trying to take down everything that America is.

The Republican Party has never had a backbone. The elected representatives have never stood up and faced down the Democrats in Congress no matter what went on. They have always believed in fighting fairly and openly. The Democrats, on the other hand, have fought dirty, low and with no mercy. They would do anything to win. Anything. That is being proven right now, today, with all that is going on in Washington, DC. And as the left fights tooth-and-nail against the right, the country is being torn apart. The sad part about it is that the Democrats, and the left-leaning Republicans, don’t care. They would see our nation totally destroyed just to gain power. What they don’t understand is that if they destroy the country, they will have no one, and nothing, to rule over.

It doesn’t matter which side you are on. You can be a Democrat or a Republican, a conservative or a liberal, a socialist or a capitalist. If you don’t start believing in the United States as a sovereign nation, with immigration laws, Constitutional rights for citizens, equal justice under the law, an unbiased media, and fair elections, then you are part of the problem. You are part of the division of this great nation. If you can’t question what is being shoved down your throat by the media and politicians, and believe all that you read and hear, then you are part of the problem. If you are one of the millions that believe that only the government can fix the problems in the country, then you are part of the problem. We don’t need a huge, unchecked central government. That is not what the Founders wanted. We don’t need to be regulated so tightly that it will get to the point where we have to ask permission to use the restroom, and then worry about who is in there.

The Constitution enumerates the powers of Congress. That is all the power they have; no more, no less. We, the people, have allowed the federal government to grow to such a monstrosity that it will never be the way it was intended. As long as there are those that like the government doing for them, providing for them, thinking for them, we will never truly be the free nation that we started as. We have been divided so much that it has become another Civil War. Not with shot and powder, but with regulation, propaganda, and ideology.

Maybe we can fix the problem without going to a physical war. If we can only return to the founding principles of the nation; if we can go back to the Constitution, as written. Maybe we can heal the nation of the wounds inflicted by dividing ideology. Maybe.

Oh, What A Tangled Web We Weave

“Be careful the chosen path and the webs of practiced deceit, for where they led, all were responsible for the outcome of their fate.

“Good or bad, no one could be blamed save the person who brought favor or destruction down upon their own head.”

Those words by Sherrilyn Kenyon in At Death’s Door makes a lot of sense. Then again, Ms. Kenyon makes a lot of sense in most of her books. This quote is notable now because of where we are in the political arena currently. We have the far-left wing radicals, both Democrat and Republican, that are banging at the door of impeaching President Donald Trump while some are campaigning for the White House next year.

How does the quote match the circumstances? If you think about what is going on in both camps you can figure it out. On the impeachment front, the Democrat chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Adam Schiff, has been deceiving the American people for three years with outbursts of having clear evidence against the President. Did he have any evidence? If he did, he should be charged with obstruction of justice because he never brought it forth in any investigation against the President.

After the now-infamous phone call to the new Ukrainian President, Rep. Schiff has announced at least two ‘whistleblowers;’ one of which had no first-hand knowledge of anything the President said. The other supposedly overheard the conversation. Both say that President Trump engaged in a quid pro quo with the Ukrainians by asking if they would look into the corruption scandal of the 2016 election. He didn’t ask for anything in return, just asked for a favor. He also suggested the Ukrainians look into the firing of the head prosecutor in the Burisma Holdings investigation when then-Vice President Joe Biden told them either fire the prosecutor or they wouldn’t get a billion dollars in foreign aid. The problem here is Rep. Schiff is keeping the identity of the whistleblowers a secret and not letting them testify.

Since then, the Speaker of the House, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, has called for a formal impeachment inquiry with Rep. Schiff heading it up. Why would the chairman of the Intelligence Committee head up an impeachment inquiry when that would be more in the Judiciary Committee’s realm? Maybe because Rep. Adam Schiff is not quite on the up and up. He has kept all his interviews secret, behind closed doors. House members are not allowed in to listen and can only read the transcripts of the testimony with one of Rep. Schiff’s staff present. Only he can subpoena witnesses, only he can interview witnesses, witnesses are not to be cross-examined by the Republicans and the President is not allowed to have his attorney present during any interviews.

In other words, for those in California, it is a kangaroo court with a dictatorial, corrupt Representative heading it up.

How does the quote represent the 2020 Democrat presidential hopefuls? Each and every one of them is doing the politician thing spectacularly. They all are espousing the virtues of socialism, denouncing the evils of capitalism, and telling the American public that only the rich are going to pay for all their freebies.

The biggest deceit here is that only the rich will pay. There isn’t enough wealth in the country to pay for all their free stuff; which comes to anywhere from $9 Trillion to $15 Trillion per year. Next is that socialism is so great. Income equality, social justice against capitalism, open borders, abortion on demand even up to, and if wanted after birth. What the Democrats aren’t telling anyone is that all this is, is a stepping stone to a total government takeover of our lives. Socialism is the first step towards communism and communism has never achieved anything, anywhere, anytime, only total power to the government. When they talk about equality for all, they mean equally poverty, starvation, sickness, and hopelessness for everyone; except the privileged elite class that the government deems worthy.

What the far-left radical Democrats, and Republicans, don’t seem to understand is that we, the people of the United States, have tasted freedoms never given to a country’s citizens anywhere in the world. We, alone, have the guaranteed right to keep and bear arms. We have the right to speak out against our government and those that serve in government. We have the right to protest, peacefully. We are protected from unwarranted searches and seizure of our property. We won’t give those rights up willingly. We will use the Constitution as our biggest, strongest weapon. We, the people, are the rightful owners of the courts and government. We will not go peacefully into the night.

To make things better, we have the mainstream media. You know the ones: CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Politico, etc. How are they making things better? It was in April of 2016 that Politico said that Trump needed to be impeached. You read right. Before he got nominated, Politico was saying that he needed to be thrown out of office. After the election in November, the rest followed suit. In less than forty-eight hours after the results of the election came in, “Trump has to be impeached.” It hasn’t stopped since. Every day the mainstream media accuses the President of some manufactured impeachable offense.

For over two years the nation was put through investigations into Donald J. Trump. There was the FBI investigation; the House Intelligence Committee investigation; the Senate Judiciary Committee investigation; and the two-year Mueller investigation. The Democrats knew that Trump had colluded with the Russians to win the election. They knew it. Through all those investigations there was not a shred of evidence that Donald Trump, his campaign, or any of his associates colluded with any Russian to win the election.

Since they couldn’t prove collusion, they decided to accuse him of obstruction of justice. After all, he fired James Comey, head of the FBI, for mishandling information, leaking to the press, and ineptitude. Since he was head of the FBI that had to mean that Trump was trying to end the collusion investigation. Mueller couldn’t prove that, either.

What the Mueller investigation did uncover was that the Clinton Campaign, Hillary Clinton, and the Clinton Foundation had bought a report (the dossier) from a former British spy filled with unverified dirt on Donald Trump from the Russians and/or Ukrainians. There is audio of Rep. Adam Schiff talking to Russians asking for nude photos of Trump and a prostitute. (This was a hoax perpetrated by what sounded like Russians, but Schiff was very eager to obtain these photos.) The Ukrainians admitted to interfering with the elections on request from the Clinton campaign. This has not been investigated by any Democrat committee or organization or the Congress.

Is this what our political parties are becoming? Is deceit, deception, corruption, quest for ultimate power the norm? It seems as though it is. The now formal impeachment inquiry has no chance of removing Donald Trump from office. The Senate knows that there is nothing impeachable that the President has done. They also know that there is nothing Constitutional about the inquiry and that it is being controlled totally by the Democrats. All this is, is a political ploy to undermine Trump’s campaign for the 2020 election.

If you can’t win with policy, cheat. There is no candidate on the Democrat side that would win an election against Trump and all that he has done for the country. With record low unemployment, record-high employment of minorities, record high stock market, historic tax cuts and regulation cuts, effective trade deals, stronger border security, working toward getting us out of endless wars, working toward de-nuclearizing North Korea, etc., the Democrats just can’t compete. They are running on socialism, open borders, abortion on demand (up to and even after birth), free everything for illegal aliens, stacking the Supreme Court, eliminating the Electoral College (thus ensuring Democrat wins because New York, California, and Illinois are the most populated states and are Democrat), and eliminating the Second Amendment.

Rep. Al Greene stated it so eloquently, “The only way to beat Trump is to impeach him.” Rep. Maxine Waters has been screaming (literally) for three years, “Impeach 45!” The mainstream media, which is just the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party, has been reporting rumor instead of facts since before the election and parroting the cry for impeachment. Hollywood celebrities have joined in, also. This is a web of enormous proportions against a duly elected President. The far-left radicals, both Democrat and Republican, are doing everything they can to undo the 2016 election and go against the will of the people. The Founding Fathers were terrified of this.

From Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Madison, etc., all the way to Reagan, politicians, conservative celebrities, philosophers, statesmen, authors, and everyday citizens can be quoted saying that we, the people, must be ardent in protecting our freedoms from tyranny and it will be we, the people, that will ultimately allow the government to become so big and so powerful as to be able to take those freedoms from us. The last three years have proven just that. The political machine in Washington, DC has shown just how corrupt it is and how far it will go to protect itself from the people. The Washington elite would rather destroy the entire country than give up their power and wealth. That is why they must get rid of Donald Trump. He is their Waterloo.

Richard Nixon was persecuted by the Democrats. He resigned before his impeachment was over. He committed crimes. Bill Clinton was impeached. The impeachment articles enumerated, I believe, eleven felonies. He was not removed from office. Both of these Presidents were afforded due process. They both had their attorneys present during questioning. They both had the opportunity to have witnesses on their behalf. Witnesses for the prosecution were cross-examined by the defense. Both of these impeachments were public. Point in fact, I can remember Senator Sam Irvine asking John Dean questions on TV.

What are the Democrats giving Donald Trump? Nothing. So far, the witnesses have all been disgruntled, former employees and/or Obama era employees. All interrogations/interviews have been behind closed doors. There has been no cross-examination, no witnesses for the defense, Trump’s attorneys are not allowed, and the public only knows what Rep. Adam Schiff decides to leak. In other words, for those of you in California, there has been no due process afforded President Donald J. Trump. There has been no crime committed. Articles of Impeachment have not been filed or voted on (this is supposed to happen this week). I’ve said it and said it and said it: this is a kangaroo court using communist-style investigating and interrogating/interviewing. Unconstitutional is an understatement.

The web of deceit, of corruption, is enlarging exponentially each day. The far-left radicals will soon learn that their ideology, their insane hatred of the President, the Constitution, conservatives, and the country as a whole will destroy the very thing that they want to control. The United States is on a precipice with one foot on a skateboard and the other hanging over the edge. They will have no one to blame but themselves when the economy collapses under their socialist policies, the government is overrun by the illegal aliens that they are protecting, or they are beheaded by the terrorists that enter the country proclaiming refugee status.

What Are The Congressional Powers

Congress, the elected representatives from each state that is responsible for legislating law. The Founders enumerated, in the Constitution, exactly what the powers of Congress are. Article One, Section Two, Paragraph Five: “The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.” Article One, Section Three, Paragraph Six: “The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two-thirds of the Members present.” These are important at the moment as the Speaker of the House has declared a formal impeachment inquiry.

The enumerated powers of Congress are in Article One, Section Eight:

The Congress shall have the Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts, and Excises, to pay the Debts and Provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts, and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow Money on the credit of The United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Time to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of Particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; - And

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

Those are the powers that Congress has. Any and all other powers are reserved to the several States and the people. Since we, the people, elect our representatives to fulfill these duties, they cannot be delegated to any other persons, offices, agencies, or departments. As I have stated in previous articles, there are a plethora of rules and regulations that are set by the Interstate Commerce Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the EPA, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Homeland Security, the IRS, etc. In other words, Congress has delegated legislation to persons, agencies, offices, or departments that have not been elected to represent us in any way. Congress has been derelict in its’ duties.

For the last several weeks, Congress has been trying to get the President to use military force against Turkey for its’ force against the Kurds in Syria. The President cannot do this without the consent of Congress, and they refuse to take a vote on the subject. To make matters worse, Turkey is a NATO member. The United States cannot use military force against a NATO ally without consequences. Article Five of the NATO Charter states that if one member is attacked it is an attack on all members and all members will go to the aid of the attacked nation. If the United States was to attack Turkey, then the other twenty-seven nations would have to come to the aid of Turkey against us. The Democrat-controlled House of Representatives would love for President Trump to do something that inept so they would have good reason to impeach him.

Article Two, Section Four states: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” So far, after four investigations conducted by the FBI, the Senate, the House, and the Special Prosecutor, there has been no crime of any kind committed by the President. Now the House has started another inquiry into some manufactured crime and are conducting interrogations, sorry, interviews, with former employees of the State Department and White House.

All these interviews are being done in secret, in the SCIF room, by Rep. Adam Schiff. He, alone, knows what is being said. The Democrats are the only ones that can subpoena witnesses. The President is not allowed to have his attorney present at any of these interviews, Republicans are not allowed to cross-examine any of these witnesses or call any of their own, and no one is allowed to read the transcripts of these interviews without a Democrat present. In other words, the President is not being afforded due process and only negative testimony is being given.

It was leaked that a Ukrainian official was interviewed and refused to say that the President committed extortion or blackmail, in essence, a quid pro quo, when asking for assistance in an open and ongoing corruption investigation regarding the 2016 election and possible abuse of power, a quid pro quo, by then-Vice President Joe Biden. Rep. Schiff attempted to coerce this official into saying the President did something that he had not done.

The Democrats have been demanding impeachment since Donald Trump was elected. By that, I mean less than forty-eight hours after the election and a month and a half before he was inaugurated. He was not supposed to win the election. He is a Washington outsider. He is not one of the political elites. He isn’t a politician. He is getting things done that our elected officials haven’t for decades. He is ruffling feathers and draining the political swamp of Washington, DC. And the Democrats, and some Republicans, aren’t liking that very much. Thus, this insane obsession to impeach him and get him out of office, or at the very least, keep him from being re-elected to a second term.

Yes, the House of Representatives has the sole power of impeachment – for treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. The Constitution does not say a President can be impeached because the opposing party doesn’t like him. What the Democrats are attempting to do is overturn the 2016 election against the will of the people of the United States. It is a silent coup to take control of the government. Some conservative talk show hosts have theorized that the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, and the Chairmen of several committees would like to rid the White House of both President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence and make the Speaker President. That would give the Democrats control; at least until next November.

As it is, there is nothing Constitutional about this impeachment. There has been no crime committed; they are searching for something to convict him on. There has been no vote of the whole House for this inquiry. There has been no due process. Rep. Schiff is using banana republic tactics for his kangaroo court. The inquiry was started because of a phone call between heads of state that should have been classified and has since been made public that supposedly proved Trump was forcing the Ukrainians to investigate a political rival, Joe Biden (who is running for President but hasn’t been nominated to be the candidate). The transcript of the call was made public and there was no quid pro quo. The whistleblower is not known to anyone except Rep. Schiff and he is not producing the witness or interviewing him/her. The whistleblower did not have firsthand knowledge but was going on overheard conversations and there have started to be questions as to whether there really is a whistleblower at all. Rep. Schiff declared for two years that he had incontrovertible evidence of Russian collusion, but the Mueller Investigation proved there was no collusion. Rep. Schiff recited, on record, to the House a transcript of the President’s call to the Ukrainian President that was a total fabrication. In a nutshell, Rep. Schiff is a liar and a charlatan; not one to be trusted at all.

The Silent Coup Against America

Election night, November 2016. As the election results come in, no one believes that Donald J. Trump could possibly win the Presidency. No one. TV commentators keep saying it, “Donald Trump stands no chance of winning. Hillary Clinton has the White House.” No one believed it until he kept winning county after county after county. The final tally – Donald Trump: 304 electoral votes. Hillary Clinton: 227. The Chosen One had lost. The Democrat Party had counted on Hillary Clinton winning the election and finishing the job that Barack Hussein Obama had started. She was going to continue the Obama Legacy of destroying the Constitutional Republic called the United States of America. Now, that dream was over.

Thank the gods of every pantheon that the Founders knew the majority vote was not the way to elect a president. Hillary Clinton did win the majority vote; thanks to California, New York, and Illinois. The Electoral College gives every state, therefore every voter, a voice in who leads this country for at least four years. If it were the majority vote, three states would have elected the president. That is 0.06 percent of states. As it was, 100 percent of states had their voices heard. It drove the Democrats crazy.

Democrat voters across the nation screamed and cried, had to have safe spaces, and needed counseling. They believed that Hillary Clinton would win and that Donald Trump would destroy our country. Within 48 hours, members of Congress were saying that Donald Trump needed to be impeached. Never before had this happened. The newly, duly elected President-elect was under the microscope and being investigated for impeachment and he hadn’t even taken the oath of office yet.

How can I say that? It has come to light through four investigations that the Obama DOJ and FBI spied on the Trump Campaign for anything that could be used against him. With information from the Mueller Investigation we know that FBI employees would do anything to keep Trump from winning and, if he did, would have an ‘insurance policy’ against him. The Deep State, those that are employed within the government, not elected, that were loyal to Obama hated Trump and spied on him for information. The Clinton Campaign paid a former foreign spy, Christopher Steele, for a dossier filled with unverified dirt on Trump that Mr. Steele collected from Russia. The FBI used this dossier to acquire FISA warrants to spy on Trump associates, such as George Papadopoulos and Carter Paige.

The FBI also used assets to try to get Trump associates to collude with foreign governments in an effort to sway the election to Trump. James Comey, then head of the FBI, leaked information to the press about this, and other things, in order to force a special prosecutor and investigation against Trump. For the next two years that special prosecutor investigated. Robert Mueller, a well-respected prosecutor in Washington, was assigned that duty. After hundreds of subpoenas and interviews, the Mueller Report finally came out. What did the top investigators in the country come up with? What came out of all the investigations was that the Democrats colluded with the Russians and Donald Trump and his campaign were clear of any wrongdoing. There was no Russian collusion nor any obstruction of justice on the part of Trump or any of his associates.

Yes, there were associates that were tried, and convicted, of other crimes; some conjured out of thin air or orchestrated by the investigators. They were convicted of lying to the FBI, tax evasion, or were forced into confessions of crimes they did not commit. Paul Manafort was kept in solitary confinement for months in the hopes that he would break and construct some lie about Trump. General Michael Flynn was forced into a confession or his son would have gone under investigation for some fabricated crime. As for any wrongdoing in the election process, there was none.

With all that, still there are members of Congress that are yelling impeach him. Almost from day one that has been the battle cry of the Democrat Party. Rep. Maxine Waters went to the streets and encouraged people to ‘get in the face’ of any Trump Administration officials no matter where they were. What came of this? Trump officials were driven out of restaurants by angry Democrat voters and Hillary Clinton supporters. Trump officials were harassed anywhere they went in public. Some were even accosted at their homes. And it wasn’t just officials. Some conservative talk show hosts, such as Sean Hannity, were harassed at their homes.

Celebrities have even gotten into the political arena with their take on taking down the Trump Administration. Madonna made a statement that she had ‘thought a lot about blowing up the White House.’ Johnny Depp stated, “I wonder when it was the last time an actor killed a president?” Kathy Griffin showed up onscreen with a decapitated head of Donald Trump. It is not just the President that has been threatened. Melania Trump, Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner (Ivanka’s husband), and even Barron Trump, the President’s 10-year-old son, have all been threatened in one way or another.

During the previous administration, then Vice-President Joe Biden was tasked with going to Ukraine to give the Ukrainian government a billion dollars in foreign aid so they would not go bankrupt. At the time, VP Biden’s son, Hunter, had been placed on the Board of Directors of a Ukrainian gas and oil company known as Burisma Holdings. Young Mr. Biden had no experience, nor knowledge, of the oil and gas industry, or even of Ukraine. The Ukrainian government was investigating Burisma Holdings for corruption and VP Biden instructed the government to fire the head prosecutor in the investigation. Why? Was it because that prosecutor was about to interview Hunter Biden? It really doesn’t matter. What happened was that VP Biden threatened to withhold the billion dollars if the prosecutor wasn’t fired within six hours. In a TV interview, VP Biden bragged about extorting the Ukrainians and stated, “Son of a bitch! The prosecutor was fired.”

In another case of possible ethics violations is when Hunter Biden rode on Air Force 2 with VP Biden to China. Within days, the Chinese government’s bank entrusted a newly formed equity holding company, owned by Hunter Biden, Chris Heinz (stepson of John Kerry) and a nephew of a known mafia-type, with $1.5 Billion. None of the owners had any experience in finance. Instead of handing the nation’s money to an experienced equity company such as Goldman Sachs, the Chinese handed it to inexperienced people.

Donald Trump, in a phone call with the newly elected President of Ukraine, simply asked if the Ukrainian government would look into the firing of the prosecutor and mentioned Joe Biden. The Democrats went berserk, stating that Trump was trying to influence the 2020 election by having a foreign government investigate a political rival. How did they find out about the private phone call between heads of state? A whistleblower; a person without firsthand knowledge of the call. The Democrats have protected this whistleblower’s identity for fear of retribution. All Trump wants to know is who it is so he can figure out whether it is another liberal spy. As it turns out, the person is a CIA operative.

The Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, gave a press conference informing the American public that she was instituting a formal impeachment inquiry into the matter of the phone call. The Constitution gives the sole authority of impeachment to the House of Representatives. The entire House, not just the Speaker. Ms. Pelosi has yet to call for a full House vote and has given Rep. Adam Schiff, Chairman of the Intelligence Committee, the duty of heading up the inquiry. All interviews have been behind closed doors, in secret, without any Republican being present to ask questions; without the President’s attorneys present to cross-examine, and without the authority of the full House.

In the last three years, since Donald Trump was elected, almost every non-elected person in power in Washington has been fired. James Comey, James Clapper, and John Brennen, all heads of intelligence departments, are gone for one reason or another; mostly for abuse of power or leaking classified information. Peter Strozk, Lisa Page, Bruce Orr, still employed but implicated in the illegal spying on Trump. Former officials such as Loretta Lynch, Debbie Wasserman-Shultz, and Sally Yates are all implicated. The list goes on and on of former Obama Administration officials that are anti-Trump. It is rumored that James McCabe, former FBI department head, claimed that he was following the orders of Barack Obama.

This is a silent coup against a duly elected President of the United States. The Democrat Party has done everything it can against the President to keep him from fulfilling his promises to the American People. According to the Heritage Foundation, of the more than 360 policies that needed to be changed, President Trump had achieved in his first year over 60% of them. All without the help of Congress. Most Presidents would do good to achieve that goal after 8 years with the help of Congress.

After three years in office, Trump has brought back many manufacturing jobs, given the largest tax cut in history, gotten over seven million people off food stamps, lowered the unemployment rate to an average of less than 4%, raised the employment rate for minorities and women to record highs, is securing the southern border, has gotten North Korea to the bargaining table and is making headway in fair trade deals with all nations. Donald John Trump is just what this nation needed to fix what the former administrations couldn’t, or wouldn’t. That is why the establishment politicians are against him – he has achieved, single-handedly, in three years what they couldn’t, or wouldn’t, in decades. He is making them look unnecessary, ineffectual, and useless.

As I was listening to Mark Levin this afternoon, he read a transcript (obtained by the Washington Review) of an interrogation Adam Schiff had with the Ukrainian Ambassador. During his questioning, Mr. Schiff demanded that the Ambassador say what he wanted him to. He almost forced a foreign dignitary to say that Trump had strong-armed the Ukrainian government into investigating Joe Biden. When the Ambassador refused to do it, Mr. Schiff basically put the words into his mouth. This is not something that Americans do. This is Soviet-style interrogation. Yet, the Democrats accuse Trump of being an autocrat that is power-hungry.

As the Democrats continue to say that no one is above the law, that Donald Trump is shredding the Constitution, and that the President is destroying our Constitutional Republic, I have to sit back and shake my head. Every Democrat that has broken the law has gotten a pass from Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, James Comey, James Clapper, Loretta Lynch, Debbie Wasserman-Shultz, to Barack Hussein Obama, himself. What are the crimes that they have committed? Obstruction of justice, spying on American citizens, trying to influence an election using a foreign power, blackmailing a foreign nation for personal gain using the power of the Vice-Presidency, extortion, and treason.

It is the Democrat Party that has shredded the Constitution in every conceivable way. Refusing to give presumption of innocence to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and now the President; using the press as their propaganda medium; silencing the conservative voices through censorship on social media, public speaking, and assembling; not allowing due diligence on the part of the Republicans during an impeachment inquiry; using Soviet-style interrogation of witnesses to obtain evidence against the President in an impeachment inquiry; using the power of the House of Representatives to overturn an election. If you want to go further than that, the 2020 Democrat candidates have all stated that they would do away with the Electoral College, effectively do away with the Second Amendment by forcing citizens to surrender their firearms, stack the Supreme Court in their favor, and open the borders to all comers (the President has the power of immigration, not the Congress).

As for destroying our Constitutional Republic – well, the word of the day is Socialism. Many of the Democrats have stated that they are Democratic Socialists and want to change our societal and economic structure to that of Socialism. If that isn’t trying to destroy our Constitutional Republic, I’d like to know what is.

These are not just my opinions, people. These are things that I have seen and heard from the left over and over. They don’t hide it anymore. The Democrat Party is corrupt as any communist government that ever existed. How do they get away with it? The mainstream media is covering for them. Nothing that is done is reported and if it is, well, it’s minimized by CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, etc. Even though Joe Biden is on tape bragging about blackmailing the Ukrainian government, the mass media, and Democrat Congressmen, are saying it is a conspiracy theory and unverified. Even though Hillary Clinton deleted over thirty-thousand emails, destroyed computers and phones, and removed SIM cards, all subpoenaed by Congress, she was exonerated by James Comey and that means she did no wrong. These are just two examples of their corruption.

When the Democrats are saying that Donald Trump wants Joe Biden investigated to get dirt on a political opponent, think about this: What are the Democrats doing with their Soviet-style impeachment inquiry? They are interrogating witnesses behind closed doors, with no cross-examination or witnesses from the opposing party. No Republicans know what is happening behind those doors except what Rep. Adam Schiff leaks out. The witnesses that are being subpoenaed are all disgruntled former employees or Obama-era left-overs. Add to those facts that Rep. Schiff is strong-arming witnesses that don’t testify exactly what he wants them to. This is the Democrats getting dirt on an opposing presidential candidate and the taxpayer is paying for it!

The only thing Trump was wanting was for the Ukrainian government to investigate possible corruption in their government. It just happened that Joe and Hunter Biden were involved. He was fulfilling his Constitutional duty as President of the United States of upholding the law. Unlike Biden, there was no quid pro quo involved. He didn’t demand that they investigate, he asked if they would. He didn’t withhold any funding if they didn’t.

Don’t think that it is only the Democrats that are involved in this silent coup. There are a lot of Republicans that would like to see Donald Trump taken out of office. President Trump is doing exactly what he said he would – draining the swamp, one politician at a time. Trump is not a political insider; he is a businessman. The Washington elite have so entrenched themselves in politics and the power they have that they believe they own the government. They all become extremely wealthy through their offices. How does a politician that makes between $174,000 and $210,000 get to be worth tens, even hundreds, of millions of dollars? It isn’t all on book deals and it isn’t all on the up-and-up. There are backroom deals with foreign countries, special interests, and big corporations. Trump is doing all he can to do away with all that and the elites don’t like it. They don’t want to lose their cushy jobs, their power, their control, or their money machines.

This isn’t just a silent coup against the President; it is a coup against the country, and it didn’t start with the election of Donald J. Trump. It started many decades ago. When the American people allowed the government to grow into the monster it has become is when the take-over started. When we, the people, allowed the government to slowly whittle away our rights and freedoms through legislation and regulation is where it started. It took both the Democrat and the Republican Parties to achieve what is now our over-reaching, tyrannical government. As I’ve stated over and over, each and every Democrat candidate in the 2020 campaign has openly stated their socialist policies; redistribution of wealth through high taxation, open borders, doing away with the Electoral College, stacking the Supreme Court, taking (by force if necessary) our firearms, free everything to everyone whether a citizen or not, abortion up to the day of birth, government takeover of business and private property; the list goes on and on. The worst part of it is that there are very few Republicans that are speaking out against this radical agenda.

Some would say that I am a conspiracy theorist and that I am parroting Breitbart and Fox; nothing could be further from the truth. I have listened to the candidates, the interviews with Congressmen from both parties, the speeches from both sides and have heard the words right from their mouths. I’ve researched the campaign promises, ideas, and policies that the Democrats want. I’ve listened to just how powerful four freshman Congresswomen have become and how radical their ideology is.

I’ve heard long-time Congressmen rail against Trump since before he was elected. I’ve read the news articles and heard the tapes of the wrongdoing by the Democrats and Republicans alike. There is corruption, deceit, and disloyalty to America on both sides of the aisle. What’s worse is there is crime committed by both sides and they get by with it.

As each day goes by, I hear more and more about the corruption in Washington and I become more and more frustrated. Fact be known, I become more and more fearful for my country. I fear that the rights and freedoms that were fought for 243 years ago will soon be gone. I fear that our Constitutional Republic will soon become the next Venezuela. Mostly I fear that the American people have become so complacent that they don’t care. The Millennial Generation and Generation Z don’t have the fortitude to fight for their rights. If it came down to it, I don’t know that they would know what their Constitutional rights are. What are we teaching our children these days? That they are entitled to everything without working for anything; and these are the leaders of tomorrow.

God protect us from the evils of the tyrannical dominion that is rearing its ugly head in the seat of our national government. It took a nation to win the rights and freedoms that we have enjoyed for so long. It will take a nation to gain them back. Remember: we are the rightful owners of the courts and the government. We, the People, must make sure that the government never forgets that.
