The Storm is Closer Than They Think

 We've been hearing, and saying, for months, even years, that a storm is coming; that it is on the horizon. No one has heeded that warning. Far-left radicals have continued their ceaseless attacks on the Constitution, the economy, our rights, and our freedoms. The blatant hypocrisy of the left when it comes to the Rule of Law is unheard of in our American history. Political persecution runs rampant through our nation's capitol and even throughout the individual states. The storm is not coming – it is here.

When did the downfall of American values, morals, and patriotism actually start its decline? If you read through actual American history, it started just before the American Revolution. There were only a handful of colonists that wanted to be free from British rule. The “Regulars” outnumbered the Rebels by quite a bit. They thought it best to stay protected by a tyrannical king that lived across the ocean. A king that didn't give the colonies a second thought except for taxing them more and more. If you are a patriot, someone that went to school before the 'enlightenment' of radical anti-Americanism took over the government-run school system, someone that has read the founding documents of this great nation, etc., then you know the reasons that those few men knew that the colonies had to be free from the abuses of power King George lauded over them.

It wasn't for transient purposes that people like Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, James Madison, etc. put their lives on the line to free the colonies from the government abuse. Those men knew that there were certain unalienable rights that were granted by the Creator that no government should infringe upon: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. It took months of deliberation to set on parchment a set of laws for what a centralized government should, and shouldn't, do. That document, probably the most important document in our history, no, in the history of the World, became the Constitution of the United States of America.

The Supreme Court, under Chief Justice John Marshall, heard the case of McCulloch v Maryland and ruled on 6 March 1819. If you don't know what that suit was about, in a nutshell, Secretary of the Trueasury Alexander Hamilton believed that there needed to be a federal bank so that the government could collect taxes and pay bills. President George Washington signed into law a federal bank in 1791. That being done, it was against the law for a state to tax that bank. Maryland tried to and thus came about the suit that went to Marshall's Court. The Court unanimously agreed that the second Bank of the United States was exempt from taxation. This decision gave to Congress much more power than the Founders had thought it would have.

In the written opnion, Justice Marshall wrote: ““The subject is the execution of those great powers on which the welfare of a nation essentially depends,” Marshall said. “It must have been the intention of those who gave these powers, to insure, as far as human prudence could insure, their beneficial execution. This could not be done by confiding the choice of means to such narrow limits as not to leave it in the power of Congress to adopt any which might be appropriate, and which were conducive to the end.”

Additionally, Marshall wrote, states “have no power, by taxation or otherwise, to retard, impede, burden, or in any manner control, the operations of the constitutional laws enacted by Congress to carry into execution the powers vested in the general government. The first years of this country were not without its difficulties. There was accusations of falsified elections, deflection of votes so one candidate would win over another, etc. It has to be said here that when the country was young, the People didn't vote for Senators, didn't vote for electors, the Representatives voted for President out of the ones running and the winner was the one with the most votes and Vice President was the one with the next most votes. Unlike today, the Presidential candidate didn't choose a running mate that won along with him. If you haven't read any American history, you'll say this isn't the way it was. If you have studied actual American history, you'll know I'm right.

So, when did the storm first appear? In the early days of our nation. With some of the Founding Fathers. The ones that debated and argued over what should and shouldn't be in Constitution. The Federalists and the anti federalists were still arguing long after the Constitution was ratified by the States. Today, that argument persists. Now, it is between two parties that are actually fighting for the same thing in Congress. They both want to retain the power they have and they both want to control the People of the country. The only difference between the two, today, is that the Republicans are trying to convince the People that they are the good guys, the ones fighting for our rights and freedoms whereas the Democrats are making no mistake about the fact that they want to socialize the country into a Socialist/Communist shithole 'for the good of the People.'

As in the early days, the People of this country are brain-dead sheep being led to slaughter by the smooth words of charismatic politicians and the propaganda fueled by mainstream and social media. Freedom of the Press to write whatever they want is a God-given, Constitutionally guaranteed right. As Uncle Ben told Peter Parker as young Peter was struggling with his new-found spider-powers, “With great power comes great responsibility.” The same goes for the Press. With the power of Press there is an even greater responsibility to the People to report the truth, the facts, not opinion and propaganda. This government-controlled media is ensuring that the storm comes a little faster.

Anyone born before 1980 has known more freedom, more liberty, and exercised more of their Constitutionally guaranteed rights than anyone born after. Why? Those born before the 'enlightenment' of the Democratic Socialists, the anti-Americanism of the far-left radicals, know what their rights and freedoms are. We were taught that in a school system that actually taught American and World history, not this watered down, anti-capitalist, anti-America, CRT, pro-LGBTAIA+ 160 thousand gender crap that is being pushed today. Remember, those born in the 1930s-1970s actually lived through what they are rewriting to make America and Americans look bad.

The storm is much nearer than the far-left realize. We, the People, are getting extremely tired of the anti-Americanism being pushed by the left. We are tired of our rights and freedoms being infringed upon. We are tired of history being rewritten. We are Americans, not globalists. We are America First, not America last. That's the way we were taught, the way we lived, the way it should be. And we are to the point where it will be that way again come hell or high water.

When terrorist organizations like Antifa and BLM are allowed to riot, loot, burn, and assault innocents without repercussions while peaceful patriots are hunted down and imprisoned for nothing, there is a huge problem. That is called 'political persecution.' That is not what we do in a civilized nation. That comes from dictatorships and banana republics. When the nation's leaders are placed into power instead of legally and fairly being elected, that is not the American way. That happens in Russia, North Korea, China, Venezuela, etc. When a government does everything it can to destroy a nation's economy, sovereignty, identity, etc., that government needs to be replaced with one that puts the nation, and its people, first before any other.

Yes, the storm is no longer on the horizon. It is just a little way off. November is just a few months away and then the left will see just what the American people are made of. Yes, they will lie, they will cheat, they will try to steal this election like they did in 2020. We know their tactics. We know just how low they will go to get their way. We also know that the career politicians in DC and the state governments will do nothing about it. We, the People, will do whatever it takes to get our country back from the hands and influence of the anti-American Democratic Socialists and Communists that have invaded the hallowed halls of Congress and the White House. We will prevail. We will not go quietly into the night as they believe we will. They can take our lives but they will never take our freedom!

Random Thoughts and Questions

 Just a few questions that I've been pondering for a while:

Why doesn't the installed Commander-in-Chief give actual military help to Ukraine? Bombs and missiles are great. Weapons and ammo are great. How about a no-fly zone or give them some mothballed jets that they are so desperately needing? Saying that it would escalate the conflict is just an excuse. After all, if our old buddy, Vlad, is bent on WWIII he'll come up with a reason one way or another. The war is already started, with no thanks to Joseph Robinette Biden, who could have kept it from happening if he would have acted a year ago instead of being a junior partner and leading from the rear.

What is going to be the 'red line' in the Russia/Ukraine war that will bring the NATO nations into that conflict whole-heartedly? Is it when there are no more Ukrainians left? When Putin decides to use chemical agents? Or does he have to actually push the button before the free world steps in and actually does something? Thousands of innocent lives are being lost because of a threat that Putin will use his nukes. He's going to use them. Get that through your heads. Even if Ukraine loses, totally, he won't stop there. It's already reported that he's bombed Belarus to force them into the war. He's took over Crimea, he's said he wants Moldova. He's even been heard to say that he wants to reinstate the old Soviet Union. He WILL use whatever he has to achieve his goals. That is Vladimir Putin.

Why aren't we securing our own borders yet sending millions of taxpayer dollars to secure Pakistan's border? While millions of illegals flood our nation from the south, our esteemed Congress has included in the newest, passed, 1.5 Trillion dollar bill millions to help Pakistan. Not to mention the millions for gender studies in Pakistan.

With the shear number of illegals that cross our Southern Border daily, without being molested in any way, who knows who these people are? The ones that are 'caught' aren't even vetted in any way; just loaded up and transported into the interior of our nation to never be seen again (unless arrested for a crime). These people could be terrorists, drug dealers, human traffickers, murderers, rapists, etc. Some have already been arrested for such crimes. Why is our border still wide open?

With the present administration spending millions upon millions of taxpayer dollars on illegal aliens, why do they not allocate money for our own homeless citizens, including our military heroes, the American veteran? While illegals get posh digs and treated like royalty, thousands of our vets are living on the streets going hungry. There are thousands of homeless and hungry American families that could use just a little help.

Why is it ok to buy oil from other countries but not use American oil? If the woke crowd, the climate change zealots, and the anti-fossil fuels people are so ardent believers that fossil fuels are the downfall of humanity, wouldn't it mean that ALL oil is bad? Why is it just AMERICAN oil is bad?

Under the Trump Administration we had energy independence. In fact, we were a net exporter of oil. Gas prices were relatively low, under $2.00 in most places. Now, since the Biden Administration has undone all that Trump did, we are energy dependent (on our enemies) and gas has skyrocketed, over $7.00 in California and averaging around the $5.00 mark in most of the rest of the country. Because of these exorbitant costs, commodities, groceries, everything, has skyrocketed in price. Inflation is at an all time high. Why does our mentally-challenged, geriatric Commander-in-Chief just sit there and refuse to make policy that would help? Open the Keystone Pipeline, cut the red tape on drilling, open federal land for oil exploration and drilling, allow drilling in the Gulf. Why will he not do it? Is he so afraid of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her Squat Squad that he won't help the people that supposedly voted him into office?

Why is race, gender, and sexual orientation more of a requirement to hold appointed office than actual qualifications? We have a transvestite Deputy Director of Health and Human Services. A gay Secretary of Transportation. A disgruntled Attorney General. A press secretary that always has to circle back and won't answer any real questions with any kind of straight answer. Those are the ones right off the top of my head. NONE of the present administration is qualified for the jobs they hold. Most were appointed because of their race, gender, sexual orientation, or former jobs under Obama (and that doesn't bode well for keeping our freedoms and rights).

As for elected officials, there is the mentally-challenged, geriatric himself that can't put an intelligent sentence together without a teleprompter (and that is only on his good days), a Vice President that screwed her way into politics and can only laugh at serious questions put to her. A few Congressmen that don't even know what the Constitution says, much less means. An economic major bartender, a Somalian refugee, a Palestinian, and a racist black woman that openly despises American ideology and our capitalist economy.

We have a geriatric Communist from Vermont. A drunk, a liar, a racist, and one that had a Chinese spy working for her from California. We have one that had a long term affair with a Chinese spy that informed her she was being investigated. A senator that has strong Chinese ties through his wife (whose family is the biggest shipping company in China). I don't think the Founders intended for our elected officials to represent foreign nations instead of the American people. Why are they still there?

Our Commander-in-Chief is compromised. His son has strong ties to China, Russia, Ukraine, and Romania. The Biden family has made millions of dollars from Communist and Socialist nations. Nations that hate America. Nations that don't believe in human rights. Why was he even nominated?

NATO wouldn't allow Ukraine to become a member because of the corruption in their government. Show me a government anywhere in the world that isn't corrupt. Any one? Our own government is so corrupt that the Founders would be starting another revolution if they were alive today. Why do we, the PEOPLE, allow this? Why is it that incumbents always get re-elected? What happened to American pride, patriotism, exceptionalism, and love of country above all else?

Everyone wants to be a patriot until it's time to do patriotic things. We can't even trust the election system now since the Democrats got away with blatant, open cheating in 2020. Don't argue with me. No one would even LOOK at the evidence because it was so bloody important that Joe Biden win. Who actually won the election? Who is actually running the country? I'd venture a guess that it is our old nemesis, Barry Sotoero (aka Barack Obama).

I can answer all these questions quite simply: The present administration doesn't want Ukraine to win. To do so would piss off Vlad to the point where he just might push the button. So, our esteemed, omniscient government has decided to give token help to Ukraine to make it look good but not enough to win.

The rest of the questions? Because our government is no longer of, by, and for the people of America. They are hell bent on keeping power over the people and keeping their lavish, elitist lifestyles.

Open your eyes, America. We are in the declining years of a once great nation.

A Rebuttal to the SOTU address of JR Biden

 Well, well, well. “President” Joseph Robinette Biden gave his first State of the Union address this past Tuesday night. What a performance! What theatrics! What a load of bullschtein (as Andrew Wilkow would call it)!

Our feckless leader talked a little about the war in Ukraine, a little about Bidenflation, very little about the southern border and the economy, and a lot about his communist agenda. After all, why would he want to excite the American people?

When he spoke of the Russian invasion of Ukraine he talked about the corruption and tyranny of Russia and how that couldn't stand. What about the corruption and tyranny that he, and his comrades, are putting on the American people? What about his dealings with Russia, China, Romania, and Ukraine? What about the shady deals his son, Hunter, has been involved with for years with Communist and oppressive governments (simply because his last name is Biden)? His words were hollow and held absolutely no substance.

He said he was doing all he could to help the American people with inflation and high gas prices. Really? How so, Uncle Joe? You're still buying Russian oil and refuse to open US drilling and the KeystoneXL pipeline. When you say that business has to lower cost, not wages, how are they supposed to do that when materials are so expensive? I have an idea: OPEN THE KEYSTONEXL AND STOP BUYING RUSSIAN OIL!

How about the southern border? You say you want it secure. Secure from what/who? You think that surveillance cameras and other tech is going to stop the invasion of millions of illegals? You think that scanners are going to stop the human trafficking and drug smuggling? Instead of saying what you think independent and conservative voters want to hear, try doing something about these problems. After all, I can't hear your words because your actions speak so loud. Unless you're willing to close the border, build the wall, and deport the millions of illegals that are bringing who-knows-what into the country, your words mean nothing.

Last week, Volodymyr Zelensky gave an impassioned speech to the European Union council, begging for help to keep Ukraine alive. What did he get? A standing ovation that lasted a minute and ten seconds. Big deal! Even the interpreter was overcome with emotion from what Zelensky said. Standing ovations are great for political speeches, entertainment performances, feats of great athletic ability. When an entire nation is on the verge of being annihilated, applause is not what is needed. Arms, humanitarian aid, a willingness to actually give something of yourself is what is needed.

The Ukrainian people are fighting, not just for their country but, for their very existence. They are fighting to keep democracy and freedom alive. They are fighting for everything that the West supposedly stands for. While we are so quick to run and try to change the way the Middle East is run and bring democracy and freedom to them, we refuse to fight to keep those things in a country on the verge of returning to tyranny and oppression.

Does it matter that our old buddy Putin threatened nuclear war? Is he really that deranged that he would be set on mutual destruction? Would he really start WWIII over Ukraine? Maybe. Would it be worth it? My humble and unasked for opinion is a resounding YES! WWIII is coming anyway. Putin won't stop at Ukraine. He will continue on into the Baltic countries and beyond and China will go into Taiwan. These are facts. WWIII has already started. Shouldn't we at least start playing in the game instead of being bystanders and let them run over us anyway? The EU, Great Britain, and most of Eastern Europe are already calling us, the United States of America, the last bastion of liberty, a JUNIOR PARTNER in the Ukrainian war. A bloody junior partner! Aren't we supposed to be the leaders of the free world? Aren't we supposed to be the ones at the forefront for liberty and freedom? Only Joe Biden (and probably Barry Sotoero, aka Barack Obama) could make us a junior partner on this.

While the world is so afraid of starting another world war, Ukraine is being destroyed, obliterated, erased from history. Why should we worry about millions of people half a world away? What does Ukraine have that the US could possibly want or need? Does it really matter that Putin is committing war crimes by shelling civilians and using weapons banned by the rest of the world? I guess we don't care other than lip service and sending minimal supplies. It doesn't matter that Putin has gotten away with using illegal means many, many times before. Besides, what is the UN going to do about it? Label him a war criminal and leave it at that? It's not like they are going to drag him to New York to UN headquarters and try him.

The sanctions aren't working fast enough, even if they would work at all. Even SWITZERLAND has gotten involved by freezing all Russian money held there. What has it done? Putin has ratcheted up his attacks on the Ukrainian people. He's razed the countryside and cities. He's killed thousands of civilians. It's past time to actually do something for these people. All these sanctions should have been used BEFORE Putin invaded; not after.

There, my rant over Ukraine is done, at least temporarily. I could go on but it would be useless. I'll go back to more domestic issues like our economy, Bidenflation, the southern border.

Under the Trump administration we had a booming economy, energy independence, low unemployment, higher wages, higher employment for women and minorities, and we had a much more secure southern border. Mr. I'm-going-to-undo-everything-Trump-did Biden did just that: undid everything Trump had accomplished. Granted, we had the China released/US backed Chinavirus plannedemic to contend with but, everything else is all on Joe.

Day one, almost as soon as he was inaugurated, Mr. Joe Biden shut down the KeystoneXL pipeline insuring that thousands lost their jobs and our energy independence went out the window. Jenn PotatoChips-Saki said that there were 9,000 leases that weren't being used for oil drilling. I don't know if that is so or not but I question everything that comes from the present regime. I have come to understand that oil companies buy a block of leases at a time and that a lot of them are useless; like about 90 % of them. The oil companies also have to worry about government regulations that are being put into place every day. So, the 9,000 leases that are out there are basically just a way for the government to put off questions about opening up our oil industry again.

Because of the plannedemic, our economy was shut down, hundreds of businesses shuttered, some permanently. Hundreds of thousands went without work. We were under totalitarian mandates of social distancing and useless mask wearing. The world hung on every word of the egotistical, maniacal Dr. Anthony Fauci; a man that has been wrong about every infectious disease since AIDS. Depending on what the polls were indicating, the 'science' changed from one mask, to no mask, to two masks, to no mask, and no one knew what was actually going on- except Dr. Anthony Fauci.

At the onset the Democrat controlled states demanded that Trump supply ventilators and other necessary equipment but refused to do what he asked. What did the President do? New York was demanding more than anyone and California came in a close second so, Trump in his generosity, expeditiously sent naval medical ships and mobile hospitals. After all, the hospitals were overrun with Covid patients and they needed medical help.

What happened? The ships and medical tents remained empty. Ventilators went unused. Nurses and doctors in these 'overrun' hospitals kept saying that they had plenty of beds for patients. It was propaganda and lies from the left to create as much panic and chaos as they could. This has gone on for two years after a fifteen day flatten the curve narrative. It wasn't until this year, an election year, and the polls show the Democrats way behind that our old Uncle Joe decided to lift the mask mandates and quit pushing for the vaccination. In fact, it was the day before the State of the Union address that the mandate for masks was lifted from Washington, DC. Coincidence? I think not! Optics? Indubitably.

All in all, I can only say that the present regime in DC is the most anti-American, anti-capitalist, anti-Constitutional, anti-freedom, anti-liberty, pro-government control, pro-socialist government we have ever had. Even the Obama Administration didn't go as far as this one. I remember a time when America fought against Socialism and Communism. It seems as though in today's world, we elect it to office.

Predictions for the Coming Months in 2022

 

Here are some thoughts, and predictions, for the coming days, weeks, and months.

With our old buddy, Vladimir Putin, having gone against everyone's ideas that he was a good guy by invading Ukraine, what is he going to do next? He's already given a veiled threat of nuclear assault on anyone from the West that would dare interfere with his grand scheme of taking over Ukraine. Will he be insane enough to do it? Hard to tell. After all, no one thought he'd do what he's already done. My thoughts on this are that: yes! He's gone this far why not push the red (pun really not intended) button.

Our feckless leader has already warned us that Russia has the best hackers and that Vlad will try cyber warfare against us by attacking our infrastructure, oil pipelines, banking system, and anything else a hacker can get into. Hmmm! A warning from an anti-American president that has already proven he has no love of the American people. Was that a warning of what our Socialist/Communist government is willing to do to destroy the country even more than it already has? What better way to keep us in chaos and panic than to shut off our electricity, internet, oil (he is still refusing to open the Keystone XL pipeline and allow drilling on federal lands), cell service, and access to our money? If it happens, I'd be looking at Washington, DC instead of Moscow but, the Biden regime will blame Russia.

What will Putin do after he defeats Ukraine? He'll go after Poland, Romania, Latvia, and any other sovereign nation that is close to Russia to re-establish the Soviet Union. THAT, my friends, is his ultimate goal; even if he has to burn the world to do.

Biden has already proven he is a weak, feckless, useless geriatric for a leader of the free world. He has done nothing that would go against anything that Russia and China have done. His so-called sanctions against Russia are nothing that Vlad hasn't put up with before and isn't prepared for. He's still selling US oil as well as most of Europe (thanks to Biden who shut down our energy independence and gave it to Russia).

What else is going to happen around the globe? China is already emboldened because nothing was done when they took Hong Kong and turned it back into a Communist shithole. My prediction there is that they will go into Taiwan and take it over. North Korea, well, the Rocket Man is already testing missiles again and is totally emboldened by Biden's weakness. He's probably going to attack South Korea and attempt long range bombing of US territories, maybe even Hawaii (we can only hope he'd hit Calizuela).

Iraq, Iran, and the rest of the terrorist countries in the Middle East will go all out on attacks against the West, especially the United States.

To wrap this up, learn Russian and Mandarin, maybe a little Arabic; stock up on ammo and freeze-dried food; take your money out of the banks; and prepare for the worst. We've waited too long to take our country back and we will pay the price. Thanks to the weakness of the people, the ferocity of the woke crowd with BLM and Antifa running amok, the open border with millions pouring in every year, our illegitimate government has finished what Barry Sotoero started-- the destruction of the Great Experiment; the downfall of America. Lincoln said it, “America will never be beaten from the outside but from the enemy within.” That is paraphrased but you get the idea. It was great while it lasted.

A Study in American Tyranny

To be fair, the First Amendment gives everyone, including the President, the God-given right to free speech. This means that a person can say whatever they want whether anyone agrees with them or not. I will fight to the death for everyone to keep this right even though the far-left radicals are doing all they can to silence conservative voices. I will even fight to the death for the SCROTUS to keep this right. No matter what.

That being said, I have one complaint, at this time, about something that SCROTUS has said a couple of times; that he would use the full force of the United States Armed Forces, up to and including nuclear weapons, against the people of the United States if they were to pick up arms against his tyrannical regime. He threatened to use NUCLEAR weapons AGAINST the nation he supposed is the leader of. Is this what the USA has gotten to?

It has always been my belief that Third World countries, Communist countries, tyrannical dominions, were the only governments that threatened its own citizens with death and destruction. Mao, Hitler, Mussolini, Chavez, Kim, etc. who were so afraid of losing power that they killed their political opponents were the bad guys. Civilized nations like the United States didn’t do things like that. We took it to the polls, the voting box to make governmental changes. We did not stoop to political assassinations or genocide to keep power.

In today’s world it is different. The United States of America, the freest nation, the beacon of liberty and freedom, has become a tyrannical, Third World, Communist government. After the failed attempt at a coup against the Trump Administration, and the failed impeachment attempts, the far left, radical extremists overthrew an election by corruption and fraud, kept that corruption and fraud from being investigated, placed into power a mentally challenged, frail geriatric and a woman of ill repute as President and Vice President. These two, along with the slim majority in the House of Representatives and the 50/50 count in the Senate, which the Vice President gives the tie breaker vote, have appointed far-left radicals into the highest offices in the nation.

What did Biden do? He placed into offices of great power former Obama officials, unqualified persons for their jobs, anti-Constitution radicals, and self-proclaimed Socialists. The Democrats (and I have a very hard time calling them that because they are NOT Democrats but Communists and Socialists), are pushing far-left radical policies through Congress and if they can’t get it done, SCROTUS is legislating by executive fiat. They want to pack the Supreme Court with far-left liberal judges that will legitimize and make into law their policies that can’t make it through the normal legislative process. All the while, using COVID-19, the border crises (which they created), and extreme violence in major cities (all of which are Democrat controlled and have been for decades) as a means to destroy our God-given, Constitutionally guaranteed rights.

When the Democrats are the minority, they get what they want by screaming and yelling and threatening. Now, since they have the slimmest majority, there is no stopping them. The Republicans in Congress are spineless, feckless, useless pieces of human excrement that will not stand up against the radical left to save their country. The handful that do stand up against this tyranny are chastised by the ones that are in league with the Democrats. It is all just a power grab and a way to keep their cushy jobs in DC. They have done nothing over the last 100 years to keep the left in line with American values, morals, and traditions. I believe they are called RINOS. What they are is nothing more than Democrats in Republican clothing. Get a backbone, Mitch, Lindsey, Mittens, Chuck, etc. Fight for your country, fight for your rights and freedoms, and fight for the people that put you in office.

The left is destroying our country from within with their propagandizing of our children. Now, Critical Race Theory, transgenderism, anti-racism, white supremacy, and a host of other false or failed ideologies are being forced down the throats of our children as young as five years old. And there is not a thing we can do about it because the Teacher’s Union, the Boards of Education, the school faculties aren’t even letting parents know what the curriculum is. Radicals are being hired to teach our children without us having a say. Our tax dollars are paying for our children to be turned against American individualism, exceptionalism, morals, and values. We are paying for our children’s indoctrination into Socialism and Communism against our will.

How is all this happening without the American people stopping it? The far left, the mainstream media, the social media giants, and our beloved Congress are silencing the conservative voices, the voices that disagree with their agenda, the voices that want to stand up for America. With Nazi approved tactics such as reporting anyone with extremists’ views to the authorities (such as reporting pro-America, anti-left posts on Facebook to banning the President, Donald J Trump from social media).

The United States is the greatest country in the world, bar none! We have the best economy, the best standard of living, the greatest freedoms, and we were set up to govern ourselves. The Great Experiment we have been called. The ONLY government in the history of the world that is by, for, and of the people. The problem with that is 245 years ago, the Founding Fathers set up this great experimental government for the nation. We became a nation with a government. Today, that government has become so bloated, so powerful, that we no longer are a nation with a government, we are a government with a nation. Just as every other tyrannical dominion has been throughout history. The people have ceded power to the States, the States have ceded power to the federal government. This is NOT what the Founders had in mind.

Amendment One guarantees us the right to free speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, and the right to address the government for our grievances. These rights do not have stipulations on them. We have the God-given right to say what is on our minds whether it hurts someone’s feeling or not, whether anyone agrees with us or not. We have the God-given right to practice whatever religion we want, or not. The press has the God-given right to print whatever it wants. We have the God-given right to protest, peacefully, for redress of our grievances against the government. The Left is doing all it can to silence the conservative right, the Pro-American voice. They are doing all they can to destroy Christianity and Judaism, the press is owned by the left and will only report what the left wants, suppressing anything anti-left or what will embarrass the left. As for peacefully protesting? Well, as long as it is for the left’s agenda and ideology, anything goes up to, and including, arson and murder. Destroy your cities, take over huge areas of your cities, burn the cities to the ground. As long as it is for the right reason. Twenty thousand people, unarmed, marching on the Capitol Complex in protest of the election, is called an armed insurrection because it goes against the Democrats and their anti-American ideology and agenda.

The handful of people that breached the Capitol were there before Trump’s rally ended. They were not part of the Trump Train. Some have been identified as BLM and Antifa members. These people are what was the armed insurrection even though there were no arms on any of them. They only person that was shot and killed was a protester by the Capitol police. And she was an armed forces member just there to protest the election and walked into the Capitol with several others. There was no violence per se. A broken window, the Speaker’s lectern taken, nothing compared to the BILLIONS of dollars of damage done in Portland, including the Federal Courthouse there, Seattle, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago, New York by rioters committing arson, looting, assault, and yes, even murder.

Amendment Two guarantees us the God-given right to keep and bear arms. The Founders knew that an unarmed populous was a vulnerable populous, easily controlled. The Second Amendment was worded straightforward: The right of the people to keep and bear arms will not be infringed. What has our benevolent government done over the decades? Infringed time and time again on that God-given right to protect ourselves, our families, our property. Now, with the Democrat majority, they are doing all they can to take that right away from us. Why? After, 245 years do they think we need to be disarmed totally? Are they planning something that we would take up arms against them? Maybe like using nuclear weapons and F-15s against us?

If you have not read Karl Marx’ Communist Manifesto or the Rules for Radicals by Saul Alinsky, do it. It will surprise you just how much of these writings that the Democrat Party uses in their agenda and propaganda. I stated that I have a hard time calling it the “Democrat” Party and its members “Democrats.” The reason being is because they are NOT what a Democrat should be. They are Socialists and Communists. There is no Americanism to any of them save a handful. Tulsi Gabbard and Joe Manchin are the only two that come to mind. With 220 members of the House of Representatives and 50 members of the Senate, that is a pretty slim percentage of pro-America members.

Are we able to survive until the 2022 election to put pro-American politicians back into the highest offices in the nation? They can do a lot of damage in that time. They are doing a lot of damage. With our Vice President saying there is no border crisis with hundreds of thousands of illegals crossing the border every month, with CRT and transgenderism running rampant through our states, with Congressmen and women extolling the virtues of silencing the right and committing crimes against the people, and our so-called conservative representatives sitting back on their hands doing nothing, we will be lucky to have a free America left in two years. The bigger question would be this: in two years will the Democrats cheat again to win even more power?

This is a nation with a government OF, BY, and FOR the PEOPLE! Isn’t it time we, the PEOPLE, take it back? 

Who Is Committing Insurrection and Treason

 I have three definitions I’d like to put before you, the American people. Insurrection, that which the far-left liberals in Congress are accusing Trump supporters as enacting; Treason; and Sedition. The later two which, I believe, the far-left administration and almost exactly one-half of the House and Senate are guilty of. Here are the definitions:

Let’s start at the very beginning, that’s a very fine place to start. Nancy Pelosi, AOC, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and a host of other “Democrat” Congressmen have accused the Trump rally attendees of committing an act of insurrection because a handful of idiots, some of which were actually tied to Antifa, decided to storm the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. (Damn that was a long sentence!) What happened that day? The so-called insurrectionists were allowed to enter the Capitol Building by the guards regardless of what the mainstream media is saying as a violent storming. Around 120 people entered the building, broke some windows, sat in Nancy’s chair, etc. but committed no overtly violent acts against anyone. The Capitol Complex guards/police, on the other hand, actually fired shots, killing one protester. Was this an act of insurrection by Trump supporters? Hardly. It was a peaceful protest against the certification of Electoral votes that the majority of the country believed to be fraudulent and corrupt.

The idiots that breached the Capitol were there long before anyone from the rally could have arrived, the bombs that were found were placed at least a day in advance, no weapons were found to be on anyone’s person that were at the protest, and 99% of the protesters stayed outside the building. Sounds like an insurrection to me. Not! There was no ‘violent uprising against any government or authority’ by anyone. At least by anyone connected to Donald J Trump.

Antifa and BLM, on the other hand, have committed insurrection over and over in Seattle, Portland, LA, New York, Minneapolis, Milwaukie, Philadelphia, etc. How? By fire bombing the Federal Courthouse in Portland, setting up autonomous zones, attacking police and federal agents, rioting, looting, assaulting people, and committing arson because they didn’t like the Trump Administration; were encouraged by members of Congress; and condoned by mayors and governors because of their hatred for President Donald J Trump.

The governors of Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona were complicit in illegal election law changes by changing said laws without the consent of the legislatures of said states. The sole responsibility of election laws is in the hands of the state’s LEGISLATURES; not governors, secretaries of state, or state attorneys general. Yet, there was no fraud or corruption in the 2020 election. This, in and of itself, is not insurrection but is damn close. These occurrences are more in line with treason and sedition.

How can I state that I believe the Harris/Biden Administration, almost half of the House of Representatives, and exactly half of the Senate are committing treason and/or sedition? Easily and without losing any sleep in my convictions. Just take a look at the first day of the new administration. The first act of the new president was to end the Keystone XL pipeline killing tens of thousands of jobs and ending our energy independence, handing that over to China and Russia. He also ended the building of the border wall and invited millions of illegals into the country with impunity; this was on day one, January 20, 2020 right after the inauguration. Joe Biden stated that the ‘America First’ policies were over and we were back in the global set. The 117^th Congress, along with the Harris/Biden Administration, has undone everything that Donald Trump had accomplished. If it was backed by Trump they ended it, or called it their own. Everything that has been done since 20 January has been anti-American, anti-Israel, anti-Constitution, pro-illegal, pro-China, pro-Russia, pro-Iran, pro-Marxist.

With hundreds of thousands of illegals storming the southern border, all Joe Biden can do is claim that climate change has to be addressed, China cannot be blamed for the Coronavirus, and Donald Trump must be blamed for everything. In the first 100 days of his ‘administration’ of this country, Joseph Robinett Biden spent over six trillion dollars and is wanting to spend over six trillion more. On what, you ask? Covid relief in the form of billions of dollars being sent overseas on wasteful spending, giving Americans a monthly stipend for having kids, paying American workers to sit on their butts instead of working, spending tens of millions for 5-star accommodations for illegals. Is this what the American taxpayer wants their tax money spent on?

This is treason against the country. Not only has the new ‘administration’ broken its’ oath of office but the ‘Democrat’ members of Congress have also. They are doing everything they can to silence the conservative voice which is against the First Amendment, disarm the American citizens through regulation if not outright dismantling the Second Amendment, HR1 and SB1 are aimed at taking the electoral process out of the hands of the States and federalizing the election process. These all go directly AGAINST the Constitution of the United States of America which they all swore to protect and uphold.

The far-left have embraced the violent terrorist groups Antifa and BLM. BLM has nothing to do with Black Lives as stated in the name: Black Lives Matter. Their website states that they are trained Marxists. Both groups have committed arson, looting, rioting, assault, and even murder. These groups are endorsed by the ‘Democrat’ Party. Basically, Antifa and BLM are civilian armies of the left. As violent as they are, they are not prosecuted or condemned by Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Charles Schumer, or any other ‘Democrat’ official of any standing; federal, state, or local. However, conservative protesters which commit no violence in any way are persecuted as insurrectionists; hunted down, taken to Washington, DC, and held without bail or being allowed an attorney.

This is not a soft takeover of the country. This is a violent, concerted takeover of a tyrannical dominion. Political persecution is something that is done in THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES, not in a Constitutional Republic or a civilized society. The far-left are forcing our children to hate themselves by forcing critical race theory and transgenderism to our 5 and 6 year olds. They are teaching our middle and high school kids that America is evil, racist, and a threat to all that is good. History is being rewritten to push a Communist/Socialist agenda. Books and movies are being banned because of the far-left’s ill-conceived sense of moral superiority. Books from Dr Suess to To Kill A Mockingbird are considered racist and therefore need to be removed. William Shakespeare is bad. Charlie Brown is racist. Facebook covered a picture of Christ with the crown of thorns because it was upsetting yet allows anything that promotes anti-American, anti-religion, pro-Islam. And, WAP, half naked women, violent movies, etc. are just fine for all to see.

Socialism is here, my patriotic friends. It is here and we sit back and allow it to become more and more imbedded. The Right is being silenced. The Constitution is being ripped apart. The American way of life is being torn away. Big Brother is watching you and all you do. The Federal Government is discreetly taking over every aspect of our lives. Soon, very soon, there will be no more America. Once this great country falls, once all the words are banned, the guns are confiscated, the rights taken away, there will be no where to go. Freedom falls when America falls. And it all started with us allowing the left to do its dirty work; by allowing liberal ideology into our schools; by allowing liberalism to get a grip, a hand-hold, in colleges; by allowing a fraudulent, corrupt election to be upheld; by allowing a mentally unstable geriatric and a promiscuous woman to become the President and Vice President.

We have allowed the downfall of America. Now we have to get her back. We have to protect Lady Liberty, the Constitution, our way of life. It’s up to we, THE PEOPLE, to take back our country. We can’t depend of DJT because the left will persecute him even harder if he were to return to the White House. He was the ONLY thing standing between the Communist/Socialist elitists and us. We cannot let five or six metropolitan areas control the entire country. NYC and San Francisco think they know how to run our lives better than we do. Tell Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, Omar, Tlaib, Pressley, Cortes, and the rest of the socialists to take a long walk off a short pier. When the left start being prosecuted for their crimes against the country and the American citizens then we, the People, can start breathing a little easier. When we once again get patriotic Americans into Washington, DC and our state capitols, then we can start to relax a little. Liberty is not something that stays without being fought for, protected. Our forefathers fought and died to give us the rights and freedoms we have. It’s up to US to keep them.

The Declaration of Independence and How It's Important Today

 

During the Federal Convention of 1787, the Founding Fathers, including but not limited to, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and Alexander Hamilton, debated fiercely for, and against, the Constitution. They all believed that a centralized government was needed but that it should not be too powerful in its scope. Strong enough to keep the emerging nation alive and safe, yet weak enough as to not become a tyrannical, over-powerful force against the sovereignty of the several states that had just gained their freedom and liberty from just such a government.

The Declaration of Independence stated quite clearly the grievances against the rule of King George: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security,

What, exactly, were the founders talking about? What did they mean by a ‘long train of abuses and usurpations?’ What ‘absolute despotism’ were they talking about? In 1776 they were talking about the law of England and the tyranny of King George when it came to the American colonies. They went so far as to list the King’s abuses. First was his refusal to assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. He forbid his governors to pass necessary and important laws until his assent was obtained, which it may, or may not, be granted. He refused to pass laws for the accommodation of large numbers of people unless those people relinquished the right of representation in the legislature.

The King called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records. He refused, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions from within. He obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary power. The made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices. He erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people. He effected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power.

He combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation. He protected some by mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states. He imposed taxes on us without our consent. He deprived us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury. He took away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments. He suspended our own legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us all cases whatsoever. He, at that time, was transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy, scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages. He excited domestic insurrection amongst us, and endeavored to bring on the inhabitant of our frontiers, the merciless savages, whose known rule of warfare, was undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

Finally, the Founders stated this: In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

What does all that have to do with what is happening today in Washington, DC? Let’s go through this step by step, clause by clause.

The Founders said that the King refused his assent to wholesome and necessary laws. That means he wouldn’t agree to those laws. What is the SCROTUS doing right now? He is refusing to agree with any law that is PRO-American. He overturned everything that Donald Trump had done to make this country what it was – the greatest country in the world. He refuses to enact laws that keep us safe, such as border security, illegal migration, deporting known criminals, etc.

Biden is openly disagreeing with governors that try to enact laws beneficial to their states, and the security of the nation. Congressmen are openly disagreeing with those that are making sanctuary cities and states illegal, abortions illegal, and going against the federal government mandates for economic disaster and collapse.

When it comes to refusing to pass laws for large numbers of people unless they give up their representation; our elected officials don’t represent Americans anymore. Their actions, and the actions of the President and Vice President, clearly are aimed at illegals more than citizens. When illegals have more rights than citizens we are not represented.

Has Joe Biden called together legislative bodies at unusual places, uncomfortable, and distant? No more so than what it always has been. What he is doing, and the Congress is wanting to do, is to make the seat of the central government a sovereign state with representatives. This is not what the Founders intended for the seat of the Federal Government. This is what makes thing seem unusual.

Do I need to get into how the government refused others to be elected? The corruption and fraud of the 2020 election is what compares to this clause. Somehow, six states stopped counting votes at approximately the same time and seemed to come up with enough votes to turn the election in favor of Joseph Robinette Biden during that time period. Pennsylvania even went against its own Constitution to change election law so that the liberal left could win. Then, no one, not even the Supreme Court, would even look at any of the evidence, hundred of videos, thousands of eyewitness accounts and affidavits, all ignored until after the certification of the electoral vote.

This goes right into the judiciary clause of the Declaration. The Deep State and the Washington establishment, career politicians refused to let the judiciary look into the election integrity. The Federal Government, Deep State, Establishment, and career politicians have allowed obvious criminality amongst themselves, such as the Clinton email scandal, the Russian collusion hoax, the illegal use of the FISA Court, the lack of presumption of innocence of any Trump ally, etc. Then goes further and includes the next clause of judges being dependent on them for their livelihoods. The far-left has many judges in their back pockets, including some Supreme Court Justices.

What has SCROTUS done since being inaugurated? Here comes the next clause! He has established many, many new offices, unnecessary for governance, as is the wont of the Democrat Party. The bigger the government, the more control government has over the people.

The military is another thing. With the modernization of weapons and the cost incurred in producing those weapons, it is impossible for the people to be equally armed. What makes this clause important today is the militarization of law enforcement. Even with the outcry for defunding the police, the elitists, politicians, entertainment personalities, and sports stars all have military equipped security. They are protected against the people while the people are not allowed to protect themselves. The attacks on the Second Amendment prove that. The government wants to disarm the people so we cannot fight back if it comes to that.

How does the clause concerning combining with others to subject us to jurisdiction foreign to our constitution? Mr. Biden, and his administration, are focusing on foreign laws to legislate against the American people. They are using UN dictates as American law, even though those dictates are expressly against the Constitution of the United States.

The Democrat Party is the party of tax and spend. Mr. Biden has said, as did every other Democrat candidate, during the campaign, and now since he has been installed as the President, that he will definitely raise taxes to highs that are unaffordable to the working man. These taxes run from income tax to capital gain tax to property tax. Why is raising taxes so important? Someone has to pay for all the Democrats programs and policies whether they want to or not. The biggest insult here is not that they are spending Trillions of dollars on helping Americans, they are spending Trillions of dollars on foreign nations, Democrat donors, unnecessary pet projects, and themselves. Trillions of dollars in debt and they want to borrow more and more to spend more and more on unnecessary things while giving the American taxpayer pennies on the thousands of dollars.

The clauses of depriving us of trial by jury and transporting us to be tried for pretended offenses comes after the ‘insurrection’ of January 6, 2021. The people that have been arrested for the pretended insurrection have been transported to Washington, DC, not given bail, not provided with a public defender, and not being brought before a judge. The ‘insurrection’ of Jan 6 was a protest against an illegitimate, corrupt, and fraudulent election. Out of the thousands that attended the Trump rally and walked to the Capitol Complex, there were about 120 people that breached the Capitol building and did damage. The majority, by far, was peaceful, respectful, unarmed, and still targeted by the far-left as criminals.

Another example of the present administration, the Deep State, Washington establishment, and the far-left depriving an American citizen of due process is what is happening with Donald Trump and his allies. Democrat Attorneys General, Democrat judges, Democrat Federal prosecutors are targeting Trump and his allies for anything they can. They have been on fishing expeditions since Trump announced his candidacy in Trump Tower back in 2015. They have targeted military leaders, such as General Mike Flynn, former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Trump aides, such as Carter Page and George Papadopoulos, they even put Paul Manafort into solitary confinement to try to get him to betray Donald Trump. These people, and others, had their homes and offices raided and ransacked, personal papers confiscated, were arrested, interrogated, charged. All because they support Donald J Trump. Yet people like James Comey, Hillary Clinton, Barry Soetoro, Peter Strokz,  and a host of other high level, prominent Democrats with overwhelming evidence against them go free.

How is the Federal government taking away our charters, abolishing our laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments? Do you really need to ask that? With the government inviting millions of illegals into our country, transporting them wherever they want to go, not demanding they return to their home country to apply for asylum (mainly because 99% aren’t eligible for asylum) the government is fundamentally changing the dynamic of our voter rolls. Our laws don’t mean anything to the illegals. If they did, they would be deported immediately or jailed. Only in a Democrat controlled America can you come into the country illegally, gain legal status, and have a pathway to citizenship immediately.

This also includes the clause of transporting large armies into the nation. Do you really think those millions of unattended illegal minors aren’t going to have their parents come into the country? Do you really think those kids are just small, innocent children? Just like the influx of Somalian refugees during Obama, these are soldiers that could be used by the government against the citizens. Will they be? Only time will tell. One thing is for certain, concerning the surge of illegals into the country, the Democrat Party is hoping that each and every one of them will vote Democrat once they are given citizenship. Then again, with the attack on the electoral system, they could be voting whether a citizen or not.

The Democrat Party has been attacking the Constitution for decades. Whittling away at our rights and freedoms over the years so as not to be noticed. Now, since the power is held by the Democrats in Washington, they are attacking our fundamental rights, the right to free speech, the right to keep and bear arms, the right of due process, at an unprecedented rate, openly and joyously.

Nothing that the Washington Establishment is doing is Constitutional. Nothing they are doing is pro-America. Nothing they are doing is pro-rights, freedom, and liberty. They are turning our Constitutional Republic into a Socialist State. Centralized, all-powerful, all-controlling bloated federal government. This is what the Founders, the Patriots, fought against in 1776. This is what they warned us about in every document written in the early days of our nation. Abraham Lincoln said that America would not be taken over by an outside force but from within. The Japanese wouldn’t attack mainland USA because we had guns behind every blade of grass. The world has looked to the United States for decades for help from money to soldiers. It has been the United States that has saved the world time and again. Now, we are the ones being taken down. Unfortunately, it’s our own politicians that are doing it.

The Declaration of Independence, one of the most important documents in our national history, is as relevant today as it was 245 years ago. We declared our independence from a tyrannical dominion. Now, it’s time to declare our independence from another tyrannical dominion: the Democrat Party.
