Executive Order 14023 of April 9, 2021: Establishment of the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States:

There is established the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States.

FUNCTIONS: The Commission shall produce a report for the President that includes the following:

An account of the contemporary commentary and debate about the role and operation of the Supreme Court in our constitutional system and about the functioning of the constitutional process by which the President nominates and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, appoints Justices to the Supreme Court;

The historical background of other periods in the Nation's history when the Supreme Court's role and the nominations and advice-and-consent process were subject to critical assessment and prompted proposals for reform; and

An analysis of the principal arguments in the contemporary public debate for and agaisnt Supreme Court reform, including an appraisal of the merits and legality of particular reform proposals.

Executive Order 14022 of April 1, 2021: Termination of Emergency With Respect to the International Criminal Court:

…,I hereby terminate the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13928 of June 11, 2020 (Blocking Property of Certain Persons Associated With the International Criminal Court) and revoke that order, and further order:

Section 1. In light of the revocation of Executive Order 13928, the suspension of entry as immigrants and nonimmigrants of individuals meeting the criteria set forth in section 1(a) of that order will no longer be in effect as of the date of this order and such individuals will no longer be treated as persons covered by Presidential Proclamation 8639 of July 24. 2011 (Suspension of Entry of Aliens Subject to United Nations Security Council Travel Bans and International Emergency Economic Powers Act Sanctions).

Executive Order 14019 of March 7, 2021 Promoting Access to Voting:

(Summary) Because people of color and those that reside in poor neighborhoods are burdened by things such as: difficulties with voter registration, lack of election information, and barriers to access at polling places. Black and other voters of color have faced discriminatory policies and other obstacles... They are burdened by long lines at polling places and voter ID laws and have limited opportunities to vote by mail. Limited access to language assistance. Disabled voters face barriers to voting and are denied legally required accommodations in exercising their rights and ability to vote privately and independently.

It goes on and on with ways to give help to underprivileged, poor, and black people by helping them fill out their registrations and vote-by-mail applications, making sure they have all the information and not disinformation on issues, candidates, policy, registration, and in their own language. (Opinion; in other words – register and vote for them.)

Executive Order 14018 of February 24, 2021 Revocation of Certain Presidential Actions:

The following Presidential actions are revoked: EO 13772 of February 3, 2017 (Core Principles for Regulation the United States Financial System), EO 13828 of April 10,2018 (Reducing Poverty in America by Promoting Opportunity and Economic Mobility), EO 13924 of May 19, 2020 (Regulatory Relief To Support Economic Recovery), Memorandum of September 2, 2020 (Reviewing Funding to State and Local Government Recipients of Federal Funds That Are Permitting Anarch, Violence, and Destruction in American Cities), EO 13979 of January 18, 2021 (Ensuring Democratic Accountability in Agency Rulemaking).

Executive Order 14016 of February 17, 2021: Revocation of Executive Order 13801

Executive Order 13801 of June 15, 2017 (Expanding Apprenticeships in America), is hereby revoked.

Executive Order 14013 of February 4, 2021: Rebuilding and Enhancing Programs To Resettle Refugees and Planning for the Impact of Climate Change on Migration:

(Summary): This EO does away with a lot of the time consuming vetting of refugees and immigrants. It also gives refugees and immigrants full rights and privileges of the American citizen and makes it easier for said peoples to become citizens.

Executive Order 14012 of February 2, 2021: Restoring Faith in Our Legal Immigration Systems and Strengthening Intergration and Inclusion Efforts for New Americans

(Summary) Once again, it is basically stating that all new immigrants will be treated as American citizens with all the rights and privileges of such.

Executive Order 14010 of February 2, 2021: Creating a Comprehensive Regional Framework To Address the Causes of Migration, To Manage Migration Throughout North and Central America, and To Provide Safe and Orderly Processing of Asylum Seekers at the United States Border

(Summary and Opinion): Why do we, as a nation, have to pay to figure out why people migrate here when we all know it's because Uncle Joe has invited everyone in? As for asylum seekers – they are to ask for asylum FROM THEIR HOME COUNTRY, not at the border or in the interior of our nation.

All this EO does is give credence to this regime's open border policy

Executive Order 14009 of January 28, 2021: Strengthening Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act

(Summary) This EO gives credence to the Unconstitutional ACA and, regardless of what the American people have said, strengthens it. Throughout the Order, Uncle Joe keeps saying how much the ACA has helped lower costs, has increased the number of participants (he doesn't say that it's forced on us), and how much better health care is because of it.

Executive Order 14005 of January 25, 2021: Ensuring the Future Is Made in All of America by All of America's Workers

(Summary) Buy American made. Unless it's cheaper if it's foreign made or against the Democrat Party's agenda of 'no American oil.'

Executive Order 13993 of January 20, 2021: Revision of Civil Immigration Enforcement Policies and Priorities

Section 1. (Summary) Ease up on immigration policy. After all, it's a complex thing to follow immigration law.

Section 2. EO 13768 of January 25, 2017 (Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States) is hereby revoked.

Executive Order 13992 of January 20, 2021: Revocation of Certain Executive Orders Concerning Federal Regulation

EO 13771 of January 30, 2017 (Reducing Regulation and Controlling Regulatory Costs), EO 13777 of February 24, 2017 (Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda), EO 13875 of June 14, 2019 (Evaluating and Improving the Utility of Federal Advisory Committees), EO 13891 of October 9, 2019 (Promoting the Rule of Law Through Improved Agency Guidance Documents), EO 13892 of Oct 9, 2019 (Promoting the Rule of Law Through Transparency and Fairness in Civil Administrative Enforcement and Adjudication), EO 13893 of October 10, 2019 (Increasing Government Accountability for Administrative Actions by Reinvigorating Administrative PAYGO), are hereby revoked.

Executive Order 13990 of January 20, 2021: Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science To Tackle the Climate Crisis

Section 1. Policy. Our Nation has an abiding commitment to empower our workers and communities' promote and protect our public health, and the environment' and conserve our national treasures and monuments, places the secure our national memory. Where the Federal Government has failed to meet that commitment in the past, it must advance environmental justice. In carrying out this charge, the Federal Government must be guided by the best science and be protected by processes that ensure the integrity of Federal decision-making. It is, therefore, the policy of my Administration to listen to the science' to improve public health and protect our environment to ensure access to clean air and water' to limit exposure to dangerous chemicals and pesticides' to hold polluters accountable, including those who disproportionately harm communities of color and low-income communities; to reduce greenhouse gas emissions' to bolster resilience to the impacts of climate change' to restore and expand our national treasures and monuments' and to prioritize both environmental justice and the creation of the well-paying union jobs necessary to deliver on these goals.

To that end, this order directs all executive departments and agencies to immediately review and, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, take action to address the promulgation of Federal regulations and other actions during the last 4 years that conflict with these important national objectives, and to immediately commence work to confront the climate crisis.

(Opinion) The climate is cyclical. It changes over decades, centuries, and millennia. There is nothing, whatsoever, that we, as one nation or even as a species, can do about it. Climate changes. Period. America is one of the cleanest, most environmentally conscience nations on the planet. It wouldn't matter if we were 100% carbon free. China, Russia, India, Venezuela, etc. are polluting exponentially more than we do. Besides, does extorting more money from the American taxpayer help out the climate? Only in Liberal logic 101.

If you also notice, Joe keeps talking about Union jobs. He shut down the pipeline that employed thousands of union workers along with the thousands more that were indirect employees such as restaurant, hotel, barbers, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. Yep! He is all for America! NOT!

As you can see, the present regime doesn't care about America or Americans. Joe Biden made sure to undo everything he possibly could that Trump had done, even going so far as to state that the policies of the LAST 4 YEARS should be done away with. As I recall, after the inauguration, he stated that the America First policy was over, that we are a global country. That isn't how the Founders thought. That isn't how this country was made or the way our Founders constructed our government.

It's time. NOW! We are just at the point of no return. Tyranny, corruption, crime, abuse of power, government overreach, etc are the norm in Washington, DC. They are the elites; we are the serfs. They rule over us and the rules don't apply to them. Socialism is for the people, not the Socialist. This administration proves it.

With Hillary getting away with her criminal behavior (remember the 30K+ emails deleted and the smashed phones and bleached servers, along with her using a private server for classified information?). With the Obama FBI lying to the FISA Court about a fake dossier paid for by Hillary. The years long investigation and subsequent failed impeachments. It was a coup against a sitting president. Now, Michael Sussman, the ONLY person to be indicted after a years long investigation into that fake Russia crap has been acquitted. There is no justice. The far-left go free without even a slap on the hand while patriotic Americans sit in jail in DC without bail, an attorney, or even being charged with a crime, other than trespass and how can you trespass on public property?

Open you eyes, America! Everyone wants to be a patriot. Now's the time to do PATRIOTIC THINGS! It won't be easy. The Founders pledged their fortunes, honor, even their lives to free the colonies from the tyranny of King George. And we've spat in their faces by allowing this crap to happen. DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING. Stand up and protest. Vote out the corrupt, career politicians. Make sure that your vote counts by making sure that your state legislature is doing what they are supposed to do. From local to Federal, every politician should be a patriot with an America First, Constitutional, freedom-loving attitude. EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM.

Brave New World

 The year is 2050. Because of the 2020 election not being allowed to be investigated, the American Communist Party, then called the Democrat Party, kept power in the United States through legislation that insured their continued reign. The people that had protested and questioned the results were finally indicted and tried after being held in prison for over two years. All were convicted of treason and given the maximum sentence of death. Instead of lethal injection, each was hung in public squares around the nation to serve as examples. Other citizens that protested through other means, such as social media, were arrested, indicted, tried, and convicted of treason, also. Each of them was summarily disposed of in the same manner.

After the mid-term election of 2022, again won through deceit, the ACP was guaranteed power indefinitely. The Constitution of the United States was done away with and replaced with a new Communist Manifesto; rewritten for modern times. Liberty and freedom were only for the elite while the common citizen was degraded to almost slave labor. Illegal immigration ran rampant with the borders eliminated. Universal healthcare, income, education, etc. was instituted for all except the American citizen. The Electoral College was eliminated. Open, fair, transparent elections were a thing of the past. The United States of America had become a banana republic with anyone opposing the Democrats and their policies being arrested for insurrection. Donald J Trump, the 45^th President of the United States, and all his followers were executed without representation or trial.

The United States was renamed the United Socialist States of America. The Stars and Stripes was replaced with a new banner that incorporated the symbols of Black Lives Matter, Antifa, and the Chinese Communist Party; all surrounded by a large “O.” Barack Hussein Obama resumed his reign as Supreme Leader of the mew regime.

Fidel Castro, Adolf Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Mussolini, Chavez, Maduro, Kim, and Putin all rolled into one person is who Barack Obama was. In the history of the world there had been no worse leader. Tyrant was a mild term to describe Obama. Anyone that did not agree with his ideology of black supremacy, transgenderism, abortion after birth, globalism, total government control, limited speech, and, of course, the American Communist Party, were dealt with swiftly and completely. He killed millions of American citizens.

While the citizens lived in squalor, the elitists lived in royal elegance. Washington was the center of opulence. Money flowed lie water over Niagara Falls, lavish dinners, entertainment, parties, and back door deals were the norm. Only the very wealthy had kept their status, such as Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Warren Buffet, the Hollywood elite, LeBron James, Colin Kaepernick, Megan Rapinoe, etc. all lived within the confines of that ten mile square area known as Washington, DC. All lived the life of luxury.

The average American citizen was regulated to working 16 hours a day for poverty wages; allowed two hours a day of electrical use; allowed three gallons of water a day; public transit their only transportation; public healthcare, if they could get it, their only healthcare; food and other necessary commodities were rationed as minimally as possible, just enough to keep the people barely alive. Armies of BLM and Antifa members roamed the streets to ensure that no one spoke against the regime, the Party, or anything that might offend someone. Their power was autonomous, answering to only Barack Obama, himself.

Foreigners, what in earlier years would have been called illegals, had it better. They were served first at medical clinics and received better treatments; they were allowed more food, water, education; they were paid higher wages. In other terms: Americans last, foreigners first.

That is what life has become; a living hell for anyone born American. Any indication of rebellion against the Party is summarily destroyed and the perpetrators executed immediately without trial. Lord Obama is an old man now, but he has the best healthcare, so he holds on. With all the Old Guard long gone, Nancy Pelosi, Charles Schumer, Bernie Sanders, etc., the Parliament is being ruled by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortes, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and other far-left thinking ideologues. Ruling with an iron fist, no one dares question any policy they bring forth. In the last thirty years, the Green New Deal has destroyed any economic strength; without fossil fuels for power and transportation, at least in this country, only Washington, DC has power 100% of the time; universal everything has caused economic collapse; and the USSA is three hundred trillion dollars in debt to every nation on earth.

Welcome to the Brave New World. Every thought, every word, every action is controlled by government. The only thing that is plentiful is the drugs they use to keep the population under control. How did that happen, you ask? It was so amazingly simple for them. They created the Covid-19 virus, developed a vaccine that incorporated properties that started the process, mandated the vaccine for everyone, and then kept coming up with new variants, new, stronger vaccines, and then it was over. The world’s population was hooked. The sheep fell to the fear and was led to slaughter quietly, quickly, easily. The sheep took care of the those that questioned the virus and vaccines through shaming, persecuting, peer-pressure. When it got to the point where all that would, did it voluntarily, it was forced onto them. Unless you could prove you were vaccinated, you were not allowed to travel, enter stores, go to work. It was either get the vaccine or die. It was a win/win for the government.

If you think this is all fiction, a figment of my imagination, do me a favor. In 1932, Aldous Huxley wrote a book called Brace New World. When the CBS Radio Workshop put in on the air as a radio broadcast, Mr. Huxley was the narrator. He stated quite plainly that the setting for this book was 600 years in the future but that, with the way things were going, he predicted it would only be 200 years before the world became the dystopian society he imagined. I would venture that it will be much sooner the way things are going now.

Once again, if We, The PEOPLE, do not take back our government, our country, our rights and freedoms, NOW, we are lost. We will become either what Huxley wrote or what I have imagined here. I know that the world we live in right now is more dystopian than a lot of the books I have read, such as Hunger Games, Divergent, Darkest Minds, Fahrenheit 451, Soylent Green, etc. We cannot let the Democrats take complete power and destroy the last bastion of freedom on Earth. We cannot allow tyranny and oppression to win the day. If America falls there is no where else to go. This is the last stand. Will we be as Napoleon’s Waterloo or Davy Crockett’s Alamo?

Only YOU can prevent Communism/Socialism in America. Will you stand and fight for your rights and freedoms or sit back and lose all that the Founders and hundreds of thousands of men have fought and died for? It’s UP TO YOU!
