The Illegitimate Administration of Joseph Robinette Biden

 Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. is an American politician who is the 46th and current president of the United States. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as the 47th vice president from 2009 to 2017 under Barack Obama and represented Delaware in the United States Senate from 1973 to 2009.

From Jan 1973 to Jan 2009, Biden missed 1,781 of 14,556 roll call votes, which is 12.2%. This is much worse than the median of 2.0% among the lifetime records of senators serving in Jan 2009.

What has Good Ol’ Joe accomplished in almost 5 decades of government service? He pushed Obamacare, one of the biggest failures in healthcare in history. He pushed for criminal reform by incarcerating more blacks for lesser crimes than any other public servant in history. He opposed bussing, thus encapsulating his segregationist policies in the history books. He got a Ukrainian prosecutor, who was investigating Burisma Holdings (a company that his son, Hunter, was a member of the Board of Directors), fired; then bragged about it. Not to mention that his son, Hunter, used his father’s position as Vice President to enrich himself with China, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, and who knows what other countries around the world.

Since his inauguration as the 47th President of the United States, his policies have: opened the southern border to all comers with no repercussions for entering the country illegally, shut down the Keystone XL pipeline ending thousands of jobs for Americans, ending our energy independence, and giving Russia and China the upper hand in energy; has spent well over six trillion dollars on wastefull spending for overseas projects, domestic pet projects, housing illegals; gotten us re-involved in the Paris Climate Accord that will cost the American taxpayer billions while doing nothing for climate control; re-invested in the Iran Nuclear deal giving Iran the go-ahead for enriching uranium for weapons; and, he has proven that he is not mentally capable of running the country by not taking any serious questions, being shut down by his handlers when he does take unscheduled questions, not being able to put a single sentence together without a teleprompter and even with one messes it up.

After the economic boom of the Trump Administration, Biden and his cronies in Congress have undone every pro-America policy that Trump enacted. What we have now in Washington, DC is group of anti-American socialists bent on the destruction of this great nation. The federal government is paying people NOT to work. They are putting people out of work. The socialist policies they are putting through are taxing the working people into poverty while rewarding the lazy and the illegal. There is nothing pro-America about the Harris/Biden administration.

I’m thinking that a lot of people wonder why I call it the ‘Harris/Biden’ administration instead of the other way around. Think about this: Joe is ruining the country; bringing it to its knees. He is obviously not mentally capable. Once he has destroyed our freedoms, our rights, our economy, our sovereignty, Kamala Harris, as sitting Vice President, will invoke the 25th Amendment, remove Joe, become the leader of the free world and she, and her socialist cronies in Congress, will blame poor ol’ Joe. I am giving it until right after the mid-term election; especially if the Democrats can cheat their way into another big win in Congress and the States.

That brings me to another point: the 2020 election. I’ve read reports that Arizona came up with over 950,000 disqualified votes, most of which were for Joe. He only won the state by about 12,000. They decided to quit their audit once that came out and NO ONE did much reporting on it. Now, if Georgia does the same, then Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, how many disqualified votes will come up? What will happen if it actually comes to light that the Democrats didn’t win after all? Will Joe, Kamala, the elected Congressmen, and the entire Harris/Biden appointed administration have to step down, undo all they did, and we get Donald Trump back? A pipe dream, I know.

We all know that the present SCROTUS is illegitimate, that he didn’t WIN. Five or six states just don’t stop counting the votes in the middle of the night then come up with just the right number of votes to win. Then, when the vote is questioned, go into hysterics and claim anyone that does question it as anti-democracy and trying to overthrow an election. If it was legitimate, why would they not want to prove it? Just like Dominion refusing to allow their voting machines to be evaluated. If they didn’t have something to hide, why not let them be checked?

 

The left constantly screamed that Donald Trump was not very Presidential in a lot of ways; that he was an embarrassment; that the world was laughing at us because of him. Let’s take a look at what the 46th President has done in less than six months.

Recently, at a press conference, President Joseph Biden whispered into the mic four different times his answers to questions and comments on his accomplishments. He WHISPERED! If that is Presidential then whatever DJT did had to be down-right royal! Joe Biden is constantly stating that he will ‘get into trouble’ if he answers questions or if his answers aren’t the scripted ones. He stated that if there was an armed insurrection against his government that the small arms of the people wouldn’t stand up against the F-15s and nuclear weapons of the federal government. He gave Russia 16 targets for cyber-crime by telling Vladimir Putin that these 16 targets were off-limits to hacking. Yes, Mr. Joseph Biden is the epitome of presidential. Not!

How about Kamala Harris and her authority over the border crisis? It took her over 90 days to announce that she was going to the border. This was after Donald Trump announced that he, himself, was going. Did the Vice President go to the border? Yes. Did she go where the biggest problems were and talk with border security and the towns affected by illegal aliens? No! She went to El Paso where she would be both physically and politically safe. No surprise here. Harris campaigned on open borders and allowing illegals unrestricted entry into the United States.

Merritt Garland, the one-time Supreme Court Justice nominee and now Attorney General, is suing Georgia for enforcing election laws, making election laws that are Constitutional, and not allowing the Democrats free reign for cheating. It seems as though the entire Harris/Biden Administration is out to destroy everything American, everything Constitutional, and everything that protects the country.

This is the most dangerous Administration in the history of our Constitutional Republic. With Critical Race Theory and transgenderism being pushed by the government, federalization and centralization of all aspects of governing and industry, and openly allowing foreign intervention into our lives, it is obvious that this is an illegitimate administration. No one, absolutely NO ONE, can do as much harm to a nation this quickly without it being on purpose. They are out to destroy the nation, do away with our borders, give up our sovereignty, and make absolutely sure that there is never a conservative elected into the White House again.

This, my patriotic friends, is what the Founding Fathers warned us about, legislated against, and tried to guarantee would not happen. This is 1776 all over again. Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Hamilton, Franklin, Jay, and the other founders of the Great Experiment knew what they were talking about. Reagan said it eloquently: Freedom is only one generation away from extinction. This is the generation that will destroy our freedoms. They have been brainwashed since kindergarten and all the way through college; through mainstream media’s relentless propaganda; and the far-left’s agenda.

When Clinton was in office I was afraid. When Obama took office I was scared. Now, with the present administration I am terrified. They don’t hide their agenda anymore. They are open and honest about what they want to do. It is our job, as patriotic AMERICAN CITIZENS, to sustain our rights and freedoms that are guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America. This is NOT the United SOCIALIST States of America. It’s time to fight back in whatever way we can. The Left believes in violence, riots, assault, arson, even murder. Is it actually time that we, as conservatives, stoop to the lowest levels of the left and retaliate in kind?

There was no armed insurrection on January 6th. The armed insurrection was last summer in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC when Antifa and BLM attacked with violence, riots, arson, and, in the case of Washington, DC, trying to breach the White House to harm the President. These acts are overlooked by Congress. Only when conservatives try to uphold our rights and freedoms do the left feel threatened and feel the need to prosecute. This is political persecution in its purest sense. We are NOT a Third World, Communist, or Socialist country. We are a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC. A civilized nation with laws. Why is the left acting like Hitler, Mussolini, Mao, Chavez, Kim? Because those are their heros, their mentors, their leaders.

Fight back, Americans. Fight back now before it is too late and we become another Venezuela. Even if it is a call to arms, we must not let our country fall. If America falls there is no where else to go. We are the last bastion of freedom.

Now Is The Time For All Good Men

 “Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of your country.” A quote attributed to Patrick Henry as a call to arms. Others say it is just a typing test by Charles E. Weller. Either way, it is a damn good quote; especially right now.

Our country, the United States of America, is under attack. Not by an outside army such as the Chinese, North Koreans, Russians, or even Germany. It is under attack from within. The enemy has breached the gates, infiltrated the ranks, indoctrinated our young, and is now being voted into federal, state, and local offices. Career politicians such as Nancy Pelosi, Charles Schumer, Maxine Waters, Mitch McConnell, etc., and newer, younger politicians such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, etc. are doing all they can to destroy the Great Experiment.

It shouldn’t come as any surprise. The Democrat Party has been against a Constitutional Republic for generations; I’d venture to say since it’s inception. There have always been those that were against a government by, for, and of the people. Even during the Revolutionary War, the Constitutional Convention, and beyond, there have been those that wanted a strong, central government, or even to stay subjects of England.

Today, the Democrat Party no longer disguises its intentions of destroying the Constitution and the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Supreme Law of the Land. The SCROTUS, Joseph Robinette Biden, said in a speech that the Amendments were not absolute. Funny how American citizen’s rights are not absolute, but illegal’s rights are. After all, American citizens no longer have the freedom of speech if they are conservative, the Second Amendment has been under attack for decades and is now being infringed left and right, yet, it is and absolute right for anyone in the world to demand to come into the United States, ask for asylum and be allowed to disappear into the interior of the country, never to be seen or heard from again.

Election integrity no longer exists after the November 2020 election. Court after court refused to even see any evidence of corruption or fraud, including the Supreme Court. No one is allowed to question the results that gave power to the Democrats. I find it extremely unnerving that a mentally challenged octogenarian that didn’t leave his basement for most of the campaign, had rallies numbering in the tens, and allied himself with a running mate that had no support in her own campaign, somehow achieved historically large numbers of votes. I find it strange that six states suspended counting votes at practically the exact same time, in the middle of the night, and during that time, came up with enough votes to win. All of this against an incumbent that held rallies numbering in the tens of thousands, had achieved record high employment for minorities and women, record low unemployment, record high stock market, booming economy, secure border, higher wages, lower taxes, and headed up the Warp Speed program for a vaccine against the global plandemic of COVID-19.

Joe Biden, a man that bragged about withholding aid money from Ukraine unless the government fired the prosecutor investigating his son. A man that has dubious involvement with Russia, China, Ukraine, Romania, etc. A man whose son was dishonorably discharged from the military for drug use, used his name and his father’s position as Vice President to gain wealth from China, become a member of the board of directors of an oil company in Ukraine (without any experience in oil or Ukraine), who married his brother’s widow, impregnated a hooker, is a crack addict, and has illegal material on his laptop. This is who the American people voted into the highest office in the nation and the most powerful position in the world? Joe Biden doesn’t even know where he is most of the time.

In the first 100 days in office, Joe Biden has signed more than 50 executive orders/actions. On Inauguration Day, he signed EOs that ended the Keystone XL pipeline, unemploying thousands of Americans from good-paying, union jobs. He signed another that stopped construction on the border wall which was already paid for. He opened the southern border to any and all who wanted to enter.

Over the last five years, the radical left has done it’s best to censor conservative voices, keep any bad information about the Democrat Party from being seen, and lied constantly about President Donald J Trump. The radical left, Hollywood elites, the Deep State, sports stars, and entertainment stars have been allowed to threaten, harass, lie about, humiliate, etc. Donald Trump, Melania Trump, and even Barron Trump. As for any Democrat politician? Don’t even think about saying anything derogatory.

During the debate on the New Jersey Plan brought up in the Federal Convention of 1787, William Paterson made this comment about despotism in Congress: ‘Is there no danger of a Legislative despotism? Theory and practice both proclaim it.If the Legislative authority be not restrained, there can be neither liberty nor stability;’ What is happening now, in Congress, is absolute despotism. With the Democrats having control over the White House, the House of Representatives, and the Senate, despotism is running rampant. There is no liberty when the elected officials are ramming policy through by executive order and partisan vote, regardless of the will of the people.

The plandemic of COVID-19 is a prime example of the despotism of the government. Through fear, lack of knowledge, and putting 100% faith in one person’s opinion regardless of science, the Federal Government and several of the State’s governments have torn away the rights, freedoms, and liberties of the American people. We have been forced to social distance, close our businesses, remain at home, wear masks on our faces, stay away from friends and family, and finally, are almost to the point of being forced to take a vaccine that has not been thoroughly tested over the long run. This is the definition of tyranny and despotism.

The Founders pledged their fortunes, honor, and even their lives to break away from the tyranny and despotism of King George. Do you understand what they risked to make this country what it became? There were very few of the revolutionaries that didn’t end up broke or dead. They risked literally everything to bring freedom and liberty to the American Colonies and form a more perfect union. This country was, and still is, the Great Experiment. No other government in history was formed of, by, and for the people. We, the People, of the United States of America, in order to form a more perfect union, do ordain and establish…. Where is that patriotism today?

Everyone wants to be a patriot… until it’s time to do patriotic stuff. Civil disobedience is where it starts. Don’t wear the mask. Don’t social distance. Don’t follow those unconstitutional laws. But, will the ‘patriotic’ citizens stand up against the despotism of a tyrannical Congress and President? So far the answer to that question is a resounding ‘NO!’ Conservatives believe in the rule of law. Liberals believe in the rule of riots, looting, arson, assault, and threats of the same. That is why the left is winning. No only do they threaten violence against the right, they commit violence when they don’t get their way. It will only be when the violence is returned in kind that the left will soon learn they are no longer in control.

I don’t condone violence. I, like every other conservative, believe that there are better, peaceful, ways to disarm conflict and chaos. But, there comes a time when diplomacy no longer works. Talk is cheap. Actions speak much louder than words. That is why I keep saying ‘civil disobedience.’ Non-violent protest against the tyranny that has beset our country. The left will always blame the right for the ailments of the country. They will always make charges against the right for what they are doing. Examples of that are: Russian collusion, corruption, fraud, quid pro quo. It has come to the point of no return. It is NOW or we have lost our country, our rights, our freedoms, and our liberty.

What does America, the United States of America, stand for? Is it freedom? Is it liberty? Is it basic human rights? Is it all of the above? Let’s take a look at these ideas of freedom, liberty, and the basic rights of mankind.

What is the definition of the word freedom? According to the Bing dictionary, freedom is defined as:

Human rights, according to the free legal dictionary:

Did you notice something here? Freedom and liberty are contained in all these definitions. Freedom, liberty, human rights; these are so important to humanity, especially here in the United States. We cherish our freedoms almost to a fault. Without the Bill of Rights, which guarantees those inalienable rights are not taken from us, we could possibly be ruled by tyranny. The Founding Fathers included in the Constitution of the United States of America a list of those basic freedoms and rights so that they would never be infringed upon by our government.

What is happening today? What has been happening for decades? Our rights and freedoms have been being whittled away, a little at a time. Each one being infringed upon with regulation, taxes, permits, etc. Now, today, with the Democrat Party in total power of the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the White House, there are bills being brought to the floor of Congress to infringe on our most basic freedoms even more; to the extent of removing those freedoms from our lives.

The Constitution is an amazing document to say the least. The Founding Fathers brought forth a great experiment where the country would be ruled by, for, and of the people. This had never been tried before in the history of mankind. There had always been a King, an Emperor, a Caesar, a Tsar, etc to rule over the people. Washington, Monroe, Madison, Jefferson, Hamilton, and the rest debated many months on how to set up a government that would not be tyrannical. They debated even longer because some didn’t want to include a Bill of Rights. What they came up with was the Constitution that gave the power of governance to the several states and the people, not a centralized federal government. In fact, the federal government’s powers are enumerated in the Constitution and any other power is retained by the States and the People in writing. The Federal government was meant to remain small and weak when it came to running the everyday business of the country.

Over the decades, centuries even, the States and the people have slowly abdicated that power to the federal government; or the federal government has just taken the power from where it belongs. Today, that center of government has become a bloated, overreaching, tyrannical dominion that represents only its own power instead of the people that elected those representatives. Our Congressmen sit in Washington, DC, far removed from the everyday lives and living of the country. They become extremely wealthy through bribes, payoffs, back room deals, etc. It’s hard to explain how an elected official with a yearly salary of less than $200,000 ends up with a net worth of tens of millions of dollars. All the while these elected officials sit there in the hallowed halls of Congress passing law after law after law that infringes on our rights and freedoms, taxes us into poverty, pays foreign nations and special interests, while none of these laws affect them in their ivory towers. They are exempt from many of the laws they pass.

The 2020 election proved that government has become much too powerful. With the obvious fraud and corruption that occurred in several of the states that elected a mentally unstable octogenarian as President and a woman of dubious character as Vice President with more votes than any other President in history, there should have been investigations and indictments. With thousands of sworn affidavits, video evidence, and eyewitnesses, it seems odd that even the Supreme Court wouldn’t hear a single case of the unconstitutionality of the election process in those states. This is further proof of a tyrannical government.

We, the People, have allowed this to happen. How? Slowly and surely by re-electing the same people into office for decades. The Congress decided that the President should only serve two terms because any more than that would make that office much too powerful. What they forget is that our representatives, if in office for decades, makes them much too powerful. Now, that power has gone to their heads and they believe they are above the people, more important than those that elected them, and above the law that they, themselves legislated.

The Federal Government is stealing away our rights, our freedoms, our liberties, and even our basic human rights right before our eyes. Mask mandates, social distancing, closing businesses, keeping people away from work, regulating everything from hunting and fishing to owning firearms, and opening our borders to all who want to come while the American taxpayer foots the bill. This IS the government the Founding Fathers fought against and warned us about. THIS is the government that the Constitution was supposed to protect us from. THIS is a tyrannical dominion that has enslaved the nation while freeing the world.

So, what does America stand for in today’s world? Right now, in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty One, I’m not sure. I would like to believe that we still stand for freedom, liberty, and human rights of ALL people, including the citizens of the United States instead of everyone but the citizens. I hope I’m right.

A BILL

To expand Americans’ access to the ballot box, reduce the influence of big money in politics, strengthen ethics rules for public servants, and implement other anti-corruption measures for the purpose of fortifying our democracy, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “For the People Act of 2021”.


SEC. 3. FINDINGS OF GENERAL CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY.

Congress finds that the Constitution of the United States grants explicit and broad authority to protect the right to vote, to regulate elections for Federal office, and to defend the Nation’s democratic process. Congress enacts the “For the People Act of 2021” pursuant to this broad authority, including but not limited to the following:

(1) Congress finds that it has broad authority to regulate the time, place, and manner of congressional elections under the Elections Clause of the Constitution, article I, section 4, clause 1.[Article 1 Section 4 Clause 1 reads: The Times, Places and Manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations except as to the places of chusing senators. As you can see, the Founders stated that it was up to the STATES to regulate elections. What the 117th Congress is wanting to do is invoke the second half of this clause and nationalize the election process thus eliminating the States authority.] The Supreme Court has affirmed that the “substantive scope” of the Elections Clause is “broad”; that “Times, Places, and Manner” are “comprehensive words which embrace authority to provide for a complete code for congressional elections”; and “[t]he power of Congress over the Times, Places and Manner of congressional elections is paramount, and may be exercised at any time, and to any extent which it deems expedient; and so far as it is exercised, and no farther, the regulations effected supersede those of the State which are inconsistent therewith”. The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) requires states to accept and use a uniform federal form to register voters for federal elections, 42 U.S.C. 1973gg–4(a)(1). The form developed by the Election Assistance Commission, requires only that an applicant aver, under penalty of perjury, that he is a citizen. Arizona law required rejection of any application for registration, including the federal form, if not accompanied by documentary evidence of citizenship. The district court granted summary judgment, upholding Arizona’s requirement. The Ninth Circuit reversed in part, holding that the requirement is preempted by the NVRA. The Supreme Court affirmed. The Elections Clause imposes on states the duty to prescribe the time, place, and manner of electing Representatives and Senators, but confers on Congress the power to alter those regulations or supplant them altogether. The Clause confers authority to provide a complete code for congressional elections, including regulations relating to “registration.” The NVRA term “accept” implies that the form is to be accepted as sufficient and Congress, when it acts under the Clause, is always on notice that its legislation will displace some element of a state’s preexisting legal regime. While the NVRA forbids states to demand additional information beyond that required by the federal form, it does not preclude states from denying registration based on information in their possession establishing the applicant’s ineligibility. The NVRA can be read to avoid a conflict, however. The NVRA permits a state to request state-specific instructions on the federal form and a state may challenge rejection of that request. That alternative means of enforcing its constitutional power to determine voting qualifications remains open to Arizona.

In other words, the Ninth District Court has undermined the Constitution, once again, by stating that a resident does not have to prove citizenship to vote.](internal quotation marks and citations omitted). Indeed, “Congress has plenary and paramount jurisdiction over the whole subject” of congressional elections, Ex parte Siebold, 100 U.S. (10 Otto) 371, 388 (1879), and this power “may be exercised as and when Congress sees fit”, and “so far as it extends and conflicts with the regulations of the State, necessarily supersedes them”. Id. At 384. Among other things, Congress finds that the Elections Clause was intended to “vindicate the people’s right to equality of representation in the House”. Wesberry v. Sanders, 376 U.S. 1, 16 (1964). [In this case the appellants, who were qualified voters in Georgia’s Fifth Congressional District which was two to three times larger than the other districts, were wanting the Congressional districts to be more equal.]

(2) Congress also finds that it has both the authority and responsibility, as the legislative body for the United States, to fulfill the promise of article IV, section 4, of the Constitution, which states: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government[.]”. [Article Four Section Four reads: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened0 against domestic Violence. The definition of Republic, according to the Free Dictionary is: ‘Republic (redirected from republican form of government) Also found in: Dictionary, Thesaurus, Financial, Encyclopedia.

Republic

That form of government in which the administration of affairs is open to all the citizens. A political unit or "state," independent of its form of government’ If you notice, it states CITIZENS. As you can plainly see, the Constitution states clearly that it is the United States Government’s responsibility to protect the states from invasion and domestic violence. What happened to that during the riots, looting, arson, and assaults in Minnesota, Washington, Oregon, Illinois, and New York in 2020?]. Congress finds that its authority and responsibility to enforce the Guarantee Clause is particularly strong given that Federal courts have not enforced this clause because they understood that its enforcement is committed to Congress by the Constitution.

(3) (A) Congress also finds that it has broad authority pursuant to section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment to legislate to enforce the provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment, including its protections of the right to vote and the democratic process. [Fourteenth Amendment

Section 1 All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Section 2 Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Section 5 The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

I believe that the 117th Congress missed the part about persons being CITIZENS.]

(B) Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment protects the fundamental right to vote, which is “of the most fundamental significance under our constitutional structure”. Ill. Bd. of Election v. Socialist Workers Party, 440 U.S. 173, 184 (1979); see United States v. Classic, 313 U.S. 299 (1941) (“Obviously included within the right to choose, secured by the Constitution, is the right of qualified voters within a state to cast their ballots and have them counted . . .”). As the Supreme Court has repeatedly affirmed, the right to vote is “preservative of all rights”, Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356, 370 (1886). Section 2 of the Fourteenth Amendment also protects the right to vote, granting Congress additional authority to reduce a State’s representation in Congress when the right to vote is denied.

(C) As a result, Congress finds that it has the authority pursuant to section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment to protect the right to vote. Congress also finds that States and localities have eroded access to the right to vote through restrictions on the right to vote including excessively onerous voter identification requirements, burdensome voter registration procedures, voter purges, limited and unequal access to voting by mail, polling place closures, unequal distribution of election resources, and other impediments.

(D) Congress also finds that “the right of suffrage can be denied by a debasement or dilution of the weight of a citizen’s vote just as effectively as by wholly prohibiting the free exercise of the franchise”. Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U.S. 533, 555 (1964). Congress finds that the right of suffrage has been so diluted and debased by means of gerrymandering of districts. Congress finds that it has authority pursuant to section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment to remedy this debasement.

(4) (A) Congress also finds that it has authority to legislate to eliminate racial discrimination in voting and the democratic process pursuant to both section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment, which grants equal protection of the laws, and section 2 of the Fifteenth Amendment, which explicitly bars denial or abridgment of the right to vote on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. [But a voter still has to be a CITIZEN]

(B) Congress finds that racial discrimination in access to voting and the political process persists. Voting restrictions, redistricting, and other electoral practices and processes continue to disproportionately impact communities of color in the United States and do so as a result of both intentional racial discrimination, structural racism, and the ongoing structural socioeconomic effects of historical racial discrimination. [Where are the Democrats getting their information from? They NEVER PROVE any of these things are happening, especially when it comes to racial inequality. Bring out the research, Speaker Pelosi and Leader Schumer. Words mean nothing coming from a career politician. Prove to the people of the United States that all this is going on. From what I can see, the only places in the country that minorities are held down are in DEMOCRAT CONTROLLED CITIES AND STATES.]

(C) Recent elections and studies have shown that minority communities wait longer in lines to vote, are more likely to have their mail ballots rejected, continue to face intimidation at the polls, are more likely to be disenfranchised by voter purges, and are disproportionately burdened by voter identification and other voter restrictions. Research shows that communities of color are more likely to face nearly every barrier to voting than their white counterparts. [Once again, where is your research? Prove these allegations.]

(D) Congress finds that racial disparities in disenfranchisement due to past felony convictions is particularly stark. In 2020, according to the Sentencing Project, an estimated 5,200,000 Americans could not vote due to a felony conviction. One in 16 African Americans of voting age is disenfranchised, a rate 3.7 times greater than that of non-African Americans. In seven States–Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wyoming–more than one in seven African Americans is disenfranchised, twice the national average for African Americans. Congress finds that felony disenfranchisement was one of the tools of intentional racial discrimination during the Jim Crow era. Congress further finds that current racial disparities in felony disenfranchisement are linked to this history of voter suppression, structural racism in the criminal justice system, and ongoing effects of historical discrimination. [NCSL.org information: In the District of Columbia, Maine and Vermont, felons never lose their right to vote, even while they are incarcerated.

In 18 states, felons lose their voting rights only while incarcerated, and receive automatic restoration upon release.

In 19 states, felons lose their voting rights during incarceration, and for a period of time after, typically while on parole and/or probation. Voting rights are automatically restored after this time period. Former felons may also have to pay any outstanding fines, fees or restitution before their rights are restored as well.

In 11 states felons lose their voting rights indefinitely for some crimes, or require a governor’s pardon in order for voting rights to be restored, face an additional waiting period after completion of sentence (including parole and probation) or require additional action before voting rights can be restored. These states are listed in the fourth category on Table 1. Details on these states are found in Table 2 below.]

(5) (A) Congress finds that it further has the power to protect the right to vote from denial or abridgment on account of sex, age, or ability to pay a poll tax or other tax pursuant to the Nineteenth, Twenty-Fourth, and Twenty-Sixth Amendments. [I am not aware of ANY state or jurisdiction that doe not allow voting by anyone other than non-citizens. There is no poll, or any other, tax anywhere in the US that I am aware of. As for age and sex, no laws against women or the aged voting. No laws keeping blacks, gays, transsexuals, naturalized citizens, natural citizens, or any other form of CITIZEN from voting.]

(B) Congress finds that electoral practices including voting rights restoration conditions for people with convictions, voter identification requirements, and other restrictions to the franchise burden voters on account of their ability to pay. [Almost every citizen has some form of official ID, whether it be a driver’s license or state issued ID. The only thing this clause intends to do is do completely away with proving that you are a CITIZEN.]

(C) Congress further finds that electoral practices including voting restrictions related to college campuses, age restrictions on mail voting, and similar practices burden the right to vote on account of age. [Once again, where is the PROOF of this allegation? There is no proof. College kids can still vote if they are of legal age. There is no restrictions on that other than they have to vote in their HOME district.]

SEC. 4. STANDARDS FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW.

(a) In General.—If any action is brought for declaratory or injunctive relief to challenge, whether facially or as-applied, the constitutionality of any provision of this Act or any amendment made by this Act or any rule or regulation promulgated under this Act, the following rules shall apply:

(1) The action shall be filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and an appeal from the decision of the district court may be taken to the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. [This clause is put in there so that no one can say it cannot be challenged. What the 117th Congress is attempting to do here is keep it where they know it will be upheld by a liberal court. And, by demanding that it be done in Washington, DC it is paramount to one of the complaints of the Colonies of having to travel long distance to have a case heard by a court.]

(2) The party filing the action shall concurrently deliver a copy the complaint to the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate. [Once again, traveling long distance, making it difficult to file, demanding unreasonable restrictions. This is why the Colonies declared independence from the Crown. This is a form of tyranny.]

(3) It shall be the duty of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States to advance on the docket and to expedite to the greatest possible extent the disposition of the action and appeal.

(b) Intervention By Members Of Congress.—In any action described in subsection (a), any Member of the House of Representatives (including a Delegate or Resident Commissioner to the Congress) or Senate shall have the right to intervene either in support of or opposition to the position of a party to the case regarding the constitutionality of the provision. To avoid duplication of efforts and reduce the burdens placed on the parties to the action, the court in any such action may make such orders as it considers necessary, including orders to require interveners taking similar positions to file joint papers or to be represented by a single attorney at oral argument.

 

This is just the start of this horrendous, anti-Constitutional law. It allows online registration, no signature verification, mandatory mail-in ballots, no purging of outdated records, and it goes on and on and on. This entire bill is, in effect, doing away with all election law and protection. It will allow widespread fraud and corruption. The worst part of it is that it disenfranchises millions of CITIZENS and effectively does away with the Constitutional provisions of the people electing their representatives and the Electoral College.

 

Wake up, Patriots! The Democrats are out to win at all costs. They have proven they are not for America. Opening the borders, inviting millions of illegals into the country, killing tens of thousands of jobs, passing bill after bill that sends trillions of American taxpayer dollars overseas and to Party backers while leaving the American people homeless and hungry. This bill, HR1 is just ONE BILL that destroys what the Founders built. With the Democrats in control of the House and Senate (with the deciding vote laid at the hands of the Vice President), and the White House, they are pushing through such socialistic laws that our rights and freedoms will be gone in a matter of months.

 

They have bills in the works to do away with the Second Amendment, they are already silencing the conservative voice, and once the First and Second are gone the rest will go soon after.

America is Racist

From systemic racism to white supremacy, the far-left leaves no stone unturned to find something wrong with America. Since Donald Trump was elected President in 2016 it has been nothing less than a circus coming from the Democrat Party. The hatred spewed forth from the mouths of our elected officials is nothing if not proof of the anti-Americanism of the left.

Representatives Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, Maxine Waters, and Nancy Pelosi to name just a few, have stated that America is the worst country in the world. According to the House of Representatives Democrat members, and some Republicans, America is founded on racism, is xenophobic, full of white supremacists, inequality reigns supreme between the rich capitalists and the poor workingman, and there is not one iota of fairness toward anyone that isn’t straight, white, Christian, and conservative.

 Everything must be seen through critical racism thinking and LGBTQ+ needs to be taught to our kindergarten aged children through college. Applying for a student loan means the taxpayer is going to pay the loan back. Illegal aliens are more important than American citizens and healthcare is a fundamental right for the world and the American taxpayer is responsible for it. History was not recorded in the right light and must be rewritten to say that America was founded on slavery, the Founders were white supremacists, Islam built the country, Israel and the Jews are the biggest enemies of the world, and we, as a nation, are to blame for the world’s problems.

During the Trump Administration, America gained so much. Record high employment, almost seven million more jobs than people to fill them; record low unemployment among minorities and women in history; record high stock market; securing the southern border with a wall thus curbing drug trafficking, human trafficking, and illegal border crossings; criminal justice reform freed thousands of blacks that were unjustly incarcerated; we did not get into any more wars and troops were being brought home; North Korea returned KIA/MIA warriors remains from the Korean Conflict; North Korea stopped nuclear missile testing; we were energy  independent for the first time in 75 years; three peace treaties in the Middle East; and, Trump’s major plan was America First!

On January 20, 2021, now President Joe Biden signed an Executive Order shutting down the Keystone XL Pipeline thus killing eleven thousand jobs with the stroke of a pen. In the four weeks since he was inaugurated as President of the United States, Mr. Biden has opened our borders to millions of illegal migrants, shut down new drilling and mining for fossil fuels, re-entered the United States into the Paris Climate Accord and the Iran Nuclear Deal. He has instituted more regulations for COVID-19 thus keeping the economy in check. He has given China access to our power grid and Russia, China, and Iraq our oil business. He has made phone calls to our enemies but ignored Benjamin Netanyahtu, Prime Minister of Israel, our staunch ally in the Middle East. Finally, in one of his first speeches as President, he stated clearly and firmly that the America First policies of Donald Trump were over.

With the devastation of the world’s economies due to the COVID pandemic, the American economy had started to gain. No more. With the regulations, closings, mandates, etc. of the new Harris/Biden administration, the economy is starting to tank again. Millions of Americans are out of work. Hundreds of thousands of small businesses are closed, some permanently. Millions of Americans are homeless and hungry. With all that, all the Americans that are suffering due to a pandemic that was set upon the world by China, President Joe Biden is opening our borders to hundreds of thousands of illegals, none of which are vaccinated against COVID and they won’t be checked. The Harris/Biden administration is borrowing trillions of dollars from China for Democrat pet projects, foreign countries, and a very small pittance to the American people.

While Democrat Congressmen/women call for, condone and encourage rioting, looting, arson, assault, and anti-police actions in major cities across the nation, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi files an article of impeachment against the outgoing President, Donald Trump, for inciting insurrection. With the breaching of the Capitol Building during the confirmation of the electoral vote, a couple of hundred people entered the Capitol Building with the intent to stop the process after a rally President Trump had. At least that is what the media is wanting us to believe. What has come to light is that the incursion was pre-planned days in advance and that several of the people were registered Democrats and Biden supporters.

How, or why, did Ms. Pelosi file this article? It is her belief, so she says, that Trump incited an insurrection by calling for his rally participants to PEACEFULLY AND PATRIOTICALLY go to the Capitol and protest. The impeachment in the House lasted two hours, there was no investigation, no witnesses, no input from the Trump people, and very little debate. In other words: absolutely no due process. It was after the article was filed that information came out that the incursion was pre-planned, it started before Trump finished speaking, and it would have taken up to an hour and a half after the rally before anyone there could have gotten to the Capitol.

Over the last year, the left has been at war with conservatives. Social media has permanently banned Donald Trump. Any speech that comes close to questioning the 2020 election results is shut down. Democrat congressmen/women have called for the removal of any representative that called for an investigation into the 2020 election fraud. CNN has called for the removal of FoxNews from airing. Any speech that doesn’t exactly conform to the left’s way of thinking is censored. Critical racial thinking, LGBTQ+ ideology, and globalism is the only speech allowed without question.

The Democrats control the White House, the House of Representatives, and, with Kamala Harris as the tie breaker, the Senate. They are making no false claims of Americanism. The whole Democrat ideology is being forced down the throat of every American through Executive Action. President Biden is signing EO after EO, not using the Constitutionally legal way to legislate. He must undo everything Trump did as quickly as possible.

Due process is gone unless it is a liberal that is being questioned. Fraud and corruption are allowed as long as it benefits the left. Conservative speech is censored. Protest is outlawed for conservatives, but rioting is allowed for liberals. Being white is being a racist and white supremacist. Questioning the right over anything is fine but to question a liberal over blatant and open criminality is not allowed. All a person needs to do is go along with the left and everything will be fine.

With the Biden’s known connection with the Communist Chinese government and the Ukrainian government; Mitch McConnell’s connection with the Communist Chinese government; Eric Swalwell’s love affair with a Chinese spy; and who knows how many other government employees or elected officials have foreign ties, when does treason come into the equation? These people are compromised and, as in the case of Eric Swalwell, have access to national secrets. Congress, and the Deep State are a threat to our National Security! For god’s sake we need to get rid of these people.

America is not a racist nation. America is not consumed with white supremacy. America is not the world’s sugar daddy. America, like every other country in the world, has had its problems, and still does. That does not make America bad. The Founders instituted a unique form a government of, by, and for the people. Why? To form a more perfect Union. We are not perfect, but we are constantly working on becoming more perfect. America is the best country in the world. We are the freest nation. We have a way to go to overcome the problems we have. The biggest problem we have is a political party that hates America and what she stands for. The Democrat Party is America’s most dangerous enemy; the enemy within.

Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death

 

His Royal Highness, President Joseph Biden’s first two weeks in office have shown exactly where his loyalties lie. In his first two weeks he has signed approximately 38 Executive Orders. Some, pertaining to the COVID-19 planned-demic are to help the American people stay afloat for a couple of months and keep the vaccinations going into arms. Most are anti-American, pro-foreign policy.

How, you ask, are they anti-American and pro-foreign? That question is easily answered with terminating the Keystone XL pipeline and border wall. These two EOs terminated tens of thousands of good paying Union jobs with the stroke of a pen. Overnight. Literally. With another stroke of his pen he re-entered the United States into the Paris Climate Accord and the Iran Nuclear Deal. Both will cost the American taxpayers billions of dollars. The worst part of these EOs is that they are not debated or voted on in Congress. He is legislating from the Oval Office. This is not how laws are made in America. That is how dictators rule.

No other President in the history of our nation has signed so many Executive Orders in so short a time. While President Joe is signing documents, some of which he doesn’t even know what they are, Congress is legislating laws that will put the nation even further into debt (which China owns most of) and making sure the American Communist Party (formerly known as Democrat Party) doesn’t lose another election.

The first two Coronavirus stimulus bills added up to around 5 TRILLION dollars. How much of that went to the American people that are out of work, losing their businesses, confined to their homes, etc. because of the planned-demic called COVID-19? Less than 25%. Billions were given to special interests, unions, contributors to the DNC, and billions more went to foreign countries. 15 million went to Pakistan for, get this, gender studies. Approximately 4 TRILLION dollars were spent on things OTHER than helping the American People.

Now, President Joe wants another almost 2 TRILLION dollars for another stimulus so that he can help out more contributors and special interests. The National Debt, most of which is owned by China, is at the 30 TRILLION-dollar mark. And the Democrat run states are still on lock-down, kids are still not allowed to go to school in person, businesses are still closed, and the economy is still tanking. Who is going to pay for this? How is it going to be paid? If people are not working, they are not making any money. No money means that taxes are not getting paid. No taxes, no National income to pay for anything.

Yep! The Harris/Biden Administration is off to grand start. President Joe is proving how great a President Donald Trump was. At least the ACP is in charge and is going to make America Communist.

Free speech is under attack. The main-stream media is owned by the Left. The right to keep and bear arms is under attack. Due Process no longer exists for conservative politicians, after all, Trump was impeached without witnesses, counsel, investigation, or debate.

Jan 20, the day he was inaugurated:

Rescinded Trump’s 1776 Commission (a project to bring America’s actual history back to light) and endorsing the 1619 Project (which promotes how bad America is because of slavery)

Revoked Trump’s plan to exclude noncitizens from the census (which makes the deep blue states more powerful by adding millions of people to the population)

Prohibiting workplace discrimination in the federal government (which there are already LAWS for this)

Created a COVID-19 response coordinator who will report directly to the president (not against this, just more money spent on another government position)

Revoked Trump’s 2017 Interior Enforcement EO which broadened the categories of illegal aliens subject for removal, and restarted the Secure Communities program and supports the federal 287(g) deportation program (in other words – he isn’t going to deport illegals, no matter what)

Launched a government-wide initiative directing every federal agency to review its state of racial equity and deliver an action plan within 200 days to address any disparities in policies and programs (there is SOOOOO much wrong in this one. First of all, there is a huge difference between ‘equality’ and ‘equity.’ Equality give everyone the same access; equity gives everyone the same outcome. If there are disparities in policies and programs within the Federal Government, then the government is breaking its own laws. If it’s because minorities aren’t advancing or being hired as quickly as white people, maybe they aren’t getting, or have, the qualifications)

Extended the pause on student loan payments and nationwide restriction on evictions and foreclosures (Ok, here’s the deal on this: OPEN THE DAMN COUNTRY UP SO PEOPLE CAN GO BACK TO WORK! And, as far as student loans – you signed a bloody contract stating that you would repay money borrowed. I do NOT want to pay for YOUR loans when I paid for my own)

Created an equitable data working group to make sure federal data reflects the country’s diverse makeup and direct the Office of Management and Budget to allocate more federal resources to underserved communities (instead of spending more money on useless committees and programs, start spending LESS money on illegals and other wasteful spending in the Democrat-controlled cities and states that are so far in debt and NOT helping minorities)

Canceled the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline (way to go, Joe! Killed tens of thousands of good paying union jobs with the stroke of a pen and tens of thousands more of indirect jobs!)

Ended the building of the border wall and terminated Trump’s national emergency declaration concerning illegal migration (again, Joe doesn’t care about National Security and WANTS illegal migration into the country so that the ACP has a wider, stronger voter base. Not to mention the child trafficking, drug trafficking, and other criminality the wall helped to curb)

Reversed Trump’s travel ban from countries of predominately Muslim religion (no, he banned travel from predominately TERRORIST countries. He can’t help it that most terrorists are Muslim. Besides, Obama banned travel from the SAME countries)

Declared Jan 20 as National Day of Unity (just another government paid holiday. There is no unity coming from the Harris/Biden administration)

Directed the Office of Management and Budget to make recommendations to modernize regulatory processes (not sure what this means except it is just more money spent on another useless project)

Extended the deferred deportation of Liberians through end of June 2022 (so, we aren’t deporting ANYONE anymore)

Strengthened the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) for certain illegal aliens who were brought to the US as children (DACA is NOT a Constitutional Law. It was never debated or voted on in Congress. The little tykes were brought over here by illegal migrants and are here illegally. MOST of them have had enough time to apply for citizenship and go through the legal channels but haven’t. SEND THEM BACK)

Jan 21:

Order to identifY supplies and accelerate the production of supplies needed to respond to the coronavirus pandemic, including vaccines and ppe (didn’t Trump do this?)

Order stating support for reopening schools (I agree 100% with this. Time to get the kids back to learning)

Called on OSHA to issue guidelines on COVID-19 for workplaces and establish an enforcement program for violations (in other words – the planned-demic isn’t going away anytime soon even though it isn’t near as bad as what the mainstream media and the government would like us to believe)

Order to require mask-wearing on certain modes of transportation and for international travelers to the US (gotta keep those faces covered! Paper and cloth masks do absolutely NOTHING to prevent coronavirus. The ONLY effective masks against this are the N95 which are made to work for infectious disease)

Order to encourage acceleration of the production of treatments for coronavirus and expansion of access to therapies (again, didn’t Trump do this?)

Established a COVID-19 testing board to increase test supply and bring manufacturing of tests to the US (Trump’s Project Warp Speed did this without creating another useless government committee)

Order directing the government to examine and prevent inequities in health care and services for communities of color and other marginalized groups, established with HHS a COVID-19 Health Equity task force (once again, here is the race card being played. If minority communities are being forgotten about, that is on the STATES in which it is happening. Maybe we should start a committee or task force to police those states and cities that are neglecting those of color, like New York City, Detroit, Baltimore, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Los Angeles, etc)

Enhanced data collection and sharing among governmental agencies to strengthen public health infrastructure (another committee, agency, task force to do the job of the states)

Directed FEMA to cover states’ costs for the National Guard to assist in pandemic response (Isn’t the National Guard paid for by the States?)

Jan 22:

Restored collective bargaining power for federal employees, and directed the Office of Personnel Management to provide recommendations for achieving a $15 minimum wage for federal workers (what FEDERAL workers only make minimum wage? Most are OVER paid)

Promoted assistance for federal agencies to individuals, families, and small businesses amid the COVID-19 pandemic (I guess I can’t complain about this – other than just opening up the country so people can go back to work instead of spending billions of dollars on welfare payments due to a Government induced chaos)

Jan 25:

Reversed Trump’s policy to ban transgender people from serving in the military (I don’t care if you want to be something you’re not but trying to fight on a battlefield while taking meds for your mental condition isn’t exactly safe for your co-soldiers)

Committed to investing in American companies and closing loopholes ‘that allow companies to offshore production and jobs while still qualifying for domestic preferences.’ (OK, Joe, that’s why you’re killing American jobs, the American economy, giving back the oil industry to Russia, China, and the Middle East)

Suspended the entry of noncitizens to the US who were present in certain regions in the 14 days prior to their attempted entry, including: the Schengen Area, the UK (excluding overseas territories outside of Europe), the Republic of Ireland, the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the Republic of South Africa (from what I’ve heard these are hard hit COVID countries so I don’t disagree with keeping most out)

Jan 26:

Directed the phase-out of private prisons by not renewing contracts from the DOJ. The order does not apply to other federal agencies, such as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (OK. So what are you going to do with all the criminals? You want to defund the Police and that would include corrections officers, right? Oh, hang on! You’re releasing all those people that are rapists, murderers, gang members…)

Order condemning racism and xenophobia against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in response to the coronavirus, and instruction the DHHS to consider best practices to mitigate language in guidance that could further racism (I didn’t know that Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders were being harassed about COVID and mitigating language is against the First Amendment right of FREE SPEECH)

Directed agencies to mitigate racial bias in federal housing policies ( again, there are already laws prohibiting this)

Recommitted the government to respecting tribal sovereignty (The Indian tribe’s sovereignty shouldn’t have been messed with to begin with. They were here before us and the Federal Government screwed them royally. THEY are the ones that need, and are getting, paid for what was done, and is still being done, to them)

Jan 27:

Elevated climate change as a national security concern and committing to the goal of conservation goals (I really can’t find the words strong enough to voice my opinion on this. Climate change is cyclical on this planet. Nothing we do is going to change it. As for it being a national security concern – only a feckin idiot would see it that way. As for conservation goals – Ask any farmer about that, he’ll help you out, Joe)

Established the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (another useless committee that will cost the taxpayer more and more money)

Jan 28:

Strengthened the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid by directing agencies to review any policies that may hind access to the ACO and recommending the opening of a three-month enrollment period for uninsured Americans (ObamaCare is a failed program that needs to be eliminated not strengthened. The only people that can afford it are the ones that don’t work and aren’t paying for medical insurance. As for the rest of us – totally unaffordable)

Reversed Trump’s ‘Mexico City Policy’ that blocked funding to groups that include abortion services or information in their family-planning programs, and suggesting the reconsideration of policies that ‘impose undue restrictions on the use of Federal funds or women’s access to complete medical information.’ (I have no problem with NEEDED medical care for poor women. I do have a problem with the Federal Government subsidizing adolescent and poor women’s abortions. Try subsidizing ADOPTION, which is out of reach for a lot of people, instead of abortion)

Fed 2:

Reestablished an Obama-era task force, the Task Force on New Americans, to help integrate immigrants into American communities. The order will also call on government agencies to conduct a review of regulations and policies that create barriers for legal immigration (As long as those immigrants are LEGALLY here, this would be a pretty good thing. If it is for integrating ILLEGALS into the country then it is just another way to screw the American people)

Introduced an interagency task force to reunify families by identifying the children and parents or guardians who were separated at the border, facilitating reunification and then creating a report on recommendations to ensure the federal government does not have policies in place that separate families (Just a little question here; if these kids were separated from their FAMILIES, wouldn’t you think those parents or guardians would be trying to get those kids back? If the government has to go find the parents/guardians and try to reunify them with kids, maybe those parents/guardians aren’t really family)

Created a framework addressing the underlying causes of migration to the US southern border from mostly Central American countries, and work with foreign governments and organizations to create opportunities to process migrants seeking asylum in that region (Does it really matter WHY? It’s NOT the United States responsibility to support the world or figure out every country’s problems. Stop the illegal migration by any means necessary. Up to, and including, shooting those people as they illegally cross the border. Most importantly: QUIT INVITING THEM IN!!!!)

 

Unfortunately, We, the People, have lost our voice in government. How? Very easily: we allowed the same vermin to sit in power for decades and become more and more powerful, elitist, untouchable. We, the People, keep voting these same parasites into office cycle after cycle. When we FINALLY get a man into the White House that will fight for the American people, for our rights, our freedoms, our country, what happens? The elitist establishment, the Deep State, fight him from day one on everything he does; they concoct crimes to impeach him; the continually investigate him and everyone around him; they impeach him for a crime that didn’t happen; finally they commit fraud and corruption to win an election to oust him and impeach him again to try to keep him from running again, ever.

Yes, Patriots, it is we, the People, that have allowed this. There was a time when politicians that committed crimes such as has been going on over the last several decades would be tarred, feathered, and run out on a rail. Now, they are re-elected, vote themselves raises, and celebrated by a brainwashed population.

If we have any hope at all of keeping our God-given, Constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms then we, the People, must fight back, take back, our government. We must never allow politicians, or the government, to gain so much power as to be able to control us. The Constitution limits the Federal Government to where it is weak and small when it comes to the everyday business of the country. It is the STATES, and the PEOPLE, that have the power. It’s time to get back to what the Founders intended. NOW! There is no time left. With the Democrats (now known as the American Communist Party) in total control of the White House, the House of Representatives, and the Senate, there may not be another fair and honest election. We, the People, must make sure that no political party has this kind of power and control over us.

Peaceful protest. Civil disobedience. These are the right way of doing things. Even President Trump used every legal strategy before saying that there would be a new administration. He did NOT concede. We MUST use the legal system first. We MUST use non-violent means first. If those fail, then it is our RESPONSIBILITY to forcibly take our country back. It must be NOW. Tomorrow is too late.
